GRAYSON BROWN had quite literally experienced hell over the past few years. His mother had passed away during a horrendous car wreck when Grayson was 8. This led Grayson's father to shut down, rather focusing more of his attention on alcohol bottles than his son. A couple of years later, he had to fight beside a lab escapee and his friends to destroy monstrous creatures from another dimension that Grayson only thought existed in DND. He had to watch his worst fears come to life.

After that horrific year, Grayson turned to photography. He found one of his mother's old Polaroid cameras, taking picture after picture like they were a drug. That was how he coped, how he kept the monsters away. Immersing himself in the photos he took to distract himself from the problems of the world. He wished life could go back to how it used to be.

But then, a certain redhead moved to town. Something inside Grayson changed from the moment he saw her like a switch had been flipped. But for some reason, he wasn't about to start complaining.

Because he had now found his forever muse.
