"GUESS WHO'S BACK? BACK AGAIN?" Arlina asked as she walked through the hallway and into the living room where her family were all sat. They all looked over at her and their eyes lit up in excitement.
"Oh, my gosh, Arlina! You look amazing! I missed the red." Alice jumped up, running her hands through the redhead's hair in glee and Rosalie ran up to her too, mesmerised.
"Don't ever go blonde again, you were made for red." Rosalie scolded with a smile and Alice rolled her eyes at her sister before hugging Arlina tightly.
"Yeah, you suit that colour way better, sis." Emmett spoke from the couch where he was playing Mario Kart with Jasper, who grunted in agreement, too indulged in the game to even look at her hair.
"Oh no, I think I'm gonna— I'm gonna..." Alice fell to the floor, smiling up at Arlina as she faked passing out to see if Jasper would notice. Arlina gasped, joining in and she pretended to shake Alice awake.
"Is she dead?" A deep voice sounded from the hallway, and Arlina turned her head to look over her shoulder, immediately smiling at the sight of her fiancée stood alone, his hands in his pockets and he held a smirk on his lips.
"Is who dead?" Jasper asked, turning to see Alice on the floor. He jumped off the couch as quickly as possible and he crouched down beside her, ignoring Arlina's squeals of happiness as he rolled his eyes at his wife, "Really?"
"Yes, really." Alice reached up, flicking his nose and he immediately covered his nose with his hand in pain.
"Ha! I win!" Emmett put his hands up in the air and he stood from the couch, turning to look at Jasper with a smug expression, "You're a douche, man."
"Rematch, that wasn't fair." Jasper scowled playfully down at his wife, and he held his hand out for her to grab, which she did. But instead of pulling herself up, she dragged him down beside her before she stood up on her own.
Everybody laughed around them except Arlina and Alec, who were pushed up against the wall, lips on lips. Once they began to notice the couple, they began to groan.
"Dude, what the hell?" Emmett asked, scrunching his face as he looked out the window, anywhere but them.
Esme smiled sweetly towards them, feeling accomplished as she reached up to Carlisle who was stood beside her, his arms around her waist and she pecked his lips lovingly.
Edward and Bella weren't in the room presently, instead they were at their house with Renesmee, doing God knows what.
"I'm sorry, we shall get going." Arlina giggled and grabbed Alec's hand, pulling him down the hallway and outside of the house.
"Where are you taking me?" He questioned with a chuckle, struggling to keep up with her. He had noticed over the time they'd spent together before he left that she was a lot stronger than him — yes, he'd been alive a lot longer than she had, but she was more powerful, she was faster, stronger, more energetic.
"You know." Arlina replied and they stopped abruptly in front of their cabin that Alec hadn't seen in a while.
"You furnished it?" Alec asked, and she looked over at him, smiling at the fact that he was already looking at her with love in his stare. She nodded enthusiastically, he took that as his chance to quickly peck her on the lips before he climbed up the ladders and into their home.
Once he opened the door, the smell of dog entered his senses and he almost threw up right there. Bree and Seth sat on the couch together, clearly comfy as they watched a tv show. Bree was looking through a wedding magazine, and she smiled up at Alec as he walked in before she looked back at her magazine.
Seth nodded at him as a greeting, and glanced at the magazine, clearly uninterested in the Volturi vampire. Arlina appeared from behind Alec, tracing her hand down his jacket covered bicep before she smiled at him and sat down on the couch beside Bree.
"Bree's my Maid of Honour." Arlina explained, and Alec closed the door behind him as he watched his love intently. His eyes widened in acknowledgment, letting her know he's listening.
"The hardest job in the world, especially because Alice keeps on bugging me. She won't let me do anything!" Bree threw her head back with a groan and Seth chuckled, he'd heard her complain about Alice at least a hundred times, and every time he found it amusing.
Alec laughed quietly and walked around the room, admiring the work Arlina had completed on her own, "There is a bathroom for guests, and another bathroom for just us in our bedroom. Come." Arlina spoke up and jumped off the couch, quickly rushing over to their bedroom door.
She opened it and stood aside, allowing him to check it out and he smiled at the sight, "I wondered why some of my books went missing."
Arlina giggled, "I asked Jane to steal some so you can read here too. There's also some new ones I managed to find, and the others are just my sketchbooks." She explained, moving some of her newly-dyed red hair behind her ear.
"It's amazing, you're amazing. I love you." He walked over to her and hugged her tightly. He moved his hands down, his palms grabbing ahold of her ass as he picked her up, causing her to laugh lightly.
Alec walked her over to the bed and placed her down gently, hovering above her as he kissed her face softly. He soon moved down her neck, planting gentle kisses to her skin, gliding his lips over her collarbone and soon to her chest where he cleavage started.
"Did I mention how I love your hair? Because I absolutely adore it, I missed the red." He placed his hands on either side of her head, smiling down at her and she grinned, toying with the collar of his light blue denim jacket.
"Thank you, everyone's saying they missed it." Arlina rolled her eyes playfully, and Alec chuckled before she tugged him down towards her by his collar, planting her lips on his once again.

LIGHT MUSIC WAS PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND AS EVERYONE ENGAGED IN CONVERSATION BETWEEN ONE ANOTHER, whilst Bree ran around like a headless chicken, trying to get everything together all while trying to keep her long dark red dress clean.
They had decided on a fire theme, everyone had to dress in orange, red, or yellow, except for the groom and bride.
"Bree! Bree, calm down, let me deal with things while you take a break." Alice placed her hands on either side of Bree's shoulders, smiling at her comfortingly and Bree nodded, passing her sister the clipboard before walking away.
Iris by Goo Goo Dolls played as Arlina walked down the aisle, Carlisle on her arm, smiling down at her lovingly. She looked so prepossessing; she wore a beautiful white dress that was littered in lace, and the neckline was a lace turtleneck, a heart outlined on her chest. She wore fingerless white gloves, and her hands were covered in one or two rings, in addition to her engagement ring.
Her hair was down and curled, and a beautiful pin was in the back of her hair, leading to a vail. Her makeup was light, she wore eyeliner, natural false eyelashes and dark red lipstick. Dangly earrings in the shape of pendants were hanging from her ears along with the scattered studs that were placed in her ears as well.
And secretly... she was wearing her favourite black heeled boots underneath, but nobody needed to know that.
When she came into sight, everyone began to stand from their seats, smiling adoringly towards Arlina. But the most adoring look she received was from Alec, who fought back tears, although they'd never fall anyways.
His smile was wide and bright, his hands by his hips as he fiddled with his trouser pockets nervously. He'd never been nervous before, only ever worried, but now he was scared, he was scared that he wouldn't be able to keep his promise and protect her at all costs. What if something happens and he isn't able to save her? He would probably end his own life, not being able to live without her.
Carlisle let go of Arlina's arm after pressing a kiss to her temple, sitting down in the empty seat beside Esme and Arlina walked up to the alter, standing in front of Alec, who smiled the biggest she had ever seen.
"You look pulchritudinous." Alec whispered and she giggled quietly.
"Wow, big word." Arlina replied, and smiled down at their hands that were now intertwined. His eyes never moved away from her the whole time, he admired her greatly.
He didn't deserve her, he knew that, she was the best gift anyone could ever received and he made a promise to himself that no matter what, he'd protect her. He didn't let the negative thoughts take over, he was never going to let anything bad ever happen to her. The love of his love.
And as her bewitching golden eyes looked up into his blood-red ones, he felt himself fall in love with her all over again.
"I do." He rushed out, not being able to wait much longer to smash his lips into hers.
"I do." Arlina spoke softly, smiling at him.
"You may kiss your bride, Alec." The officiant spoke and Alec sped forward, pushing his lips into hers with so much force and passion, she lost her footing but it was okay, he had his hands placed firmly on her body to keep her still.
Cheers and claps were muffled in the background, and Arlina giggled into Alec's lips as he wouldn't pull away from her.
"She's gonna suffocate!" Someone yelled from the crowd and they all began to laugh.
"Go Alec! Get that woman!" Felix exclaimed and Demetri called out in agreement, the two acting like cheerleaders in the back, and Alec chuckled, pulling away from Arlina, his hands on either side of her face.
"I love you." He whispered, staring into her eyes and she fiddled with his collar, smiling up at him.
"I love you." She replied, and they kissed once more, causing the crowd to cheer once more.
