The sun had came up over the horizon, shining down between the trees on Lo'ak and Aila. There was a cool breeze that went through Aila's hair. The birds were chirping. You could hear the waves crashing along the shore even though it was quite a distance away. It was peaceful.
Loak had woken up a while ago but Aila was still peacefully sleeping. He didn't want to wake her so he just laid there silently, his arm still wrapped around the small figured girl.
Aila mumbled against Lo'ak's chest as she snuggled her head into the crevice of his neck.
Loak noticed she was awake so he figured he'd have a little fun to wake her up fully.
He wrapped both of his arms around her and started to roll over. Now he was on top of her with his hands placed down on the ground on either side of her. She had buried her face in her hands, slightly embarrassed by Lo'ak's actions.
"Lo'ak what are you doing?" She mumbled through her laugh.
Lo'ak bent down next to her ear and started to whisper a few words in his raspy voice, "Having a little fun."
Aila stifled a laugh as she uncovered her faces and gazed into Lo'ak's eyes, his perfectly golden yellow eyes that just glowed in the sun. Her gaze shifted down to his arms, his perfectly sculpted arms. Actually his whole body was just perfectly sculpted, even the sun that was beaming down on his body highlighted the most perfectly sculpted parts of his body.
"What are you looking at, Love?" Lo'ak questioned in his raspyvoice that pulled Aila out of her trance.
He called her love, once again but even now she had butterflies in her stomach. She had already had them from just simply looking at his body but now they felt like they were about to jump out of her stomach.
Aila gazed back up into his eyes as she saw a smirk plastered on his face, "Oh nothing."
"Oh really. You were staring for quite some time."
"Was I? I didn't realize." Aila smirked.
Lo'ak stifled a laugh as he moved his hand onto Aila's side which had sent shivers up her body.
As Lo'ak rubbed his fingers up and down her side, Aila closed her eyes and let out a deep sigh.
"What was that for?" Lo'ak said, his smirk still plastered on his face.
Aila didn't answer him but instead wrapped her arms around him and rolled over, now she was on top of him.
Lo'ak's smirk faded away as she had now pinned him down, her hands on his shoulders.
"Lo'ak if you don't stop playing"
"What if I don't"
"Then I'll drag your a** back to the village."
"Oh ahh so intimidating" Loak said as he raised his hands sarcastically in denfense.
"Oh ok you wanna play." Aila said as she grabbed his hand and pulled him off the ground.
She started to run, dragging Lo'ak with her towards the village. Lo'ak was laughing as he reached for her tail and pulled it. Aila turned her head and snarled at him through the smile that was plastered on her face.
Aila had pulled Lo'ak all the way out to the village, behind the huts where no one could see them.
"Aila can I ask you something?" Lo'ak said as he caught his breath.
"Sure." Aila said gazing at the ocean.
"Before I do, look at me when I'm talking to you." Lo'ak stated as he grabbed her chin and turned her body towards him.
Lo'ak's touch sent shivers down her spine and the butterflies that had left her stomach for a mere second came rushing back.
"Okay....what do you uhm want to ask me." Aila managed to mumble out between the lump in her throat from being caught off guard from Lo'ak's touch.
"Do you want to meet my parents?"
"I've already met them, haven't I?"
"No like properly meet them, introducing you as my....mate...."
Aila gasped at his statement. She didn't know if it was forbidden where Lo'ak was from but she was nervous either way, it was his parents after all. What would they think?
"Uhm. Would they have a problem with it?"
"No no, if anything my dad might actually be proud of me for once."
"Ok, then sure but your mom kind of scares me."
"I know she can be a little feisty but I promise she's really kind. One of the nicest people I've ever met."
"Your just saying that because she's your mother."
No, actually once you get to know her she's one of the best people you'll ever meet."
"Ok just as long as your with me the whole time."
"Ok I will be."
"Promise?"
"I promise."
Lo'ak grabbed Aila's hand and started to lead her to their hut. She was still incredibly nervous but Lo'ak's touch calmed her down slightly.
They got to the side of the Sully's hut. Lo'ak stopped before they got to the entrance to make sure Aila was for sure okay with his suggestion.
"Are you sure your okay with this?" Lo'ak questioned.
"Yes if you want to do it then it's okay with me." Aila said smiling.
"Okay come on." Lo'ak said grabbing Aila's hand again.
Aila didn't move and just stood there, looking at Lo'ak.
Lo'ak turned around with a confused look.
"What? No kiss?" Aila said with a smirk.
Lo'ak checked their surroundings to make sure nobody was around. He turned in Aila's direction as he walked towards her, backing her up against the hut. He leaned his arm up over her, against the wall as he towered over her, looking down at her.
He cupped her cheek and smashed his lips against hers, pressing into the kiss.
Lo'ak pulled away, licking his lips.
"Was that sufficient?" He questioned.
"Well, yes it was." Aila replied with a smirk
Lo'ak grabbed Aila's hand and started to walk her into the entrance of his hut.
They entered the hut, still hand in hand.
Lo'ak didn't see Neteyam, Kiri, or Tuk anywhere but he saw his parents cleaning up the table.
Neytiri was the first to notice her son, "Lo'ak where have you been all night?" She questioned.
"Uhm sorry I uhm was. I fell asleep somewhere else." He replied.
"Ok just as long as you're safe." Neytiri smiled.
"Where's Teyam, Kiri, and Tuk?" Lo'ak questioned.
"They went out swimming. Why aren't you with them?"
"I didn't know."
Neytiri hummed in response.
"Uhm mom, dad. I need to talk to you about something." Lo'ak stated.
Neytiri and Jake both turned to face Lo'ak and saw he was with someone. As they laid their eyes on the small figured girl beside Lo'ak they furrowed their brows, confused.
"What is it?" Neytiri questioned.
"Uhm." Lo'ak cleared his throat as he glanced over to Aila, which gave him as small smile.
"Uhm, I would like you to meet someone.
This is Aila. My uh. My mate."
Neytiri and Jake's eyes both grew wide, stunned. They simply walked over to Lo'ak and Aila.
Lo'ak squeezed Aila's hand, reassuring her that everything would be fine as he felt her worry grow as his parents walked towards them.
"When did this happen, son?" Jake questioned.
"Last night." Lo'ak replied.
"Hmm I see."
Neytiri put her arm out, stopping Jake. She walked up to Lo'ak and cupped his face as she smiled.
"Does she make you happy?" Neytiri questioned Lo'ak.
"Yes, very." Lo'ak replied.
"Well then, Congratulations. Im proud of you, son." She stated as she embraced him in a hug.
She pulled away and walked over towards Aila.
"Hello, nice to meet you. Im Neytiri." Neytiri said as she smiled, warmly.
"I know, nice to meet you to." Aila replied.
Neytiri then embraced the girl in a hug, just like Lo'ak.
Neytiri pulled away as she gave a warm smile to the girl once again but Aila was still worried about what Lo'ak's father would think.
"Dad?" Lo'ak questioned.
"Im proud of you. As long as she makes you happy." Jake stated as he firmly grasped Lo'ak's shoulder.
Lo'ak nodded his head.
Jake glanced over to Aila, who shyly smiled at him.
"Hi, nice to meet you." Jake said as he stuck out his hand.
"Nice to meet you to." Aila replied as she shook his hand.
"Just one thing, please don't tell Tonowani and Ronal." Lo'ak stated.
"We won't, you guys can tell them when your ready." Neytiri stated as Jake agreed.
"Thank you mom and dad." Lo'ak said as he smiled at them.
Lo'ak turned around and walked out of the hut, still holding Aila's hand.
They got to the shoreline, watching the waves crash against the sand.
"See it wasn't that bad, was it?" Lo'ak said as he wrapped his arm around Aila's slim waist.
"I guess not, your mom was actually really sweet."
"See I told you." Lo'ak stated as he tightened his grip on her waist as he shook her slightly.
Aila stifled a laugh, "Skxawng."

Thank yall for all the comments and votes I've gotten recently!!
Sorry I haven't been posting, I have the ideas but I just lack the motivation to write it.
I really want to I just can't seem to. Just saying this chapter took like two days to write because I couldn't like execute it in the way I wanted it. It didn't come out exactly like I wanted it to still but I need to get something out to y'all so here it is. Hopefully the sorta long chapter makes up for the lack of chapters.
