I live through your love

πβ the cramped cell room, Arya, Norm, Grace, and Jake sat defeated. The atmosphere changed as Trudy strolled in with a tray of snacks, catching the attention of the guards. As the door slid open, she greeted the soldier inside with familiarity, "What's going on, brother? Long time no see."
A casual exchange unfolded as Trudy engaged the soldier. "Personally, I don't feel these tree-hugging traitors deserve steak," she remarked with a smile. The soldier, intrigued, leaned down to inspect the tray. Trudy took advantage of the moment, swiftly pulling out her gun and pointing it at his head. "Yeah. You know what it is. Down," she commanded.
Arya, Norm, Grace, and Jake, alerted by the sudden turn of events, stood up, watching as Trudy took control. The soldier, now subdued, lowered himself as Trudy kept her gun trained on him. "All the way down," she insisted. As he lay on his stomach, she delivered a swift blow to the back of his head, rendering him unconscious. "Max!" she called. Max rushed in, opening the sliding door, and freed the captives. The group ran down the hall, Arya and Jake holding their guns while the others followed closely behind. Trudy, leading the charge, shouted, "Trudy, fire up the ship! Go!" Norm hurried after her as they raced down the hallway. Upon entering the airlock, Trudy declared, "Clear. Come on," urging them to move quickly. Norm grabbed air masks for both himself and Trudy, handing one to her. As Arya, Jake, Max, and Grace navigated the corridors, Arya and Jake scouted ahead, ready for whatever challenges lay ahead.
Norm and Trudy carefully scouted ahead, staying hidden from view as they approached the ships. Meanwhile, inside the RDA headquarters, Max opened the airlock door that led outside. Arya, Jake, and Grace prepared to make their escape. Arya turned to Max and said, "Max, stay here. I need someone on the inside I can trust." Max nodded in agreement. "Okay. Go," he replied.
The group went inside, grabbing air masks for protection outside. Simultaneously, Norm and Trudy reached Trudy's ship, swiftly uncovering the engine, and preparing for take-off. Trudy, with a hint of affection, spoke to her ship, "Come on, baby." Unbeknownst to them, their movements were captured by the surveillance cameras. As the rest of the group boarded the ship, helping Jake up, Quaritch emerged outside, brandishing a gun and opening fire at the departing ship. "I'm taking fire! Let's go!" Trudy shouted, lifting the ship just in time for Grace to climb on. "Grab my hand! Come on, we're in. Let's go!" Norm urged, assisting Grace onto the ship.
With everyone on board, Trudy accelerated, leaving the RDA headquarters behind. Jake cheered, and Arya exhaled in relief. However, Grace examined her hand, noticing the blood. "Crap," she muttered. Trudy asked, "Everybody all right back there?" Jake replied enthusiastically, "Oh, yeah, baby!"
Arya, turning to attend to Grace, noticed the severity of her injury. "Grace is hit!" she exclaimed, prompting Trudy to ask in concern, "What?" Arya instructed Norm, "Get the trauma kit." Norm swiftly got up and shouted, "Trauma kit!" He searched for it, and Jake advised, "Keep the pressure on, Grace." Arya applied pressure to the wound while Grace calmly remarked, "Doesn't matter. It's fine." The tension inside the ship reflected the high stakes of their daring escape.
As they reached the Hallelujah Mountains, Norm, now in his Avatar body, expertly hooked the link shack containing the unit pods. Arya communicated through the microphone, "You're good to go." Norm shouted, "Take it up!" Trudy, at the controls, responded, "Hold on. I'm pulling pitch," before lifting the aircraft off the ground. "You're clear!" Norm confirmed as they began their ascent. Arya instructed Trudy, "Just keep going north. Get us deep in the mountains." Inside the shack, Arya and Grace were with Grace lying on the pod, covered with a blanket. "Copy that," Trudy acknowledged. Arya, concerned for Grace, went to the first aid kit and asked Norm, "You all good up there?" Norm assured her, "Yep! Still here."
Trudy commented on their escape, "Well, at least they can't track us up here. Not this far into the Vortex." Arya responded, "It's strongest at the Tree of Souls, right?" Trudy confirmed, "Yeah." Arya then declared, "Good. 'Cause that's where we're going."
Arya went to Grace, preparing to provide medical assistance. She injected Grace in the arm, and Grace winced, prompting Arya to lift the blanket and assess the wound. "Ouch," Grace remarked, to which Arya teased, "You big baby." Arya assured her, "We're moving," as she covered Grace again. Arya spoke with determination, "I'm gonna get you some help, Grace." Despite her condition, Grace weakly retorted, "I'm a scientist, remember? I don't believe in fairy tales." Arya, resolute, replied, "The People can help you. I know it." Grace questioned, "Why would they help us?" Arya looked down and replied confidently, "They will."
As the sun rose over Pandora, casting its ethereal glow upon the vibrant landscape, the group navigated through the dense forest that surrounded the Tree of Souls within the sacred Vortex. The gentle light filtered through the alien foliage, creating a mystical atmosphere in this otherworldly realm.
The People saw Eywa will provide. With no home, no hope, there was only one place they could go.
Beneath the towering branches of the Tree of Souls, the Na'vi gathered in solemn reflection. A sombre atmosphere enveloped the sacred place as some of the Na'vi diligently tended to the wounded, offering solace and care to those in need. Others engaged in heartfelt prayers, seeking guidance and strength from the spiritual essence that emanated from the ancient tree. Amidst the hushed tones of prayer and the soft rustle of leaves, some Na'vi could not contain their grief, their tears mingling with the sacred earth beneath the Tree of Souls.
As they touched down in the lush forest, Arya immediately made her way to her unit pod, with Jake and Norm by her side. "Link's running," Norm reported. Jake inquired, "What's the plan here, Arya?" Arya, preparing for the task ahead, responded as she sat down and removed her leg, "There's no plan."
Norm expressed concern, "Neytan is Olo'eyktan now. He's not gonna let you near that place, after what happened." Undeterred, Arya lay down, determined. "He will. I gotta try," she asserted. As she placed the chest piece on, Norm informed, "Launching." Arya took a deep breath, closed the lid, shut her eyes, and surrendered to the connection, letting the link happen once more.
As Arya stirred from her slumber, she coughed, greeted by the acrid scent of ash and smoke that hung in the air. Surrounded by the aftermath of destruction, she sat up, her eyes reflecting a steely determination. Surveying the surroundings, she saw the remnants of a once-thriving forest, now shrouded in a haunting veil of smoke. Undeterred, Arya rose to her feet and began her solitary journey through the scarred landscape. Each step carried with it a sense of purpose as she navigated through the charred remains of the forest, pressing forward with unwavering determination. The echoes of devastation surrounded her, but Arya remained resolute, moving through the ashes.
Outcast. Betrayer. Alien. I was in the place the eye does not see. I needed their help, and they needed mine. But to ever face them again, I was gonna have to take it to a whole new level.
While Arya walked through the charred remnants of the forest, the haunting quiet broken only by the crackling of embers, a sudden screech and roar pierced the air. Swiftly turning around, she witnessed the majestic silhouette of an ikran soaring towards her. A smile illuminated Arya's face as the ikran approached, and with affectionate familiarity, she reached out to rub its head. The connection between rider and creature, resilient even in the face of destruction, brought a moment of solace in the midst of the desolation.
Sometimes your whole life boils down to one insane move.
"There's something we gotta do. You're not gonna like it," Arya conveyed to Hawk, her ikran, as she connected their queue. Climbing onto Hawk's back, she shouted, "Yah!" A resonant screech accompanied their ascent as Hawk launched into the sky, wings cutting through the air. As they soared to greater heights, the expansive view below revealed the mighty Toruk, a sight that both filled Arya with awe and signalled a challenging task ahead.
The way I had it figured, Toruk is the baddest cat in the sky. Nothing attacks him.
Arya soothingly murmured to Hawk, "Easy, boy," as the mighty ikran continued its flight. Keeping her gaze fixed on the formidable Toruk below, Arya prepared herself for the imminent jump, sensing the gravity of the task that lay ahead.
So why would he ever look up? But that was just a theory.
As they descended with exhilarating speed, Arya skilfully withdrew her queue and leaped from Hawk's back. With precision, she made contact with the Toruk's back, the massive creature responding with a thunderous screeching roar that echoed through the air.

As The People gathered beneath the sacred Tree, their voices intertwined in harmonious song, a shadow cast over them, shrouding the sunlight. The mesmerizing melody halted as all eyes turned skyward, witnessing the magnificent Toruk soaring towards them. Gasps and whispers of awe spread through the crowd, and Neytan stood up, a mix of fear and curiosity etched across his face. As the Toruk landed, Arya gracefully slid off its back, removing her queue. With a soothing touch, she caressed the creature's head. The People stared in a combination of shock and reverence. Mo'at and Neytan questioned in disbelief, "Toruk Mato?"
Arya descended from the rocky platform, the Na'vi parting to make way for her. Murmurs of "Toruk Makto" echoed through the crowd. Neytan approached Arya, their eyes meeting in a moment of recognition. Arya smiled as Neytan, overwhelmed with emotion, looked her up and down before uttering, "I see you." Arya responded, "I see you."
They met in the middle, hands intertwining, and Neytan spoke, "I was afraid, Arya. For my people. I'm not anymore." Arya's smile reassured him, and she expressed her plea, "Neytan, son of Eytukan... I stand before you... ready to serve the Omaticaya people. You are Olo'eyktan. I can't do this without you. I ask for your help."
Neytan, moved by Arya's words, caressed her cheek and nodded. She continued, walking towards the platform where Tsu'tey stood, "Tsu'tey, son of Ateyo, I stand before you. You are a great warrior. I can't do this without you either." Tsu'tey, contemplating the Toruk behind her, then locking eyes with Arya, declared, "Toruk Makto. I will fly with you," placing his hand on her shoulder. Arya, turning her attention to Mo'at, conveyed with urgency, "My friend is dying. Grace is dying. I beg for the help of Eywa."

As darkness fell over Pandora, Arya arrived carrying Grace in her arms, while Jake, now in his Avatar body, held Grace's Avatar. The People gathered, connecting their queues with the roots of the sacred tree, swaying gently back and forth.
"Look where we are, Grace," Arya whispered as they approached the platform. Grace opened her eyes, marvelling at the majestic tree surrounded by woodsprites. "I need to take some samples," Grace spoke in awe, and Arya chuckled softly. Jake gently laid down Grace's Avatar, while Arya carefully placed Grace on the platform beside Neytan, Mo'at, and Tsu'tey. "The Great Mother may choose to save all that she is to this body," Mo'at explained, hovering her hands above the two. Arya, sitting beside Grace, asked, "Is that possible?" Mo'at responded, "She must pass through the eye of Eywa and return. But, AryaMiller, she is very weak."
Arya, determined, reassured Grace, "Hang on, Grace. They're gonna fix you up." Placing her hand on Grace's shoulder, As Mo'at began the ritual, The People joined in with chants and prayers. "Hear us, please, All Mother," Mo'at called out, and The People responded, "Eywa, help her." Mo'at continued, "Take this spirit into you," echoed by The People, "and breathe her back to us." The chant persisted, "Let her walk among us as one of The People." Mo'at signaled for them to stop as the roots and vines of the Tree wrapped around the two bodies.
The vines and roots of the tree fully enveloped the two bodies, and Mo'at signalled for The People to stop. Grace reached out to Arya, whispering her name. Arya and Jake rushed to her side, and Arya held her hand. "Grace," Arya spoke softly.
"I'm with her, Arya. Jake. She's real," Grace assured them. Arya pleaded, "Grace? Grace, please. Grace!" And in that moment, Grace was with Eywa.
