The Pillars looked at you, in shock and awe. As you walk towards the pillars, you bowed before Kaguya. "As you know, An Upper Moon was defeated because of one woman. That woman is her, Y/n Makoto." Kaguya stated. "She's the one that defeated the demon, single-handedly?" Rengoku questioned. Kaguya nodded as Mitsuri looks at you with sparkling eyes. 'Makoto-san is so pretty and strong~' Mitsuri thought as you look at her with a smile. Her eyes lit up in joy as a masked guy with snakes on him looks at you, glaring. You sweatdropped at the man's jealousy as you try to ignore his piercing gaze on you.

"That is all for today, you all are now dismissed," Kagaya spoke as you all bow to him before going your separate ways, you being with Giyuu. At least that's what you thought. You were tapped by the shoulder, as you went stiff but immediately relaxed as you felt the temperature coming off her. 'It's the unique hair colored girl' You thought as you turned around and gave her a smile. "Konnichiwa" You greeted the girl as she smiled back. "I'm Mitsuri Kanroji, Nice to meet you, Makoto-san!"She introduced. The guy from before started glaring harder than ever.

"This is Iguro Obanai, he's quiet so don't mind him if he doesn't talk that much." She continued as you forced a smile since you find his glare so intense. You raised a hand to shake hands when Giyuu smacked your hand away. "Giyuu! That's rude!" You scolded the raven-haired boy as the said man stared at you blankly. Obanai and Giyuu had a staring contest while you and Mitsuri sweatdropped and slowly backed away. You hit someone when you were backing away as you turned around to see a guy with blonde hair and orange tips in the end. 'Oh, That's the one boy that's strong and energetic-' Your thoughts were cut off.

"Are you Makoto-san? Nice to meet you, I'm Rengoku Kyojuro!" He spoke as he raised his hand to shake yours. You were about to shake his hand when you heard a fuming voice behind you.

"Defeating an Upper Moon with that kind of body? How would a frail girl do that? This is nonsense." A white-haired man with scars on his body grumbled. Giyuu was about to punch the man as you stopped him. "How about we duel? To see that I am not what you seem" You say as you smile at the man. He was irked by your attitude and quickly agreed.

You both unsheathe your sword before he attacked you. You inhaled deeply

"Ice Breathing, Eight Form: Ice Wall"

You block all his attacks, not even harming him one bit. You were still careless about it until he cut you in the cheeks and cuts the remaining cloth Nikoru had, that you had tied in a ponytail, causing your eyes to widen.

Your face darkened as you changed your breathing style.

"Ice Breathing, Second Form: Ice Glaze" You started to move fast that he could not see you properly anymore. You were about to slash at his neck when Giyuu had already blocked your attack. He continues to block your attacks. 

You felt enraged."Giyuu! Just let me scar him to death!" You growled as you try to get past his blocks but it never worked. "Y/n! Snap out of it! You don't know what will happen to you after you do this!" He screamed causing you to return to your senses.

"W-What-" You were shocked as soon as you see the white-haired man, bruises and scars all over him. You lose your strength to stand as you fell to the ground as tears started to roll down your cheeks. "I-I'm-" you stammered before running away. Giyuu ran to follow you as the Hashiras' were shocked, as they thought of you as a cheerful person. But seeing you break down, they all thought otherwise.

You were screaming in pain, as you let your sorrows out. You felt guilty and afraid, afraid to being yourself anymore since all you've ever done was harm someone.

"It hurts so bad"

You sobbed into your arms, as you felt a cold temperature. No, It was warm as the sun. You felt comfortable and safe, It made you feel at home. Oh, how you missed home. You missed everything about it. The memories, the experiences, and most especially the joyful family that lived there. You missed their smiles, their kindness, everything about them.

How you can just wish to go back in time and stay there.

"Shh, It's okay let it all out. It's fine to be weak." Giyuu assured as you buried your face into his body as your sobs got louder. Giyuu rubbed your back and gave you reassuring words such as "It's okay" and more. Your breathing calmed down, sobs were faint, as you quietly sleep in peace. Your red puffy eyes, done by crying, were closed indicating you were sleeping. Giyuu lifted your head up, leaning his face to yours but stopped halfway.

'Now is not the time for this' Giyuu thought before carrying her to his back, taking her to her room. He settled her body at the delicate fabric of the futon.  Giyuu grabs a strand of her hair and placing before smiling softly and leaving the room.

"Tomioka-san!" Giyuu turns around to see the one and only butterfly pillar, Shinobu Kouchou. Giyuu nods as to acknowledge her. "How is Makoto-san?" Shinobu questioned the raven-haired boy as he looks at her with sad eyes.

This shocked Shinobu of course, The Stoic Faced Giyuu she knew, faltered.

"She's not doing fine, She has bottled-up feelings inside her. It... makes her feel different." Giyuu trailed off as he looked up to the sky, admiring the fluffy clouds floating. "You seem close with Makoto-san, Do you perhaps, know her before?"

"I know her more than herself. She's an amazing person, really. I just need to show that to her"
