English singer-songwriter Ophelia Everson rose to fame after the release of her debut single "Foolish One". She got through multiple rounds of The X Factor after auditioning as a solo artist, although was sent home soon enough; not without Simon Cowell telling her he wasn't done with her and that she had much potential but was just "missing something". Her unreleased songs "in between" and "opposite" gained much recognition after being performed and many of her fans have been waiting for their actual release. Ophelia's fame quickly rose as her single managed to hit top charts, settling at number one on the billboard for weeks.

The seventeen year old started singing from the age of seven, before later actually singing covers and posting them to her youtube channel. She did competitive cheerleading and started dancing from the age of three.

She can speak fluent french.

She was born and raised in London Borough of Wandsworth and is the only child to Lily Everson. Her family moved to France when she was 11 and moved back when she was 14. Her father appears in a few of her childhood pictures, although Ophelia has not once spoken about him.
