I got back to hostel that evening mentally drained, and as usual too exhausted to cook. I walked into my room to find the place empty I was trilled just the right amount of tranquility I need to get some sleep. After changing out of the days clothes I went to hit the shower and without bothering to put on some clothes I dived into the dinner I bought on my way back to hostel.

Once I was done eating dinner which was bean and bread I took a long needed nap. I would up 5hours latter to louder music playing from someone's stereo and my bunkmates chatting noisily with her friends like that had absolutely nothing else to do. I Just ignored her and got out of bed heading to the bathroom to pee. Once I was done I came back to my room to see a missed call on my phone.

As was about to go through the phone to see who called, the phone vibrated in my hands again and name pop up on my screen "Moi Amor" . I picked up the call and responded With sleep still evident in my voice.

"Hey"

"Hey, what's up"

"I'm Okay just woke up from a really long nap. What times is it?"

"Its past 7pm"

"Oh shit! I have a test and an assignment to submit tomorrow. Hey babe, I'll call you latter. "

With that i hung up tossed my phone back to my bed before walking toward my locker to retrieve my laptop. Once I was well comfortable on my bed and my laptop was plunged in I got to work starring with my assignment on MAS 419: consumer behavior. It took me good 3 hours but I finally finished it, immediately I did my stomach grumbled in search of food.

I sigh it was past 10 already and all the shops out side my hostel were closed. I couldn't even say I wanted to cook in the kitchen, I was well aware it will be crawling with people who are cook there dinner or about to. My stomach grumbled even louder and I had no other choice than to get out of bed and find solution to my hunger. Just as I was about to keep my laptop in a safe conner on my bed my second roommate who occupies the lower bunk of the second bunkbed in the  room walked in.

"Hey girl "

She greeting and just as i was about to respond my stomach grumbled so loud even she could hear it. I just gave her an awkward smile before standings up to meet her.

"Ah lobatan, it's a good thing I got here just in time. Before you faint of hungry here your boyfriend said I should give you this."

"O.m.g perfect timing i was just about to go and get something to it."

" I known right, I saw him hang around the entrances of our hostel. "

"Awwwn thank you. Amma call him now"

I after collecting the food from her I dropped it on my bed and decided to call him. I sigh when the realization hit me that, that must have been why he call earlier. "Shit I hope he is not pissed" I mumbled before he finally picked up the call on the third ring.

"Hey there boyfriend"

"Hey there girlfriend who hanged up on me because of an assignment"

"Awwn babe I'm sorry. I honestly didn't know you where out side my hostel"

" of course you wouldn't you didn't give me a chance to get  to that part. "

"I am deeply sorry Moi Amor."

I said pouting as If he could see me. The line was quite for a while and I could tell he was silently brooding. After a while he asked

"Did your Friend... "

" yea she did and I'm about to eat it now, just wanted to call to let you know I got it. Thank you so much love it came just in time. "

" no problem, um I should level you to study for your test tomorrow. Good luck on it."

"Yea Thanks"

With that the line went dead. Knowing the chance of me reading after I had finished eat was slim, I decided to do both at the same time. Once I had properly saved my work I kept my laptop back in my locker before settling back down on my bed so I could eat while reading.
