    𝐘/𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐓 𝐒𝐀𝐓 𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐄 sides of her makeshift bed in her hut that the gladers gave her when she first arrived in the glade, Y/n being the only girl and all. Newt was sitting at the head of her bed and Y/n was at the foot not even a inch away from him. Her heart beated loudly in her chest as his hands were in hers and his thumb gently stroked her knuckles softly.

And time goes by, so slowly and time can do so much

    He gently grabbed her waist and lifted her onto his lap, one hand on her hip and the other cupping her left cheek. Newt caresseed it softly as Y/n leaned into his embrace. "I love you Y/n, so bloody much." Newt spoke softly. Y/n looked down at his chest while sliding her hands down it.
    "I love you too Newt." Y/n whispered back. 
Newt stopped her hands from going any further and kissed them.

   Slowly but surely, the young lovers’ lips touched, their lips were soft, warm and loving. Their lips moved in perfect sync with each other. After a minute or so, they pulled away looking into each other's eyes with so much love and passion.

    Both of Newt’s hands moved to Y/n’s sides, Newt lifted up her shirt slightly so his hands were under it. His hands feel softer and warmer on her cold torso.

   They reconnected their lips once more until Newt spoke up, "You're so beautiful. How'd I get so lucky?" Y/n looked at him and smiled, "I'm the lucky one."

    They pressed their foreheads together. Newt then kissed Y/n’s cheek, and along her jawline. He stopped and pulled off her shirt as she took his off as well. His hands then moved down her body to the zipper of her jeans.
    Newt stopped, looking at Y/n as if asking for permission, Y/n nodded in response.

     The young lovers laid next to each other face to face just staring into one another's eyes filled with love. Newt brung his hand to Y/n’s cheek and caressed it before planting a kiss on it.
    "I love you Y/n." He said as he brought her head to lay on his chest.
    "Diddo." Y/n replied and pressed a kiss to his chest  as they both chuckled softly before resting her head back on his chest listening to his steady heartbeat. And eventually drifting to sleep.
