"Look at the posters of mommy!" Kallie grinned, pointing out all the fans in attendance who held up posters and such with words of support. Kamiyah smiled, waving at the fans who cheered. It was safe to say, Kallie, Lewis, and Kaylen got the most love out of South Korea so far. She had never seen so much Jaguar and Mercedes stuff. They were at the fanzone, as it was media day, and they put Jaguar up last with the Mercedes's drivers because that's who the fans wanted to see the most.

"Did you guys know Lewis actually speaks fluent Korean?" George spoke into the microphone, and Lewis chuckled, nodding in confirmation.

"Yeah, my parents taught him," Kaylen laughs lightly.

"It's true, they're not lying. I don't speak it very often. Though, I suppose I have an excuse now." Lewis spoke, and everyone cheered, shouting for him to speak some Korean. "Hello, my name is Lewis, and I'm very thrilled to be here. It's such an honor to race on such a beautiful track with an amazing crowd in the stands cheering us on." Lewis spoke in fluent Korean, and they cheered, all completely shocked by how good his pronunciation was.

"I have no idea what he said, but that sounded amazing," George praised.

"Let's hear from the Madame herself. If you didn't know, my sister was actually born here. A lot of people tend to think she was born in South Africa, but that's not the case." Kaylen explained, surprising the many who actually didn't know that. Lots just assumed she was born in South Africa because her siblings were. "Are you serious? I had no idea," George expressed in shock.

"It's very true," Kallie confirmed, nodding softly with a small smile. "It is such an honor to be here, especially knowing they had brought Formula 1 back here just for my arrival. I hope we can continue to race here for as long as possible. This is truly such an amazing environment, and your support means the absolute world to me. It is an honor to represent South Korea. I hope to make you all so proud when I cross that chequered flag. I will never take this for granted."

The crowd cheered and someone tossed a South Korea flag that went in half with the South African flag. Lewis was quick to pick it up and pull it over Kallie's shoulders with a proud smile. Kami giggled, holding onto the flag so it didn't fall off her mum. They had someone in the crowd to get some questions from the fans for the drivers to answer. "Kallie, do you plan to break Sebastian's fastest lap record this weekend?" She was asked.

"I do! Definitely, yes. Sorry, Seb, but I plan to break records and make records this weekend." Kallie answered, setting Kami down so she could go bother George and Kaylen because who wouldn't love to see that?

"Are you working on any new music, Kallie?"

"Yes, I actually have an album coming out very soon! I'm so excited for everyone to hear it." Kallie answered excitedly, and translated her words to Korean for the non-English speakers. "Will Lewis be on the album?" She asked, getting some shouts of agreement who also wanted to know the answer. "That's a great question. Lewis?" Kaylen smirked, and Lewis chuckled, lifting his mic up to answer. "Honestly, I have no idea yet. Kallie?"

"Let's just say, it's still under review," she smirked playfully.

"You guys hear that? Apparently I'm not good enough to make the final cut." Lewis sighed mockingly, and the fans shouted words of encouragement for Kallie to include him in the album. "Let's make a deal then. If Lewis finishes on podium this weekend, he can be on the album." She proposed. Lewis grinned, nodding confidently, "alright then, that's gonna be easy. Be prepared to make a music video and everything cause I am going to milk this out for as long as possible."

"Of course you are," Kallie retorts sarcastically.

"They bicker like my parents," George expressed, getting many laughs from the fans.

"Baba!" Kami tugged on his pants and Lewis chuckled, bending down to pick her up.

They got asked many more questions before it was over, and they returned to the rest of their media duties. After that, Lewis planned something special for Kallie, unbeknownst to her. So she assumed they were going back to the hotel. Kami was completely in on it, she helped her dad set it all up and agreed to stay the night with Kaylen and his boyfriend James so they could have their private time.

"You took a wrong turn," Kallie input, remembering the way to the hotel. She had a house in South Korea, but that was miles away in Seoul. "I know. We're not going back to the hotel, yet," Lewis replied, taking another turn in the opposite direction of the hotel. "Uh..where we go then?" She frowned in confusion, looking up from her phone where Kez was letting her know she landed in Seoul and would be at practice tomorrow.

"You'll see when we get there," he shrugged.

A few minutes later, the car stopped in the empty parking lot of a lit up pathway. Her brows furrowed, "this looks oddly familiar." Lewis got out and walked around the car, pulling her door open and extending his hand. She took it and stepped out, still trying to remember where she saw this place from. "Lewis, I'm not even dress nice or anything. I have no makeup, my hair not done, what..." she trailed off.

"Don't worry about that. This is when you look the most beautiful, darling," he whispered into her ear, setting his hands onto her waist.

He led her down the lit up pathway, and her eyes shined against the lights. They turned another corner and her jaw practically dropped at the large garden surrounded by a beautiful waterfall. "I-I know this place," she whispered, looking around in wonder. "I know. Sang said he used to take you here when you were a kid. It was your favorite place. It always brought a calmness. You never once showed a negative emotion here." Lewis explained, knowing everything from Sang and Jae-hyun, who had been a wonderful help.

"It's so beautiful," she sniffles, looking over her shoulder at him, only seeing love and admiration in his starry brown eyes.

"Just as you are," he smiled softly, reaching to wipe her tears, that were obviously happy tears.

She smiled, turning back to look at the scenery. Lewis led her over to large blanket laid out and she chuckled when she noticed it was purple, clearly Kami picked it out. There was a tray of sarmies, strawberry ice cream, and chocolate strawberries, clearly another one of Kami's chosen idea's. He had two glasses of Almave poured, because he knew her love for tequila and they weren't allowed to drink alcohol, so obviously it needed to be non-alcoholic.

"Oh, my gosh, this is so sweet. I'm gonna cry." Kallie expressed, taking a breath to push back the tears.

"Kami was adamant that these were your favorite dishes and I wasn't about to argue, cause she's been getting feisty lately." Lewis explained, getting a small chuckle from her. She sat down on the blanket and kicked off her shoes. "I love it," she giggled, her bottom lip tugged between her teeth as she looked around, eyeing the waterfall that brought her much comfort.

"I figured it would ease your mind. You've had a tough couple of weeks." Lewis said, and despite how beautiful the scenery was, he could only keep his eyes on her. Nothing was more beautiful than her. "It does. It's so peaceful here," she sighed in relief, closing her eyes to take it all in. Her eyes opened and they slowly fell, "I'm so sorry for everything, Lewis. I truly never wanted you to see that other side of me."

"Hey, none of that was your fault. Don't ever apologize for that. Anger is a natural human emotional that we all go through. You just had a bit more in you, and that's not something you can just control. It's not gonna scare me away if that's what you think. I'm here for you, and everything that comes with you." Lewis leaned forward to take her hands, and she smiled softly, a tear falling from her eye at his reassuring words.

Her eyes fell sadly as some negative thoughts invaded her mind, "what if...what if I screw it up again? I ruin everything good for me, Lewis."

"Kallie, you never screwed anything up. Those people were never good for you. Removing them from your life was the best decision you could've made for yourself. I actually find myself glad that you left me when you did." Her lips formed a small frown at his last sentence and he knew she was confused so he explained. "I didn't have the emotional intelligence that I do now. I wouldn't have been good for you. And now you came back to me at time where I'm ready to be emotionally available for you."

"You are?" She smiled, more tears threatening to fall. She normally never cried this much, but she was glad they were happy tears rather than tears of sadness and frustration. "I've been ready for you, Kallie. I just want you to be ready for me. That's all that matters." Lewis expressed, pressing a kiss to her hand.

"I love you so much, Kallie. I've been in love with you since we were kids. I just didn't realize it until too late. I want to make up for all that missed time between us. I want to be there for you, and be there for our daughter. You two are the most important people in my life. You're my family. You're my life. I will do literally anything to prove that to you. I will literally marry you if that what it takes. I love our daughter. I love our family. I really fucking love you, and I really hope you love me too."

She couldn't muster any words so instead she leaned forward and wrapped her arms around him, tears racing down her cheeks. His hands slid down her waist and grabbed her thighs to pull her onto his lap so she wasn't in an uncomfortable position...and maybe he just wanted her closer. She pulled her head back to look at him, brushing the braid strand behind his ear. "I want to be with you forever. Nobody has ever understood me the way you do. I love you too, Lewis."

He smiled, a tear falling from his eye as he pulled her in, pressing their lips together in a slow and intimate kiss. The tension was almost palpable, thick enough to suffocate the air he breathed. She pulled away first, creating a space between them, but Lewis didn't want to stop. "One more." He swallows thickly, and her eyes follow that mesmerizing movement in his throat.

She smiled, and leaned back in, enveloping her lips with his again. His arms hooked around her waist, pulling her as close as possible. He wanted no empty room between them. Eventually they had to pull away for air, and he really wished breathing didn't exist in that moment. She chuckled softly, moving off his lap to the grab the ice cream. "Kami would be very upset if we didn't eat."

"True, but I promised we would save her some sarmies," Lewis snickered, grabbing one of them from the tray.

Kallie chuckled as she grabbed the bottle of Almave and poured some into her ice cream, mixing it all up so it was a smooth consistency. "This is very good. Did you make it?" She asked. "Yeah, your mum let me use her ice cream maker," Lewis smiled. This was probably the best he had felt in a very long time. Only she could bring him such happiness...next to Kami, of course. Can never forget about Kami.

"Thank you for doing all of this. It means the world to me." Kallie spoke in Korean, smiling when she noticed how flustered he got.

"Could you tell me you love me in your language? I feel it's more impactful that way." Lewis requested, the question making him a little nervous because it didn't want her to feel like her English wasn't just as important. She smiled, ducking her head to try and hide her own flustered appearance, "Ndiyakuthandana, Lewis."

She chuckled softly at his bubbly smile, his bottom lip pulled between his teeth. "I have important question for you."

"What is it?" Lewis asked with curious eyes, reaching over to grab his own ice cream.

"Were you being serious when you said you would marry me right now?"

"Yes. I'd never lie about that."

"That is pole position in your home race, Kallie! Let's go! You did that!" James shouted in praise.

"Thank you!" Kallie grinned through her helmet, and soon parked her car at the sign where Lewis and Kaylen were already parked in their respective places. She climbed out and ran over to her team, jumping into their arms. Then she ran over to Kaylen and hugged him, both of them spinning around excitedly, clearly in a fun sibling moment. "No hard feelings when I beat you, right?" Kaylen asked jokingly.

"In your dreams," she pushed his helmet away with a laugh.

She turned to Lewis, and just bowed her head politely before moving along to hug her mum and dad. As soon as they were finished taking pictures and celebrating her pole position, and Kaylen's P2, she went down to get interviewed. The interviews went quickly and better than last time. Then came the small press conference. As she walked in, she chuckled when she noticed Kaylen and Lewis laying on the sofa napping as they waited for her.

"You guys are silly." She snorts, pushing Kaylen's legs off to sit down in the middle.

"You could've shoved his off, not mine!" Kaylen scoffed in offense, and Lewis just sent him a cocky grin. "I didn't want to. He looked peaceful." Kallie excused, shrugging her shoulder and Kaylen shot both of them a glare. Lewis sat up better and might have scooted a bit too close to Kallie but she didn't notice. Though, he had no doubts that their fans would. They noticed everything. He was a bit surprised they didn't already figure it out, well, most of them at least.

When the conference finally ended, which actually went quite well because it was mostly fueling Kallie's already large ego, she went off to pick up Kami so they could go back to the hotel. They spent plenty of time in Seoul before coming to Yeongam, South Jeolla Province for the race. So she wasn't all that worried about celebrating her pole position or anything. She just wanted to go back to her hotel and rest up for race day with a clear head.

She walked to the car, and pulled open the backseat door. Kami smiled as she climbed in herself and sat down in her car seat. Kallie buckled her in and Kami looked around with a small frown of confusion. "Where's Baba?" She asked. "Uh, I don't know. I think it's just us tonight, babygirl." Kallie shrugged, pressing a kiss to her head before shutting the door.

She put her stuff in the boot and walked around to the drivers seat, climbing inside. Glancing into the rear view mirror, she noticed Kami's head down with a frown etched on her lips. With a sigh, she started the car, wanting to get out of there so she could get Kami some special sarmies to cheer her up. She backed up a little bit, ready to pull out of the parking spot. "Mama, stop! Daddy's here!" Kami exclaimed.

"What?" Kallie frowned in confusion, looking back to the front to see Lewis running over to the car.

He pulled open the passenger door with a huff, "we literally came here together. How else am I supposed to get back? Are you crazy?" He tossed his bag into the backseat, smiling at Kami who giggled excitedly. "Hey princess." Kallie sighed deeply, "I thought you were gonna go party with Kaylen or something. I heard him mention it." She said, waiting for him to shut the door so she could drive again.

"I have a beautiful family to spend my time with. Why would I wanna go partying for a P3?" Lewis scoffed, shutting the door and pulling on his seat belt.

"Because that's what I would do if I didn't have a child," Kallie mumbled, and Kami glared at her in offense which made Lewis snicker. He turned to look at her and her glare quickly dropped as she reached over to take the bracelet he held out to her. "A fan made that just for you, princess." She squealed excitedly, pulling on the beaded bracelet that had both of her parents initials and purple and green beads. "So pretty."

He turned back in his seat and watching Kallie, finding it so funny how concentrated she was when she drove at slow speeds. She was leaned forward, her tongue peeking from her lips with her brows furrowed in concentration. "Is this how you look behind the helmet? It's really cute." He questioned, a playful smile etched on his lips. "No, I usually looked pissed or happy, depending on what place I'm in," she shrugged, leaning back as she stopped at a light.

"Are we ordering in? Or what's the plan here cause I'm starving," he said, casually placing his hand onto her thigh, his thumb rubbing her soft skin as she had on a pair of shorts she just threw on quickly. She cleared her throat, his hand distracting her just a bit because he kept moving it up and down in a slow and agonizing pace."Uh-uhm, m-my mum made some food for us so I'm just gonna pick it up at her room." She answered.

"Sounds good, love," Lewis smiled, and glanced back at Kami who giggled, happy they were finally together again.

They soon got back to the hotel, and they went to her room because she had a far bigger room than he did. Kallie picked up the food and came back to see Kami dancing around in the living room as an Ariana Grande music video was playing on the TV. It was ironically the song that Kallie helped write and even appeared in the video. "It's mommy!" Kami giggled, tugging on her dad's shirt as her other hand pointed at the screen.

Kallie grabbed the remote and paused it, causing Kami to turn around really quick with a frown. The frown immediately turned upside down when she saw the tray of sarmies in her mum's hands. "Sarmies!" She squealed excitedly, jumping around. Kallie chuckled and walked around the couch, setting the tray onto the coffee table. Kami didn't waste a second to grab one and take a big bite.

Lewis smiled at her excitement and reached over to grab his own. "Bless your mum," he mumbled, sighing in delight at the taste.

Kami looked at the tray with a frown, seeing there was one missing. She glanced up at her mum who was avoiding eye contact. "You eat one before me!" She complained, crossing her arms over her chest to look more intimidating but honestly it just made her even more adorable. Kallie scoffed, "no, I did not. How do you even know it was place there?"

Kami swiped her finger over the empty spot on the tray and tasted it. "You lie! You eat my sarmie!"

"Oh whatever. Little detective," Kallie scoffed and Kami smacked her hand away from the tray. She picked up another sarmie and then allowed her mum to grab one. "She gets the dramatics from your sister," Lewis comments, searching for a movie to watch that would keep Kami entertained.

"Little Mermaid!" Kami exclaimed, pointing to the movie with pleading eyes. Lewis smiled, quickly renting the movie and putting it on for Kami to watch. She climbed onto the sofa and sat down in the corner, pulling the blanket over her to get comfy. He handed her a little plate of sarmies so she wouldn't have to get up to keep grabbing more. And Kallie poured her some strawberry milk in a cup for her to drink if she was thirsty.

She got up to dim the lights and Lewis laid down to get comfortable. Kallie walked back over, and he pulled her into his arms, pulling the blanket over them. "Are you serious?" She deadpanned, looking at him over her shoulder, his hands snaking around her waist with a cheeky grin.

"Shhhh!" Kami glared at them as she shushed them for being too loud, even though they were talking in hushed whispers.

Surprisingly, Kami made it through the whole movie without falling asleep. She was that tuned in. But the second the credits came on, she was out. Snores left her as they quietly started to clean up. Lewis picked up the plate on her stomach, only half a sarmie left on it. He scooped her up gently, careful to not disturb her sleep. As Kallie cleaned up a little obsessively, Lewis carried Kami to her own room in the suite and tucked her into the twin bed.

He walked out, leaving a crack at the door. Kallie was folding the blankets neatly when he walked back into the living room area. "I always forget you're a clean freak," he comments, plopping down on the sofa, completely knocking over the blanket she just folded. "Are you kidding me?! I just folded that!" Kallie continued to ramble angrily in a mixed language between Korean and Xhosa, leaving him very confused.

"I got no idea what you're saying. It's all coming out in mixed words." Lewis replies, watching her pick up the blanket he dropped to fold it again, still mumbling incoherent things. "I feel like you're the type to iron a sandwich if the edges don't look crisp enough." Lewis says, giggling at his little joke but she did not find it funny.

"You are not funny." She scowled, turning around to leave.

"Come on, babe, that was funny. Where's your humour?" Lewis stood up quickly to follow her. She ignored him, pushing into the bedroom and flipping on the lights. "I'm taking a shower, and no, you cannot join," she mumbled, grabbing some clothes from her suitcase in the corner. "Is this punishment? It feels like punishment." He comments, plopping down on the bed with a frown.

She sighed, setting her clothes to the side and walking over to him, his tattooed hands immediately finding her waist. "It's not that I don't want this, because I do. I just..I don't want to screw up. This race mean so much to me. I have to win. I have to prove everyone wrong. My focus need to be completely on this race. I cannot handle any distractions, nor can my body feel weak at any point in the car. It doesn't mean I don't want you."

"Hey, I completely understand. I get that. All you had to do was say so. I can wait. I want this for you too. I know how much this race means to you. I don't want to distract you from that. I will wait for you. Whenever you're ready, darling." Lewis reassured, taking her hands into his with a soft smile and understanding eyes. She smiled softly, leaning down to connect their lips in a sweet kiss.

"Can I still join you for that shower?" Lewis asked, his hands softly caressing her face.

She giggled softly in amusement, nodding her head, "yes, you can."

"May the best win, ja?" Kaylen grinned, and Kallie nodded at his words, accepting his hand shake. They backed up and did a quick bow to each other before making their way to their respective cars. They went out onto the track, parking their cars at the grid places so their team could quickly prepare them.

"Kallie!" She glanced over her shoulder as she pulled off her balaclava. Lewis's dad made his way through the crowds of people and film crew to get over to her. She smiled, running over to meet his halfway. She didn't pull him into a hug yet, because they agreed on a hug when she won the race. He gave her some words of encouragement, and wisdom, and then she bowed politely before he would go off to talk with his son so they could also share a few words.

"Move the fuck out of my way. Fuckin' hell." Kallie snickered hearing the complaints of her big sister who was growing annoyed as fuck about the cameras all crowding her as she tried to make her way over to her little sister. Kaidyn was in her arms, his face tucked into her neck with noise canceling headphones on. "I will fucking sue you if you put that fucking camera in my son's face again you dumb fucking idiot. Have some fucking shame!" Kez scowled, shoving the camera out of her face.

"I'm starting to see how Mari made thousands off that swear jar," Kallie mused, her sister finally getting to her after her security had the camera crew back up. "KaiKai wanted to see you before you go off to race at high speeds he cannot possibly comprehend yet," Kez smiled. "That's so sweet. Hi, my special boy." Kallie awed, taking him into her arms, and he cracked a small smile, his smaller arms wrapping around her neck.

"Want me to go steal Kami from Lewis so you could see her before you go off?" Kez asked.

"Could you? I'd love that." Kallie nods softly, her hand rubbing the small back of her nephew. Kez smiled and quickly went off to steal Kami, the girl very easy to spot because of the bright red she wore. Lewis had dressed her again, obviously. He always had her outfits picked out for races. When Lewis wasn't looking, Kez smirked and quickly scooped up Kami, the girl giggling because of the hand tattoos she noticed, so she knew it was just her aunt.

"That's kidnapping!" Lewis argued, turning as he felt Kami's hand slip from his.

"Not if we're related!" Kez laughed, pushing through the crowd with the child clinging onto her, giggles leaving her.

Soon enough, it was time to start. They began with a formation lap to lock into their respective grid places. There was a total of 55 laps. Top ten were Yeong-Su-P1, Kumalo-P2, Hamilton-P3, Leclerc-P4, Verstappen-P5, Norris-P6, Sainz-P7, Russell-P8, Alonso-P9, and Piastri-P10. Ocon and Stroll were both starting from the pitlane, and Gasly had a ten place grid penalty, putting him at the very back of the grid. "It's lights out and away we go! Kallie Yeong-Su leads the Korean Grand Prix with a brilliant start!"

Immediately upon hitting that accelerator, Kallie kept her lead into the first corner, and down the straight. Kaylen trailed behind her, very similar to the last Korean Grand Prix in 2013 where Vettel led with Lewis trailing right behind into the start. They got a yellow flag the second they came out of the third corner. "Everyone okay?" Kallie asked, slowing down a bit.

"Just some slight contact with Albon and Magnussen. All good. No safety car needed." James reassured and once she got the clearance, she sped back up to her normal pace. They weren't doing a one stop strategy today, simply because they were expecting rainfall and she'd eventually have to switch for some wets or inters, depending on how much rain they were looking at.

Laps flew by quickly, she still remained leader, but many drivers were going through places like crazy. They had a few yellow flags, but no safety car was needed, thankfully. The drivers were just very inexperienced on this track. But, drivers like Kallie, Lewis, Fernando, and Nico Hulkenburg were more familiar with it. The track had it's troubles with the drivers in the past, but before they brought the race back to F1, they made sure it was safe and suitable for the drivers.

In the seventh lap, she already took fastest lap, beating Sebastian's little record he had from the last race here a decade ago. "That's the fastest lap in the history of this Grand Prix, Kallie. Great job!"

Lap 14, they got more warnings about the rain. It would start to pour down in an estimate of 5-8 laps. She smiled when she saw some sprinkles drop on her visor, quickly going as they came. "Let's pit for some wets, ja?" She requested, choosing to ignore the strategists theory for inters. "Alright. We call you in two laps," James replied, knowing he had specific orders from the team principal to not question or second guess her decisions during this race.

Two laps later, she dropped down three places after pitting for wets. Verstappen- on fresh intermediates, had taken the lead. Sainz and Alonso were right behind him in P2 and P3 after Kaylen and Lewis came into the pits for a double stack with their respective teams. Kallie fell into P4 with George behind her in P5. Lewis coming out behind Russell in P6 because he had a quicker stop than Kaylen.

Lewis must've had a similar strategy to hers because he went with wets as well. Kaylen went with wets when Sang informed him of Kallie's last minute tyre change. They definitely didn't regret it after overtaking Sainz and Alonso who were struggling with any pace on inters. The rain was pouring down hard, and drivers were struggling. Kallie was in P2, getting closer to P1 with every millisecond she gained on a struggling Max Verstappen.

Lap 44 is where they got the red flag, quite ironic. Charles Leclerc and Alex Albon made contact and crashed into the barriers of sector 4. It wasn't necessarily anyone's fault...except maybe Ferrari's. As usual, Charles had engine issues, causing his car to slow down on the corner and due to the rain, Alex hadn't had much time to react and crashed right into him. Thankfully, they both got out of their cars safely.

All the drivers on the track previously, had parked into the pitlane, and it was quite convenient because the rain had started to slow, still coming down but not nearly as bad as it was when it started. Others were changing their tyres to intermediates, but Kallie made the bold choice to switch her worn out wets out for some softs. Yeah, she was going for slicks on a wet track. It was a risky decision, but it was a driver who knew how to control her car better in the rain.

Even Lewis didn't switch out for slicks. He went with intermediates as his strategists planned. Kaylen also did the same, aware of his weaknesses and rain tended to be one of them. No way was he gonna risk and potential win by going out in the rain with some slick tyres. Kallie walked into the garage, going over to her father who requested to speak with her. Her team was already making the tyre change, and she knew the other teams were talking about how crazy it was.

"Are you sure about this?" He asked in Korean, setting his hands on her shoulders.

"I'm sure. I can do this. Everyone else is on inters, meaning in a few laps, they'll dry up the track enough to give me an advantage. It's just ten laps. I've got this. I wouldn't let this slip through my fingers, Baba." Kallie reassured, giving his hand a squeeze and bowing her head before going over to her sister, Kaidyn and Kami sitting in her lap, the boy attempting to teach his cousin some sign language so they could communicate a bit better.

Kez stood up, setting them down into Kaikara's lap, the two complying with it because they loved the comfort the older woman brought. She walked over to the corner, Kallie following her. She cupped Kallie's face softly with a smile before dropping them to take her sister's hands, the driver taking a deep breath, her body relaxing as she closed her eyes. "Remember, the rain is your friend. You control it. You use it. The rain will guide you and you will follow. It is there to help you."

"You got this. We believe in you. I believe in you, sister." Kez pressed a kiss to her head, and Kallie smiled, opening her eyes back up. "Thank you."

Darren soon called her back over, and she returned to her car. He passed her the balaclava and she pulled it on. She had freshly done cornrows her mum did on her, with a star braided into her head and some red, blue, and white beads at the end of the rows to represent the her flag colours. He passed her helmet, that was specialized for this race. Kez had designed herself.

She was soon climbing in her car and driving out of the pitlane, following behind the safety car. She controlled the pace of the race until they were finally given the go. She maintained her lead strongly, keeping full control of her car and tyres under the medium rainfall. Five laps in, with five more to go, she was already overlapping the cars at the back. Piastri had to retire his car, but instead of pulling over and calling a yellow flag, he insisted on getting back to the pitlane so he wouldn't ruin Kallie's lead.

"What's the gap with Kaylen?" She questioned out of curiosity, noticing the battle between him and Lewis playing on the screen.

"20 seconds. They've got nothing on you, Kallie. Bring it home." James encouraged.

"Let's keep this line quiet." Kallie replied, and hit the button to silence her radio for now.

"From being told she would never have a future in Formula 1 to being the first woman to hold seven world championship titles in motorsports...with a 25 second lead, Kalliope Yeong-Su brings it home and is the winner of the Korean Grand Prix!! We are witnessing history!!" The crowds erupted with cheers when she flew past the chequered flag, marking her name permanently in the history books of motorsports and it was only the beginning of her story here.

"Yes!! P1, Kallie! P-fucking-1!! Congratulations! You earned it! You deserve this!" James spoke proudly, still trying to regain his breath.

"I just wanna say thank you my family who sacrificed everything for me to be able to do this. I love you guys so much. And thank you to my daughter, who brought my light back. I love you, Kami. This was beautiful race. This win mean the world to me. Thank you to everyone back at the factory, and my whole team who work so hard to give me the possible chances. And most importantly, thank you for the unconditional support from all my fans. I love you all."

She pulled to the side, and one of the marshals ran over to hand her the South Korean flag. She wrapped it around her hand and waved it up as she drove around the track again, the grandstands filled with cheering fans. She parked at the 1st place sign, and then noticed Kaylen was parked at the P3, so clearly Lewis managed to get that overtake on him at the last second. Still, it was a great result, and she was so proud. It was a 1-2 for the Jaguar team.

She took a breath, climbing out of the cockpit and standing on top of the car, waving the flag up. All the fans were running to see the podium now that the track was clear. She jumped off the car, and just sat down in front of it, taking it all in. Keziyah stood by, giving her time to process. It was a full minute before she rose back up and wrapped her arms around her sister. Her sister who sacrificed so much to give her a chance in motorsports. Her sister who bought a retired Formula 1 team just so she could achieve her dream to be in Formula 1.

"I love you so much. You make me proud, sisi." Keziyah spoke softly in Xhosa, pulling back to press a kiss on Kallie's helmet.

Next thing she did was run over to her dad and mum, the two pulling her into a hug, telling her how proud they were in their respective languages. They pulled away for her to hug Anthony next, the same man who was there when her father couldn't be. When she pulled away, she ran over to her team, jumping into their arms, the railing completely falling over but they just laughed it off and lifted her up, both of her flags being raised by her enthusiastic mechanics.

She excitedly hugged Kaylen next, the younger sibling spinning her around excitedly, shouting bragging words about how cool and awesome his sister was compared to everyone else's. She pulled her helmet off next, handing to Maeanna so Kami would be able to see her face. She noticed Lewis setting Kami down so she could run over to her mum. She bent down and held out her arms, Kami running into them with an excited giggle.

She lifted her up and spun her around with a bright smile, Kami giggling happily. "I love you mommy," Kami said, wrapping her arms around the woman's neck. Kallie smiled tearfully, pressing a kiss to her daughter's cheek, "I love you more, my little angel."

She reluctantly let Kami go so she could get weighed, even though Kami wasn't very pleased with it. Lewis was already weighed, so she refused to leave his side now. Which meant, he had to do his interview with her clinging onto him. He'd probably get fined or something but he didn't care. He though she'd be nervous to be on camera but she actually wasn't. She was very confident, and even got her very own question by Jenson Button. The crowd was very in awe at the adoration she had for her parents and Uncle Kaylie.

Kallie had her interview after him, the crowd very very loud when she appeared back on the screen, the flag draped around her shoulders. She did her interview, going on about how much the win meant to her and her family before going into the race strategy and how many last minute decisions she made that benefited her personally throughout the race.

Kami was not very pleased about her parents leaving off to the cool down room but she was kept distracted by Kallie's mechanics who gifted her a little bear that looked just like her mum, with the exact race suit and special helmet. It was Kenny's idea, the head mechanic who's been with Kallie since her days in Formula E. She clung onto the bear as she sat on Kenny's shoulders to get a better view of the podium. Keziyah was next to him, Kaidyn up on her shoulders, very excited to see the podium.

It finally started, Kaylen heading out first, and then Lewis. The crowd of fans got louder as Kallie walked out, holding up the flag with a bright grin. Nothing could ruin this moment for her, absolutely nothing. She stepped up onto the very top step and pulled the flag around her shoulders as her national anthem began to play. She smiled and blew a kiss to Kami who was waving at her excitedly.

They handed out the trophys, and obviously she got the special winners trophy. She threw it up high before catching it. Like it was some unspoken agreement between Lewis, Kaylen, and Jae-hyun, they all sprayed her down with the champagne spray. She tried running away but Lewis hooked his arms around her to keep her still, even using her as a shield so he wasn't sprayed so much.

She was just laughing, turning in his arms and popping open her bottle and pushing off his cap, "no- Kallie- babe, wait-" he tried to object but she already pushed out of his arms to spray him down. She snickered in amusement as he ran his hand down his face to wipe off the champagne.

They went up on the top step to take the picture and she tied the flag around her father's shoulders with the help of Kaylen because he was taller and could actually reach Jae's shoulders without having to jump up. She seriously had no idea where she got the short genes from. After the photos, she ran over to the edge and dropped a bottle down to her mechanics so they could have their own champagne celebration.

She picked up her two trophys, as she had the special winners trophy, and headed back down to go see her family. She laughed seeing Kami run around as her mechanic Mason chased her around with a champagne bottle that had sparkling water inside, trying to spray her too. Kallie set down her trophys and scooped Kami up, holding her still so Mason could spray her. "Get her!" Kami giggled, now completely soaked in sparkling water.

"Come on, let's go take some pictures with the team!" Kallie said, picking up one of her trophys as Kenny collected the other one. She ran down to the garage, spotting her team getting prepared to take the photo with the sign that had both Kallie's and Kaylen's finishing places. She dropped Kami over with Lewis's team because she knew her team would spray her down with champagne the second that picture was over.

She and Kaylen kneeled down by the sign, the photographer making sure everyone was in the frame. He snapped a few pictures and then gave them the go. Kallie's eyes widened and she tried toย run away but Keziyah got in her way, pushing her back in. Her team of mechanics and engineers all sprayed her and Kaylen down in even more champagne.

But Kallie snuck a bottle and popped it open, just when Kez was walking away she got Kenny to hold the woman still so she could spray her. "You little-! Kallie! Kallie! No! No! Kallie! No! Kallie! I just got my hair done! Kalliope!" Keziyah objected but it was too late because once the team saw this, they all joined in to help spray their CEO.

"That was so worth it," Kallie laughed, almost losing her balance because of how much she began to laugh.
