Hm, should I reveal the artwork first before explaining the concept? Ah, maybe I should so you can relate to what I'm gonna say. ^^"

So, there ya go! ^^ Such an odd dimension, lol. And yes, for odd reasons too, she's wearing a long-sleeved white polo instead of a sleveless one.

Onto the discussion-

Starting off with the concept of chess, chess is about a battle between a two kingdoms which are opposing sides. In this case, black and white with white as Kyoko's side, and the black as the opposing side.

In this wallpaper, Kyoko took down the opposing side. As you can see, the black chess pieces are scattered, after stepping down on it- and no, that's not cheating though a bit similar to that.

The main concept here is- The White King already know how to destroy his enemies before the «game» even started. And the White King is Kyoko.

Not a single chess piece was moved in the White King's side, which indicates that the game haven't started yet. See that cocky grin in Kyoko's face? It emphasizes her overwhelming confidence.

But why the concept of chess?

Kyoko loves to play chess very much. She likes the thought of it. She takes her chess matches as practice, usually applying the concept of chess on how she should take down her enemies.

As an example, what if the first plan doesn't work out? There should be a backup plans, or even more. Each move should be seemless. When you move a piece, there should be another piece to back it up in case it get eaten by an enemy. You shouldn't let the enemies attack you at a weak point.

Personally, I love chess as well. ^^ However, I'm not that good at it, actually, far from better. Before, I sort of studied the basics and things to remember.

Just a side note- the reason why the scenery behind the window is a sunset- is because sunset indicates closure, end, and sometimes death. But in this case, it signifies the endgame. At the end, the White King is the victor.

And also, Kyoko's hair clip is now red instead of yellow. From observation, I just noticed that all of the Phantoms has something red in their body, and the only red in Kyoko is the lines on her skirt, lol.
