~ S.T.A.R. Labs ~

It's been 7 months since the particle accelerator explosion and it was hard for all of them. Caitlin was doing regular check-ups on Barry when Sophia walked into the room.

"Hey," Sophia said.

"Hey" Caitlin replied.

Sophia looked at her brother's body sadly.

"Do you think he will ever wake up?" Sophia asked.

"I don't know But in science we have got to be patient. We can't rush things even if we want to. You've got to be strong Sophia I know how it feels like to be broken. Barry was there for me and I'm here for you all of us are here for you."

"I know it's just so hard the most important person in my life is gone and I don't want Barry to be the next."

"He won't be I'll do everything in my power to bring him back to us."

Eventually, it was just her and Barry alone.

Caitlin sat in her chair and moved closer to Barry and held his hand. She felt tears stream down her face as she looked at the ring on her finger.

~ Flashback ~

Caitlin and Barry had just gotten back from a very Romantic Date. They were walking in the park holding hands. Barry then gets on one knee. She gasps.

"Cait, I know when your father died you felt alone and afraid and I felt that also when my mother died but when I met you everything changed. I promise to make you feel loved every single day of your life and I also promise that I will never leave your side."

He slides a promise ring on Caitlin's finger. "It's so beautiful. I Love It." She said looking at the ring.

"I love you, Snowflake with all my heart," Barry said and hugged her tightly.

Caitlin had happy tears in her eyes.

"I love you too, my Teddy Bear," Caitlin said and they shared a passionate kiss.

~ End of Flashback ~

"I miss you so much, Bear." Please wake up I need you. please don't leave me." Caitlin said softly crying.

"Caitlin?" Cisco called out quietly.

"Oh, Cait, it's okay. Don't cry everything will be alright." Cisco said rushing to her side.

"Don't call me that!" she snapped. Cisco was startled.

"Sorry, Cisco... I'm trying to be brave and strong but I can't it's too hard I feel like crap I don't want to lose him."

"And you won't he made a promise and a promise is..."

"Unbreakable." She said.

"That's right and don't you forget it."

"Never." Caitlin smiled warmly.

Barry suddenly then jolted back up.

"Oh my god! Your awake!" Caitlin said. She hugged Barry tightly never letting him go.

"What happened?" He asked rubbing his head.

"You were struck by lightning and were in a coma for 9 months," Cisco said shocked.

"I can't believe you're awake. I thought you would never wake up." Caitlin said wiping away her tears.

"I will always come running back home to you. I love you so much, Snowflake."

"I love you too, my Teddy Bear," Caitlin said.

They then shared a passionate kiss.

"I'll call Sophia," Cisco said awkwardly.

He left the couple alone. A couple of minutes later.

"My eyes! Ah, it burns. Jeez I know it's been 9 months but come on can't you do it at your home."

"Sorry, Cisco," They said in unison. Caitlin buttoned her shirt back up.

"Barry!" Sophia said tackling him. She hugged him tightly.

"You're hurting me..." Barry chokes out.

"Sorry, it's just I missed you so much," Sophia said her voice cracking.

"And I missed you too," he said.

"The wedding! I'm so sorry I missed it, Sophie, I'll make it up to you" Barry said apologetically.

"Barry...Ronnie died during the particle accelerator explosion he saved us but he didn't...Survive" Cisco said his eyes glassy remembering what Ronnie said to him.

"Oh, I'm so sorry, Sophia. He was a hero," he said hugging her.

"I didn't want him to be a hero I wanted him to be my husband," she said tearing up.

~ Later ~

Barry Allen is facing a mirror. He looked surprised.

"What? Lightning gave me abs?" Barry asked.

"Your muscles are in a chronic and unexplained state of cellular regeneration," Sophia says.

"Well, I think they're kinda sexy," Caitlin smirks.

"You do huh?" he said moving towards Caitlin seductively.

"Guys, remember earlier," Cisco said cringing at the image he saw earlier.

"Welcome back, Mister Allen. We have a lot to discuss." Wells said coming into the room.

Barry and Wells discuss in the corridors of S.T.A.R. Labs. Barry sees the damage caused by the explosion of the accelerator.

"It's hard to believe I'm here. I've always wanted to meet you face to face." Barry said.

"Yeah? Well, you certainly went to great length to do it. Star Labs has not been operational since FEMA categorized us as a class 4 hazardous location many more were injured. Myself amongst them." Wells replies.

"Geez. What happened?"

"Nine months ago, the particle accelerator went online, exactly as planned. For forty-five minutes I had achieved my life's dream and then, there was an anomaly. The electron volts became unmeasurable, the ring under us popped, energy from that detonation was thrown into the sky, and that, in turn, seeded a storm cloud..."

"That created a lightning bolt that struck me."

"That's right. I was recovering myself when I heard about you. The hospital was undergoing unexplainable power outages every time you were going into cardiac arrest, which was, actually a misdiagnosis, because you see, you weren't flat-lining, Barry, your heartbeat was moving too fast for the EKG to register it. Now, I'm not the most popular person in town these days but, Detective West and his daughter permitted me to bring you here, where we were able to stabilize you."

So, after taking some tests Dr. Wells's team determined it was safe for him to go home.

"Do you guys want to go to Big Belly Burger? I'm hungry." Barry asked rubbing his stomach.

"Sure."

"I'm down."

"Okay."

Barry and Sophia got their regular
Double cheeseburger with fries and a milkshake. While Caitlin and Cisco got a cheeseburger with fries and a coke.

They talked laughed and had fun.

"Guys, I have to go. Dr. Wells needs me," said Cisco as he received a text message on his phone.

"I'll come with you," said Sophia.

"Have fun! but not too much fun." Cisco teased.

Sophia laughs and winks at them. The couple blush.
