kaylani and i have been dating for almost four months now.

it's may 8th and i have prom the 15th and i graduate on the 20th. i'm not going to college, college isn't my dream. kylie got accepted into her dream college which was usc. she didn't want to stay away from home, so instead she picked something in california, and it wasn't too far from where she lived.

when i talked to lisa and aaliyah about not wanting to go to college, they supported me. i didn't have a dream job. all i wanted to do in life was get money and be happy, and i am getting money and i am happy, so everything's going perfectly fine.

kaylani and i kept our relationship out of school. some people knew, but not everybody knew. kaylani didn't like when people talked about her, so i respected her wishes and decided to show her affection when we were around a little bit of people, and i had no problem with that.

whatever my princess wants, she gets. i'm so fucking whipped.

i had study hall today and we go into the library, they don't let us the leave the building which is total bullshit. maybe if that was our last period, but i had another period after that.

i walked into the library and i saw a lot of seniors sitting and talking. i greeted the library lady, who i knew since freshman year and she loved me and i honestly loved her.

i went into the back, because less people were there and i hated loud noise. i didn't even read a book or do work, i just sat on my phone, playing games, listening to music and sneaking cute texts to kaylani.

"yo. you're the girl from my anatomy class right?" i heard a voice ask.

i look up and i saw a guy that was around like 6 feet. he had braids in his head, had a nose piercing and had some tattoos on his arms. he deadass was just like me, but a boy version and about two inches taller.

"yeah," i responded. "you are?"

"nathaniel sinclair," he introduced and he took a seat on the chair across from me without even asking me, but i didn't care. "i know you're billie o'connell, you're my fashion icon,"

"am i really?" i questioned, chuckling and he nodded, running his hands through his braids, flattening it. "appreciate it man. i've never paid any attention to anybody in the class,"

"yeah..i see you don't really fuck with nobody," he said and i nodded. "so who you bringing to prom?"

"why's that your business?" i questioned, titling my head to the side and looking at him. "nah nosa. i'm bringing my girl. who you bringing?"

"a girl..don't know which one," he said with a smile and i chuckled. "ya committed with this shorty you with?"

"fuck yeah i am," i responded, my mind thinking about kaylani which made me smile softly. "yo i swear to you, having multiple of bitches is gonna get boring. you're going to want somebody to settle down with. you might enjoy that shit, but it's gonna get fucking boring,"

"bro i can't trust females," he said with a shake of his head. "last shorty i was with, fucking played me. she broke up with me on her birthday. i spoiled her with gifts, she took them and threw that shit at me and told me she was fucking somebody else. in my face,"

my eyes widened. i wouldn't really want to be in a relationship after that either. that's tough and i kinda felt sad for this dude.

"oh shit," i gasped. "you deadass?"

and he nodded his head.

"you deserve better than that," i told him. "some females can be real fucking dirty and terrible. i'm so glad my girl would never. she cries even if i buy her a slushy. she likes small shit, she doesn't want me to go all out for her,"

"you love her?"

"we never spoken about that. but i mean, she's my girl bro. she has my heart and i'm so goddamn whipped," i chuckled. "but, it'll be said when it's ready. i want her to say it first..for personal reasons,"

"i gotta go back to the guys, but i just wanted to talk to you cus you seem real cool. nice talking to you," he smiled and i nodded. he got up, waved at me and then walked away.

nathaniel sinclair. hmm.

"daddy's home!" i yelled as i walked into the jackson
house.

they gave me a spare key, because literally..i was always here. when i walked in, i saw kylie and jayden and then juliana with her boyfriend, kyree. they became my "bro's" it was always kylie, juliana and kaylani and then kyree, jayden and i.

kylie and kaylani had awkward moments and tension for a month after the whole situation in new york, until her and kylie had like an hour talk secretly in kaylani's room. they came out with tears, so i knew it was an emotional talk and they've been better ever since.

kylie was so happy with jayden, juliana was so happy with kyree and kaylani was so happy with me.

"no way you called yourself daddy," kylie said with a scrunched up nose.

"do you see myself? girls would love to call me daddy," i joked and then i heard somebody clear their throat and when i turned around, it was kaylani. "oh hey babyyyyy,"

"girls like who?" she asked, with one eyebrows arched and she crossed her arms across her chest.

"my nigga bil is in trouble," kyree chuckled and i shook my head and ran my fingers through my hair.

"shut up," i heard juliana say to him.

"baby i was joking," i smiled, walking up to her and wrapping my arms around her waist, but she didn't wrap her hands around my neck like she usually would. "you my only girl,"

"i don't call you daddy," she laughed.

"you could," i whispered in her ears and she pushed me back jokingly. "nah nosa. wassup tho baby,"

"why'd your let me fifth wheel in the car? where'd you go after school?" she asked me as we left the living room and went into the kitchen and i sat on a chair as she looked through the fridge.

"nah, i was watching basketball for a little and thinking. like i mean, i could play basketball, but basketball ain't my dream," i told her. "it just seems so fucking pathetic that i don't have a dream job. you do, kylie does and juliana does and me?? i don't have shit,"

"mama, that's totally fine", kaylani told me. "it's life. your goal in life is to be happy and you are happy aren't you?" and i nodded when she asked. "you don't need to go to
college to be successful, you're already smart as fuck. your brain goes beyond college, what else do you need?"

"i don't think the real reason why i didn't go to college was because i didn't want to..the reason was because i wanted to protect you. me being here is important to me," i lied to her, just to see her reaction.

"the fuck you just say?" she asked me with her eyebrows furrowed and i threw my head back and i started laughing. "bil, that shit wasn't funny, i was really about to spazz,"

"i'm joking baby," i chuckled, going up to her and pushing her against the isle softly, my hands on her waist and then her arms were around my neck.

i licked my lips and softly attached my lips to hers. she smiled in the kiss and we began moving our lips against each other's slowly and softly. like we were kissing with love.

i gripped her thighs, but not too harshly and i lifted her up on the aisle, our lips not once separating, until we heard a loud groan coming from behind us. we disconnected our lips against each other and kaylani hid her face in my neck, blushing slightly and i saw kyree standing there.

"y'all couldn't stick y'all nasty ass tongues down each other's neck someplace else?" he said, his nose scrunching up in disgust.

"nah, i like when billie sticks her tongue down my throat anywhere she pleases," kaylani responded with a smile, turning to look at him and my mouth went wide in shock.

i feel like kaylani has been herself around me a lot. i think she's becoming like me, because she's told me nasty jokes, we kiss a lot, but never anything more. she keeps me in peace and then me, i keep her crazy, which is fun. she's allowing herself to be around me and i like that she feels comfortable enough. it really makes me happy.

"i said wow," kyree replied. "i'm gonna act like my black ass ain't hear what you just said,"

"can we go swimming?" kaylani pouted. "i've bought new bathing suits and today is a friday, and i don't wanna sit down and watch movies,"

"yeah that's fine, i'll go tell the others," i said.

"kyree, come help me to make sandwiches," kaylani told him as i began walking to the living room.

i told the girls and jayden how we were about to go swimming and kyree and kaylani was going to make sandwiches and maybe other things just for us to enjoy while we swam.

i went upstairs and changed into a black bathing suit, and i didn't like showing my ass, so i put swimming shorts over it and i just kept my top bare with my swimming suit, and i didn't realize how big my boobs were until i wore something fitted, which was almost never. i don't even wear bras, i fuck with sports bras more.

i put my hair into a ponytail and then kaylani came into her room and she smiled when she saw me in my bathing suit.

"you look so so pretty," she complimented me and i chuckled. "i don't wanna wear a bathing suit.."

"why not baby?" i asked her, turning around.

"my scars...kyree and jayden don't know about them," she replied. "i don't know..i'm just really insecure about them and it just reminds me of bad things,"

"hey.." i whispered, as i grabbed her face in my hands softly. "you are beautiful. scars make you a badass, okay? kyree and jayden won't push and you know that. they love you and won't judge you.."

"okay," she responded with a nod.

she went into the bathroom after she picked out her bathing suit and then about five minutes later, she came out wearing her bathing suit and goddamn did she look so perfect.

"yellow goes amazing with your skin," i complimented and she chuckled. i got to her and i look down, her warrior scars visible to me. i kneel down on both of my knees, bringing my lips to the scars and she shuddered. "your imperfections are what make you perfect. trust me,"

"i'm trying to take this serious, but i can't when you're face to face with my..pussy," kaylani laughed and my eyes widened. "i'm sorry. i've been with you too much,"

"that's something i would never hear you say," i laughed, getting up and pressed my lips against hers. "i love it though. you're my mini me,"

"always," she smiled. "and thank you for liking my imperfections. i really appreciate you,"

"as i appreciate you more mamas,"

we went downstairs and to the backyard to see the others already swimming, listening to music and eating the food kyree and kaylani made quickly.

"here is the couple that's going to make 2020 better," kylie yelled as she sat on the edge of the pool and jayden was leaning back in between her legs. "my warrior,"

kaylani smiled, knowing what she was talking about.

"the best warrior out there. fair jayden?" kyree said and i smiled, i knew kaylani had nothing to worry about.

"fair,"

we chilled in the pool, we had swimming contests and i always won. we did a dance competition and it was a tie between jayden and kyree. i was just so happy. this is my home, this is my family, along with finneas and claudia of course, but this is my family. i can be myself around them and they would never judge me. this is what i love about them.

"i love y'all. deadass," i said kyree and jayden. "i never really have friends who were like me. like i have friends who smoke, drink and party like me..but never a friend who matched my energy just like y'all do,"

"we love you too," they said at the same time.

"nah, dis a forever friendship. it's forever cus you and lani are forever. jay and kylie are forever and so is juli and i," kyree said and i smiled. "you real niggas bil. we here for you through whatever,"

"i appreciate y'all,"

"YALL SO CUTE! I LOVE THE BROMANCE!" juliana yelled which made everybody laughed.

i saw kaylani splash the water with feet and i ran to her and pushed her in the pool, jumping in right after her. she gave me a mad look when she came up from under. i smiled, pushing the wet hair out of her face and i pulled her into a kiss.

"if you just give me 24. man, all i need is 24 hours," kaylani sang quietly along to stay ready by jhene aiko and kendrick lamar that was playing in the speakers. "you mean a lot to me. and i love seeing you happy. it makes me the happiest girl in the world,"

"yeah?" i asked her and she nodded. "you make me the happiest person ever, that's why i'm so happy. you guys are my family,"

"family forever," she said, wrapping her arms around my neck and wrapping her legs around my waist and my hands went to her ass, giving it a little squeeze and she squealed. "i hate you,"

"no you don't baby," i cooed.

and plus, i love jayden and kyree so much. they're both 20 in this story btw. i love the trio tho, them two w billie , makes my heart melt fr 🥺.

AND OMG THE NEXT CHAPTER IS MY FUCKING FAV, YALL ARE GOING TO LOVE IT AS MUCH AS I DO.

and, i already wrote like all the chapters for this book, i think i have four chapters to finish and literally..all the chapters in this books are going to be written, that's why i've been updating so fast.
