"I used to come out here when I wanted to escape all the fame and flashing lights." Paul said as he held onto my waist from behind

"Well what are we here to do?" I asked turning slowly in his grasp

"We are here so you can let go of the last bit of his monsters that have latched onto you."

I nodded not knowing where this was leading before he handed me a notebook and pen.

"I want you to write everything he's ever done wrong to you and everything right that's happened since you've left...and tell me when you're finished." He explained

I nodded in agreement and then asked "What will you be doing?"

"I will sit patiently beside you and be your shoulder to lean on." He said before laughing slightly and planting a short fused kiss on my forehead

"I'm done." I said wiping a single tear from my eyes as my fiancé held me in his arms

His fingers gently grazed my exposed leg before kissing my head.

"Now if I may can I see it?" Paul asked lowly

I did nothing but release myself from his hold and turn to face him as he gently grabbed my hand and began to read from the paper.

"Do you think I've helped you heal?" He asked after a long minute of silence before gazing toward me

"You've helped me heal in ways no one else could." I answered bringing my eyes to meet his

"Do you know I'd never hurt you ever and how much I cherish you physically, mentally and spiritually?"

I did nothing but smile at the sweet words parting his lips before saying "Yes, I'm aware."

"Then this..." He began to state lifting the paper before tearing it, "It or him can't break us." He concluded

"You're stronger than he will ever be and he can't do a thing to you unless you let him. These little beautiful scars don't represent him, they represent what you've been through and the power you hold as the independent woman you are and will always be."

I did nothing but wrap my arms around Paul's neck as I pulled him close grateful for him being the man he is.

"I love you."

"I love you." He replied kissing me long and slow

"Now let's go burn this paper and plan this new life we are starting together" He said with a laugh that I returned

A few weeks had passed and that day on the beach had stuck with me and Aiden had left.

Now my main issue was finding a wedding dress that would fit since I had been gaining a lot of unknown weight.

"Let me see the dress beautiful!" Paul called

"I look fat in it." I whined

"Lady, you look fine! That's healthy relationship weight. Me and the doctor told you so!" He joked causing me to laugh

"You get on my nerves!" I said as I began to laugh harder

"Whatever you say beautiful, but if you don't come out here I'm going to come in there."

I pursed my lips together in slight annoyance before looking in the mirror again walking out of the dressing room.

"Maybe it doesn't have to be this tight fitting...It looks not as good as it did at first." I ranted

"N-no...y-you look amazing" Paul said as he stared in awe

"I guess I can believe your stuttering" I said beginning to laugh

"You look gorgeous." He said as he continued to stare at me

"I look like a cow." I rebutted with an eye roll

"Shush snappy! You look amazing." He said as he continued staring at me

Groaning to himself lowly, Paul then began to pout as he plead "This one is your favorite dress and it's definitely mines. Please get it."

"You do look gorgeous in it!" A lady said as she walked by

"See!" My fiancé said, "Thank you!" He then said to the lady

"No problem!" She beamed

I gave her a small smile as she began to walk away and my big troublemaker walked closer to me softly grabbing my hands.

"You look radiant. And after our wedding I really want to take this off of you. Come on woman, you've got me begging like a kid in a candy store." He ranted as he kissed my forehead

"Fine!" I huffed with a slight smile

That's all it took before he swept me off of my feet beginning to attack me with at least a thousand kisses.

"Yes!" He cheered as I laughed in his arms

"Now what do you think Cody will say?" I asked causing his happiness to calm but a bright smile still remain prominent across his face

"Things only I should say that will get his ass kicked." He said resting his forehead against mines

"But he's my best friend!" I pouted as he sat me down

The jealousy he held for Cody teasing him about me was hilarious and hearing him bicker back and forth with them was hysterical.

"I'm your best friend." He said as I bit my lip taking in his possessiveness

Taking a deep breath, he towered over me before he gently pushed me against the wall before placing a slight and sloppy kiss on my lips as his hand rested on my hip.

"Your my husband." I teased breaking the kiss

"That too." He said before placing his lips back on mines

Loud coughs then erupted along with a voice causing us to stop and look over.

"Excuse me, sir and miss, we don't do that in here." The manager then said causing us to nod at her reprimand

"Sorry." We both said as she walked away

Paul then turned towards me beginning to laugh as I softly hit him, "You always get me in trouble."

"You like the adrenaline rush." He said softly smacking my ass as I made my way to change back into regular clothes causing me to laugh
