𓏲 ࣪₊♡𓂃 "IT'S BELLA'S BIRTHDAY!!!!" Alice called out throughout the house and Arlina smiled wide, the redhead had handmade a beautiful gift for the Swan girl, knowing she'll love it.
The group of Cullens made their way to school. Arlina, Emmett & Rosalie in the white Jeep, Alice & Jasper in the small black convertible and Edward in his silver Volvo. They all knew that Edward wanted to greet his love on his own, so they all respected that.
In the hallway, Arlina was on her way to math class when she caught sight of her brother and Bella, so she quickly ran up to them, "Hi!" She wrapped her arm around the awkward girl's shoulders with a huge grin plastered on her face.
"Oh, hey, Arlina." Bella smiled with a nod, already suspecting what was to come. Edward rolled his eyes at the girl's enthusiasm, however he smiled at her presence.
"Alice promised me not to say anything, so I won't. I just wanted to say..." Arlina's voice turned to a whisper, knowing the Swan girl would prefer not to have everyone knowing about the celebration she dreaded, "Happy Birthday."
"Thanks." Isabella responded dryly with a tight-lipped smile.
"Oh, andddd! Here." The redhead pulled a small box out of her tote bag that hung by her side, handing it to the short brunette beside her, although they're the same height.
Bella opened the box and her eyes lit up at the gorgeous bracelet that laid against the black fabric, there were black stars and beads all along the chain, and in the centre was a beautiful silver charm.
"Oh my gosh. This is beautiful, did you make it yourself?" Bella asked and the Cullen girl nodded with a small giggle.
"You should've heard the yelling coming from her room the whole week, that thing made her cry." Edward exaggerated and Arlina rolled her eyes with a playful smile.
"Whatever! I'll see you guys... soon." She refrained from saying 'tonight' so she didn't spoil anything, and walked off to her class, waving at Alice and Jasper - who were walking down the stairs - on her way.

THAT NIGHT for Bella's birthday party, Arlina chose a black dress, tights, a pair of black ankle boots and a leather jacket, keeping her hair the same.
Alice dragged Bella into the newly decorated room where the rest of the Cullen family stood, watching them. Edward was trailing behind the two girls, a smirk plastered on his pale face.
"Sorry about all this. We tried to rein Alice in." Carlisle walked towards Bella and placed his hands in hers with a smile, Esme close next to him.
"As if that were even possible." The ginger woman spoke, pulling Bella into a tight hug, "Happy Birthday, Bella."
"Thanks." Bella responded, Alice held up a camera and snapped a picture of her adoptive mother and soon-to-be sister embracing one another.
"I found it in your bag. You mind?" Alice asked, waving her hands around nervously and Arlina placed a warm hand on her pixie-haired sister's arm in a comforting manner. Bella only shook her head, blowing air into her cheeks.
"Dating an older woman. Hot." Emmett smirked and Edward shook his head with a scoff, "What?" The burly man looked confused and everyone chuckled towards him, though everyone was used to Emmett's silly remarks.
"You first, Rosalie." Alice skipped back from the table where she grabbed a gift, handing it to Rosalie.
"It's a necklace." Rosalie held the box towards Bella with a bored expression and Arlina stood behind the human girl with a smile, "Alice picked it out."
"Thanks." Bella sent her an awkward smile as she opened up the box, closing it quickly after acknowledging how beautiful the jewellery was.
Alice pulled Edward to the middle of the room and made the two lovebirds stand together for a picture, "Show me the love." She grabbed another gift from the table and handed it to the Swan girl, "This one's from Emmett."
Bella took the box, and realised it was light, so she shook it gently, sending the man a confused look, "Already installed it in your truck." Emmett spoke with a nod in the direction of her car, "Finally a decent sound system for that piece of shit."
"Hey! Don't- don't hate the truck." Bella scolded with a playful smile and Arlina laughed.
"It is kinda shitty though, you should totally let me paint it." The red-head clapped her hands together in excitement, beaming at Bella who smiled in return, nodding.
"Maybe." Bella looked to her shoes with a grin, and Arlina internally celebrated.
"Open Esme and Carlisle's." Alice brought the attention back to her after a short giggle, passing Bella another gift.
"Just a little something to brighten your day." Carlisle spoke from between his wife and Arlina.
"Yes, you've been looking kind of pale lately." Esme added with a smile. Bella grinned before beginning to open the packaging, only to give herself a paper cut, she muttered an 'ow' and held her bleeding finger up in the air.
"Paper cut." Bella stated as if it was the most simple thing in the world, which it was, but not to a bunch of vampires.
Everyone looked towards the blond vampire, who began to pounce on Bella, Edward pushed Bella aggressively into the table covered in vases that sat against the back wall, causing them all to break.
Edward pushed Jasper in the air, away from his blood-singer, Jasper falling into the piano. But it didn't seem to faze him as he ran back at Bella. Carlisle and Emmett managed to pull him back whilst Arlina stood in shock, watching the scene beside Esme.
"Jaz, Jaz. Shh, shh. It's okay. It's just a little..." Alice turned her head to Bella, whose arm had begun bleeding, more than before, "Blood."
All of the vampires in the room, except Carlisle, turned to the Swan girl, hissing quietly.
"Get Jasper out of here." Carlisle told Emmett and Alice before rushing to Bella's side, he put a hand out to his family, telling them to calm down as he crouched in front of her, holding onto her arm.
"I'm so... I'm sorry, I can't." Alice shook her head and walked away after her husband and brother, a sad expression plastered onto her face and Rosalie followed after her, looking away from the scene.
"I'll have to stitch this up in my office." Carlisle nodded, inspecting the injury.
Arlina noticed Edward just staring and she walked up to him, her hand on his arm, "Edward, come on. Let's go check on Jasper, I doubt he'll listen to anyone but you right now." She patted his arm, and he slowly moved his gaze from Bella to his sister and nodded, she guided him out of the room, her warm hand on the small of his back comfortingly.
When Bella left, Arlina took it upon herself to clean the room that had been destroyed. She blew out all of the lasting candles, and picked up all of the glass, vacuuming any missed pieces.
"You handled that situation the best, especially considering you're the newest vampire." Carlisle crouched beside her with a smile, helping her wipe up the dried blood on the wooden floor.
"I guess I just take after my dad with his great self control." She nudged her arm with his, grinning and he laughed lightly.
"I'm glad you feel that way, Arlina." The blond man chucked a dirty wipe in the nearby bin and stood up, taking the trash bag to the outdoor bins.
Arlina didn't see any of her family until a couple of hours later, where a family meeting was called. She sat down beside Emmett on the couch, and watched as Edward and Carlisle stood in front of everyone.
"After what happened, I think it would be best if we move and Carlisle doesn't look the age he's claiming to be, which just proves my point further. Bella's unsafe around this family, and all I want is for her to have a happy life, she can't have that with me here, ruining everything." Edward spoke and Carlisle nodded sadly.
"We're going to stay with the Denali coven for a bit and then we'll find accommodation in Mississippi. We'll leave tomorrow." Carlisle patted Edward's arm and nodded to the rest of his family before walking to his room to pack, Esme hot on his tail.
The rest of the family just looked at each other, they knew they had to leave soon but not this soon. And Rosalie just smirked, knowing that Bella would cause trouble to their family and she did.
Arlina only sighed, she would miss her home in Forks but she didn't have any sort of attachment to the town. As long as she was with her family, she was content.
