I was playing in the town when I slipped and fell on my knee. A scrape was seen. I cried as it started to bleed. A boy came up to me and blew on the wound.

"My Mama always do this to me and my sister whenever we have a wound!" The boy said brightly.

"Who are you?" I asked

I woke up, I saw my younger siblings, bickering at each other. I walked up to them patting their heads.

"What are you to bickering about, early in the morning?" I asked the two.

"Onee-san! Nikoru teased me about being short!" Rika says, pouting.

"Rika, it's not my fault that you are so short!" Nikoru says, laughing.

I laughed at the two. "Okay, let's stop. It's early in the morning!" I say.

"Ah, Onee-san, Otou-san is calling you downstairs." Nikoru says to me. I nod my head as I went downstairs. 

'There's no one here' I thought. Then, I sensed two temperatures from each direction. I jumped and quickly took the nichirin blade. Cutting their wooden Katana.

"Woah, Onee-san is so fast!" Riko says, I pat his head. "Don't worry, You'll be able to do it too!" I say.

"Y/n, you'll be the one who will inherit our family's treasured item. The Nichirin Blade." I was shocked.

"But Otou-san! How about--" I was cut off

"Riko and I have talked about this already..It's better if you inherit it" Father says. Riko looks at me with pleading eyes telling me to accept. I nod my head. Father left and Riko came up to me.

"Don't be doubtful Onee-san, You're more than worthy to inherit." I hugged him tightly.

"I'm so lucky to have a brother like you" I say to him, smiling.

Rika and Nikoru were playing downstairs while Riko and I were helping Mother with chores.

"Y/n, can you please go to town and buy more charcoal? Our charcoal is going to run out." Mother says. I nod my head.

Father nagged me about taking the nichirin blade and the wisteria. I took them, not wanting to get nagged more. I waved goodbye to my family as I went to town.
