"are you finished? its starting and the lawyer wants it to be over fast" rumi knocked on the bathroom stall you were hiding in. "yeahhhh wait-" "no come out right now." rumi used her stern voice as you quickly unlocked the door and coming out. your faux locs were in a half updo hairstyle and you only bothered to put on your lashes and lipgloss.

"let's go and get this over with okay?" she grabbed your arm and pulling you outside the bathroom and pulling you inside the court building and you can spot your parents and katsuki's parents standing at the other side while romania's parents were standing by her side with her lawyer.

you stood on the front desk and noticing jazmine, monica, eijiro and izuku entering the courtroom. "lets just get this over with" romeo said after the officers escorted him in and letting him stand besides his family but clearly ignoring romania who tried greeting him.

you were really nervous since the whole press was there and some random ass paparazzi but the moment you saw your parents smiling at you, you relaxed a bit and turned your head to the judge who entered the room.

"please be seated everyone" the judge first said as everyone sat down. "today we are gathered here because ms. simone committed physical assault towards ms. arias and ms arias was accused of sexual assault act against mr. bakugo"

"I am sorry your honor but my daughter would never do this and to think about setting a court up for this when there are bigger things to worry about" a bald darkskinned man who looked like in his mid 40s stood up which you assumed was romania's father.

"i understand mr arias but there had to be court because unfortunately for your son and your daughter there is more to the story and I am pretty sure you are aware about your families criminal records of fraud, bribery and money laundering" the judge said as the man sat down with a glare on his face and trying to ignore the whispers from the press and the others.

"now I want to hear mr. bakugo's side of story" the judge looked over to the blonde haired who stood up and his mother looking up at him with a worried gaze. "thank your honor" he sighed glancing at you and you nodded at him with a little smile. "It started with when she came over to my house because apparently she lost her penthouse and I thought that it would be rude of me to kick her out which I immediately regretted when I saw her in her undergarments and-"

"then why did you even let me in??" romania spoke from the other side catching the attention from everybody as she made her way to where bakugo was standing. "please be seated ms. arias or we might have to take you away" the judge said calmly and signalling the officers to escort her back.

"continue mr. bakugo" she sighed and listening to him. "after that she went on top of me and it happened, I wanted to tell her to stop but I knew she wasn't gonna listen so I just let her do her thing" bakugo spoke to her and ignored the glaring stares he was getting from the family expect romeo who was not even fazed.

"thank you and be seated, ochako uraraka would you please stand up and hand me the device for the evidence?" the judge looked at the brown haired girl who breathed out nervously and ignored the stares she was getting from everybody especially the whole family and handing the phone and a letter to the judge.

"the evidence we are about to see will decided whether romania arias is not guilty or guilty" the judge spoke taking the phone first since it was already on the recording of romania's voice. romania closed her eyes as the recording played in the quiet courtroom and everyone's eyes moved to look at her. you were not even surprised but it still disturbed you.

"your honor I object, this could be easily edited" romania's judge stood up. "ochako do you have anything to say?" the judge looked at her. "i- I was with her when I recorded the whole conversation" ochako nervously said and barely keeping eye contact with the judge. "please be seated, mr. johnson what do you want to say in romania's defense?" the judge asked romania's lawyer.

"that the whole situation is an misunderstanding and the voice recording still means nothing but we still can't ignored ms. simone assaulting romania for the second time" he spoke to the judge and glancing at your way and to your lawyer. "I understand what you are getting at but we don't have enough evidence to proof that ms. simone slapped ms. arias" she said as ochako showed her the video of romania trying to touch bakugo when you had came in and pulling bakugo away from her.

"so you are saying my daughter is lying-" "she's" the judge said turning the volume of the video up and turning it towards everyone so they could watch it. romania widened her eyes and feeling the rage build up in her body. "you fucking betrayer" romania ran up to the front to drag ochako but the officers were fast to hold into her as she tried to free herself and cursing at ochako.

"I gave you the money that you couldn't afford because you were desperately begging for it, I brought the fancy apartment you couldn't even get and now you are doing this to me??" romania bursted in tears and ochako really wanted to laugh but also felt a tiny bit bad. "please officers escort her out, she is found guilty anyways and sentenced to six years" the judge was already tired of the whole situation and just wanted to get over with as they escort the screaming woman.

"mi hija" romania's mother stood up to follow her but the other officers stopped her. "this is not over yet" romania's father pointed at ochako and pulling his wife away. "leave them be" the judge stopped the officers who wanted to run after them. "so what about me?" romeo asked really not caring about his sister also being jailed and his parents having to live without them both being here.

"you were involved in the whole situation so you are still sentenced to four years, officers take him back, I suppose the case is over" she said after romeo's stands up to be taken by the officers and escorting him out. like brother like sister.

"wait- what about me? I thought it should take atleast hours till we-" "ms. simone you don't have to worry about anything, what ms. arias did is not something to forget or forgive and I personally think it was the right thing for you to do although violence is never needed, I am letting you off with that and the arias family is still to be dealt with because of their past criminal records that they brushed away like that" the judge smiled at you as your parents went up to you to hug you with everyone.

romania's lawyer rolled his eyes and ignored the grin he was getting from your lawyer as he made his way out. "I am so proud of you" katsuki's mother, mitsuki spoke while pecking his cheek and katsuki wanted to yell for her to stop but he honestly felt like crying because it was finally over or so he thought.. but whatever it was over.

"we should have dinner you know with everyone" katsuki's father masaru said and draping his arm over his sons shoulder since he knew he didn't like it but katsuki couldn't care less right now because he was really happy right now.

"sounds good, I will tell them"

"cheerssssss" a drunk jazmine loudly said while holding a bottle of vodka up. "jaz sit the fuck down" monica giggled but she herself was drunk. The older, older people were having their dinner while the older but younger people aka you people were drinking your asses off in katsuki's garden where a big table was set with many chairs and everybody was busy dancing except you and bakugo were staring at each other with a smile.

"what?" you laughed taking a sip from your drink and placing it on the table. "nothing it's just, we used to hate each others guts then we started fucking and then fake dating and now we are.. I don't know complicated right now?" katsuki shrugged and running his fingers through his blonde hair.

"hey do you wanna go up to your room?" you asked trying to change the subject and standing up by grabbing his hand. "where you going?" eijiro asked his bestfriend with a grin on his face as you pulled him inside. "oh fuck off" bakugo playfully punched his shoulder and going inside with you and upstairs to his bedroom.

"what did you wann-" before he could proceed to talk you pulled him in a kiss and your arms wrapping around his neck. his hands landed on your waist to pull you closer and he could feel the way you walked over the bed still kissing him and making him lay down. you moaned into the kiss when his tongue licked all over yours and the taste of the alcohol mixing with the saliva.

He bites into your plump bottom lip, sucking on it and stroking it with his warm tongue as he moves your faux locs to your back and then his hands moving down to your ass. you felt his erection directly on your crouch and grinded into it while pulling away from the kiss and kissing down his neck. katsuki groaned grabbing into your hips and letting you grind on him.

you sighed slowly getting off of his lap and sitting on the bed. bakugo frowned sitting up and looking at you. "did I do something wrong or-" "no no it's just- we really should stop doing that because we have to still figure our shit out" you wanted to slap yourself for being horny for a second and the other you were telling him that you shouldn't be doing this.

"hey we still can do this and figure our shit out-" "katsuki I know you are going to tour for half an year, its better we figure everything out even though I really really like you" you took his hand but it seems like he was avoiding your gaze.

"so we are going back to being bitter friends?" katsuki asked and you chuckled. "I guess so" you said pulling your hand from his and going out to his balcony and seeing the others jumped into the pool with their clothes.

"holy shit katsu you have to see this" you laughed signalling for him to come as he rushed over and looking down. "I am gonna fucking kill them" he mumbled going to the door to go downstairs.

"a nigga is angry oh oh" you laughed out loud following behind him to join the whole mess.

"hey fuckers who said yall can use my- AH" eijiro pulled him inside and everybody laughed at him. "goofy ass" you chuckled but didn't notice monica standing behind you and pushing you inside.

"now you are the goofy ass" katsuki laughed out loud and you splashed the water on him. "shut up besides you deserved it" you scoffed swimming away from him and sitting by the edge.

you watched everyone have their fun and well bakugo had a water gun with him that he had found in his garage stuff and was shooting everybody with it. you wondered what will happen when he would be gone for a whole six months and now it was your time to finally focus on yourself and come up with new songs idea because it was now to grow yourself and maybe but just maybe you might find someone who would be right for you if bakugo ever finds someone that he would love more..
