(Still authors pov) 

The next morning Jungkook woke up, took a shower and got ready for what was going to happen. Jimin woke up next and did his morning routine, and went downstairs to the kitchen, letting Kwang sleep in some more. Jungkook put pancakes on the table and Jimin went and gave him an back hug. 

"Good morning Hyung."

"Morning baby, we need to talk about something." 

"What do we need to talk about?" Jimin said worried and unwrapped his arms from around him. Jungkook guided him to the couch and he sat down.

"Baby, I got a phone call last night from child services. They are coming here this morning." 

"Why would they come here?" 

Jungkook gently grabbed his hand.

"Since we didn't officially adopt Kwang, they are coming here." 

"Are they going to take him away!" Jimin said standing up with tears in his eyes. 

"I don't know baby, but I promise not to let them." 

Jungkook looked at the stairs and saw Kwang standing there with tears in his eyes. 

"You're going to let them take me?" He said with tears going down his face.

Jimin quickly rushed to him. 

"No baby, we won't let that happen okay?" 

Kwang nodded and clung onto Jimin's neck making him pick him up. They went to the table and Kwang sat on Jimin's lap and they ate pancakes. After they were done and putting the dishes in the sink they heard a knock on the door. Jungkook took a deep breath and opened the door.

"Hello, welcome to out home." He said stepping back and letting the lady into his house. 

She walked in and looked around. She nodded and wrote some stuff down. They walked to the living room where Kwang and Jimin were sitting on the couch. She sat down in one of the chairs and Jungkook sat down by Jimin and kissed his forehead. The lady looked at them with an apologetic smile and said. "I'm really sorry that I have to be here today, but the parents of this little guy want him back. And since you haven't adopted him, they could sue you for kidnapping their son." 

"Baby, can you go play in your room while we talk to this nice lady." 

"Okay daddy." Kwang slid off Jimin's lap and went up the stairs and went to his room. The lady looked at them and saw how fondly they were looking at Kwang, and wrote down their reactions.

"Is there anyway we can adopt Kwang? Why does his parents want him now all of a sudden? They left him in an alleyway!" Jimin said getting more upset as he was talking, tears going down his face as he buried it in Jungkook's shoulder. 

"You can talk to the court about it but you might not get guardianship over him." 

"We can do that?"m

"Yes sir, but I do have to give Kwang to his biological family for now." 

"But what if they hurt him?" Jimin said sobbing.

"Will you excuse us for a moment please, we need to break the news to Kwang." 

"Of course!" She said.

Jungkook and Jimin went up the steps to Kwang's room.

"Appa! Daddy!" Kwang said excitedly until he saw the tears on Jimin's face.

"Daddy?" 

Jungkook kneeled down and said, "Kwang, baby, the lady is taking you away from us for a while until we figure something out okay?" 

"No! I don't want to go! I want to stay here, why can't I be with you?" He said, sobbing into Jungkook's chest.

"I don't know baby, but I promise you'll be back here before you know it okay?" 

"Okay Appa." He said sadly. They walked to their room and Jimin gave Kwang a stuffed bunny." 

"If you ever get scared or if you ever miss us, just hug Little Bun Bun really tight okay?" 

"Okay." Kwang whispered with tears running down his face and hugging the bunny and Jungkook. They went downstairs and the lady stood up and saw Kwang hugging Jungkook and holding Jimin's hand really tight. 

"I don't want to go." He said softly. 

"I know baby but this lady has to take you." 

Jimin took him from Jungkook's arms so he could hug him. Kwang looked at the lady while holding the bunny and said. 

"I hate you. You're taking me from Daddy and Appa for no reason." He turned and put his arms around Jimin's neck and hugged him and started to cry again. Jungkook looked at Jimin with a lump in his throat. 

"Do you really have to take him?" 

"I'm really sorry sir, but I have too. We should get going." 

Jimin put Kwang down and walked them to the door. Kwang looked back at them and hugged them really tight. 

"I'm going to miss you Appa and Daddy." 

"We're going to miss you too." They said and hugged him. The lady held out her hand but he ignored her. 

"Don't touch me lady, not after taking me from a good home this time." He said angry and sad. He got in the back of the car and saw Jungkook holding a crying Jimin. Kwang held onto the bunny really tight and put his head against the window bringing his legs up to his chest and hugged them, and sobbing. 

"Hey, so you're going home okay?"

"No, you're taking me away. It's what you guys do right? Ruin families that don't need or want you." He said quietly.

"Did they tell you to say that?" 

"No, I do my reading lady. Don't talk to me, if your not telling me you're bringing me back to my Appa and daddy." 

The lady turned around and drove away and after a couple hours of her trying to make conversation with the boy they turned into a driveway. They walked to the door and the lady knocked, and when the door opened, Kwang became scared. He was back to the place he didn't want to return. He didn't remember much but the things he did remember were terrifying. He hesitantly pulled on the ladies shirt and she looked at him. He ran back to the car and got in closing the door. He was not going to go back in there, not after all this time. The lady walked back to the car and opened his door. 

"I'm not going inside. I can't go inside." He said quietly.
