Author's pov

Monday rolled down early than expected Jungkook spend his Sunday on mourning on his crush's marriage and shity hangover. While y/n seems distracted, she didn't make any usual comments to annoy her husband and watch his face twist in distaste. She is zoning out. Jungkook noticed it but choose to ignore cause he isn't sure what he could do.

Here is another working day when Jungkook furiously typing on his laptop while being fully concentrate. His gaze shifted from the device to door when he heard a knock on it, he allowed the person to walk in.

His suit

He saw the face of his secretary who is smiling down at him and bow in politeness "Good morming Mr. Jeon" and Jungkook acknowledged it with a nod.

" you have meeting in 20 minutes, Miss Mun will be here, after meeting you have a business seminar to attend in afternoon at Newhall, well in evening-- you are free, I have finished the files which you asked me to and double checked it already" Lisa finished and clasped her notes shut and passed Jungkook the files in her other hands .

" Good job," Jungkook seems impressed by her work and she beamed with happiness " Thank you sir"  Lisa loves when someone praise her for her hardwork.

Within 20 minutes the meeting room which was empty is now filled with high degree holders. Y/n reached there exact on time.  Professionalism screaming from her aura . There is no sign of gross lady with wrinkled pajamas and  bird nest from weekend.

Her suit

Meeting started and everyone settled down. " you can see the graph over here, the perfect hyperbolic, we have the best sales--" it's been 30 minutes of explanation and y/n didn't speak a word, on another day she would have annoy the heck out of people but today she is too calm to be true means shit is about to go down.

"Mr. Chen can you please came in front and explain further" y/n requested catching everyone attention, and the man look flustered by the amount of pairs of eyes on him. He stood up and straightened his wrinkled dress.

" Sure" Mr Chan gave a smile to y/n which she reciprocate in a sarcastic manner before leaning back and set the glare at the man in front of her, he started explaining looking everywhere but at y/n, she has this intimidating aura which is giving him off vibe, something is not right.

" Miss Kang go on front and give a hard slap on Mr chen's left cheek, actually no on right cheek--- yeah that's better" she said and rolled her eyes when everyone go quit suddenly with her demand, Jungkook don't have any particular expression on his face, he look at the lady who was ordered to slap her boss and then back to y/n who was shooting dagger to the old man, with living with y/n with more than eight months one thing is clear to him she is everything but a fool so he waited.

"M-Mam what r you-" y/n shut the kang by shifting her glance at her, "Did I stuttered Yuna? " she ask with a eyebrow raise demanding for an answer "No" The blonde lady answered hurriedly, afraid of suddenly involvement of her name by her boss and y/n smirk at submissive behavior of her employees.

"So continue " y/n said pointing her chin at the man in front who's features twisted in confusion and bitterness.

Everyone in room including Jungkook watched in anticipation at why y/n ordered such a thing " what the hell-" chen's voice muffled by the sound of skin meeting the skin and a gasp left the mouth of others, there is no denial his red cheek is proof that he got a hard as slap on his face by his secretary.

"Now now, Chen Sundeok are you going to speak up or should I?" She questioned in very satisfied voice leaning against table, playing with paper weight before looking up" I can smell the curiosity in air" she chuckle and move her eyes in room scanning how other's faces are desperate to know what just happened here.

"I don't know, what you are talking about and how can you humiliate a senior like this, I didn't protest cause I thought you were kidding when you asked her to slap me but you-" his face met another slap but this time twice as hard as before, he looked at y/n with red face in embarrassment, her eyes are cold, playfulness is now out of door. The tension in room is heavy, she is breathing hard in anger

"I wasn't kidding when I asked her to slap you and I certainly wasn't kidding when I warned everyone that I didn't needed a womanizer in my company " she almost growled and saw how his eyes went realization from annoyance like he know what he did.

Jungkook face also morphed in anger same as y/n and he want nothing more than to give kicks to the old man until he ask for forgiveness.

"What do you think that no one will notice how your hands were roaming around her legs under table, how many times she asked you to stop but you Mr Chen, you really have no shame lusting over a women same age as your daughter" everyone is too stunned to speak, never in million years they thought someone so respectful like Chen would do that.

"She asked for it mam I didn't -" he try to defend himself but she showed her palm in front of his face with disgust expression and turned toward Yuna.

"Miss Kang meet me in my office and Mr chen, you are fired, I better not see you again near this building" she declared with slightly raised voice and turned around to face the other on table with a stern expression.

"Sorry ladies and gentlemen for wasting your time but if I get to know that you are bullying or harassing any other subordinate, you will not only lose your Job but not a single company will hire you, the cherry on top is you'll have a pleasant get-together with cops, I hope you keep this last warning in your mind" she said not looking anyone in particular and they her eyes met Jungkook who was trying to hide the fact he found her hot speaking so confidently in front of people.

She turned her face without slightest  change in her expression, she didn't acknowledge her husband at all "Meeting dismiss for today we'll discuss the rest tomorrow " she said last word and asked both victim and culprit to follow her out .

"As I said earlier she don't have three eyes, she have four" Jungkook watched the way she put her sunglasses back and walked out, smoothly like she don't give a fuck who you are, he followed her figure until it disappeared out of his sight, unconsciously a smile spread across his face. He always found her way of solving problems interesting yet harsh.

In evening

Y/n reaches home early than Jungkook the man she call her husband, she fumbled with the empty pots and sighed in disappointment when she remembered her cook is on holiday until few weeks.

She about to order but stopped and opened the drawer to find some ramen packets, her heart started beating fast, when she hold into it, many memories are joined with a simple pack of ramen, she didn't cooked it ever she the incident happen five year ago which made her like this, made her the women she dread.

She was about to put it back but she don't know the courage that come suddenly and made her decide to cook " fuck it," she said and started boiling water.

She is not good cook at all and when she said not good means she can't make rice without burning her hands thrice in row, the only food she can make is ramen, enough to survive.

By the time she finished her cooking and arranging dishes, Jungkook was already at table with a frown, he was judging very hard.

"Uh-huh, I thought you'll order since aunt Han is not around but you prepared all these?" Jungkook chooses his word wisely cause he know y/n's friend already warned him she is absolutely worst cook and don't ever think about complain to her if you don't want to die immediately.

"It's not like I'm going to order anything for you. I'm being considerate for once while thinking about the dissopointment I felt looking at empty vessel you won't. If you don't want to eat, the door is that way, get out " she said pointing at the door with her eyes and sat down, Jungkook bite down his lips, rude, that's the only word he can come up with.

"No, I mean you literally put so much effort in making dinner. How bad can it be? " He added last line like he doesn't want her to heard cause first time she tries to explain herself and speak the longest sentence ever without sarcasm and he choose to ignore the last line for sake of his empty stomach.

And the fact that she cooked for him is exciting him, don't get him wrong but this very small gesture also means a lot to him.

Jungkook open lid taking a sniff, it's smell good and look more than good, he served himself, mouth salivating already.

A/n~ I'm hungry now.

His attention darted toward the cold blooded witch, who first time staring at him back with raise eyebrow in challenge ' say it's bad I dare you' Look, he gulp and try to smile at her but failed.

He look back at his bowl of hot noodles and blow before taking a bite. He almost let out a inappropriate sound and he experience a foodgasm right now.

If this is shitty as her friend told him than he don't know what kind of food he was eating in 26 years of his life. This is literally best ramen he ever tasted. Jungkook got lost in eating , moaning and devouring each bite that he forget to gave her any compliment.

But y/n seems to be in another world she hadn't touch her food, all she could do is repeat the beautiful past where she is still living, the past where she want to return even after knowing it was all lie.

"Oh my God, oh my God. Your handmade ramens are the best noodles in entire world . You should seriously open a restaurant, either way you don't study so it won't be a probl-" the person started choking on food, very eager to devour the whole bowl.

"Deserved " y/n chuckle, a wide smile is adoring her lips while watching other enjoy the meal. She gave a glass of water to a very hyperactive raven haired person.

"I love your compliments but don't make it seem I like I starve you or something,  you literally eat ramen everyday and please don't nag like mom not in front of my food"  Y/n said with her mouth full and scrunch her nose when she said last part making other laughed at her cuteness.

"I can't  help it . Your Ramen are one of  my favorite things to eat but eating you is still number One." The person said casually and make y/n to spite her mouth filled soup cause it's very rare for other to make sex jokes on dinning table it always y/n who make these kind of jokes.

"Feelings are mutual babe" y/n said after recovering from sudden bluntness and smiled, all she want is to kiss those chubby cheeks and squish the person she love in her arm.

Other seems to have no effect pretty immune from y/n teasing. So person continue to devour and let out another moan

" oh God it's so good "

"Oh God it's so good" Jungkook let out before he can think and he watched      y/n's face suddenly became pale. All the color drained out of her face she started blinking fastly like she is holding her tears back and stand up abruptly. after slide her bowl and chopstick toward Jungkook, she spoke

"If you like it this much, you can have the rest" she wasn't requesting, she was ordering because She didn't waited for his answer and left dinning room in hurry.

Here Jungkook stared at bowl full untouched food and toward the end of his sight toward the other room from where y/n just went " she is totally wierd " he mumble and shrugged but many questions started roaming his mind.

Did he said something bad? She was acting strange in meeting also. She left without eating, she never do that. That woman can kill for food, Maybe period  Jungkook thought and put his attention back at food completely.

After eating and washing dishes he went to his study for some work and then at their shared bedroom, not noticing the wet cheeks and the sob which stopped when he entered, he didn't notice the women who can make anyone kneel was crying in alone dark room, he failed to know the cold blooded witch, his Miss rude is the same person who is broken brutally and needed to be healed. She needs his help.

They sleep at same bed yet have miles to cover.

while y/n not being her rude and sassy self but being silent and cold. Where was her best friend ,did something happen between them .?
