𝐋𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 [𝐘/𝐧]'𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲

Hey guys. Sharaug here.

As you all know, this is one of my most popular books, and basically the book that started my entire writing career. It's also one of the many reasons as to how I met most of my friends on Wattpad.

It is because of those reasons that this book holds a very special place in my heart. It wasn't my first book, but it was the one that made me who I am today, and for that, I am grateful.

However, though I am sad to say this, I feel as though I can no longer update this. Not because I don't have the time anymore or something like that, it's simply because, well . . .

I am no longer interested in Uglydolls.

But, seeing as how mostly everyone has loved this book and the characters that I have created with it, I figured that I couldn't just end it with a simple authors note. Instead, I've decided to write out a full story.

Lou and (Y/n)'s story, to be specific.

But aside from that, though, I'm afraid that I have some more news that I know a few of you aren't going to like, but I've prepared myself for any hateful and/or negative comments, so let's just get through with it:

This book, after this chapter, will be completed, and will no longer be recieving updates.

My Uglydolls one-shots book will be discontinued, and requests will be closed.

My Lou x Reader story, "Memories", will be discontinued, as will my Uglydolls roleplay book as well.

My Uglydolls Cult book will also be completed, and will no longer be recieving any updates, either.

For any of you who have been waiting for the following stories that I just listed to be updated, and have been following me throughout this whole time since the beginning, I would like to give you all both a thank you and an apology.

Thank you for sticking with me throughout this whole time and supporting me. If it weren't for all of you, my career as a writer on here may have ceased to exist. Really, it means a lot to me.

And I'm sorry for making you all wait, and you gave all been so patient and understanding to. Honestly, I feel like I've broken so many promises, and I feel horrible for that. But I hope that you can all understand that my Uglydoll phase is now over, and I no longer have the motivation to write for it anymore.

This is Sharaug, signing out. (On this book, at least.)

It was a fun ride, and Lou, [Y/n], [D/n], [S/n], and Lexington will all always be close to my heart.

But for now, this is goodbye.

I hope you all enjoy this one, final chapter: the story of Lou and [Y/n].

(Oh, and by the way, when you come across these: '* * * * *', that means I'm allowing you all to imagine how the story continues on from there.)

[UN-EDITED CHAPTER. THERE WILL BE GRAMMER MISTAKES, AND I APOLOGIZE FOR THAT.]
▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅

[Y/n] woke up to a crowd of blank, gray dolls, who all held a look of both confusion and wonder, followed by a hint of excitement.

Now, there was no doubt in [Y/n]'s mind that she was quite excited herself, but she still exactly put her finger on as to why she was here, which was strange, considering that she was a doll and that this is what usually happened, right?

A sigh escaped the dolls' lips and she shook her head, climbing out of the pile of styrofoam she had landed in. She completely ignored the large screen that sat above her as she walked by, and soon found herself standing in a line that led to what looked to be scanners?

Wait, no, that's not right. [Y/n] groaned and held her head, taking a step forward after the doll upfront was given their new look and talents.

Why does this place look so... familiar? As if I've... seen it before?

Shaking her head, [Y/n] figured it'd be best for her to not question the feeling in the pit of her stomach, and she opened her eyes to find that she was next in line to get a... 'makeover'.

"Oh, my..." the doll blinked and took a hesitant step forward, before shutting her eyes tightly as two walls beside her came together around her. However, the walls came apart rather quickly, and ever so slowly, the female opened her eyes, squinting slightly at the bright light provided by the Institution.

"Your name is [Y/n], and you are..." the machine paused for a moment, processing what was going through its hard drive for a moment, before continuing.

"Absolutely Perfect!"

And just like that, all eyes fell upon her, and she immediately felt herself go tense under everyone's gazes.

Just stay calm, [Y/n], the doll told herself, ignoring the looks she was recieving from everyone as she started to walk around.

Just ignore them.

"Oh. My. Gosh!"

Suddenly, three dolls appeared in front of [Y/n], and the [H/c]ette gasped and stumbled back, surprised by their sudden appearance.

"Oh, um," she cleared her throat and composed herself quickly, sending the trio a wave.

"Hello there!"

"Oh, Lou's definitely going to like her," the pinkette among the trio whispered to the other two, who nodded excitedly in agreement.

[Y/n] blinked and rose a brow, confusion written all over her face as she opened her mouth to speak and ask who this 'Lou' was, but another doll had already beaten her to it.

"Um, excuse me, girls?" a doll with brown hair and a green streak in his bangs walked up to them all and smiled politely before asking:

"Who's Lou?"

Oh, if only he had known how much of a mistake that was.

* * * * *

"Uh, it was [Y/n], right?"

The said doll immediately stopped in her tracks and felt her shoulders slump slightly due to being noticed by the doll she was trying to avoid. But, unfortunately, fate seemed to have other plans.

Taking a shaky breath, the [E/c]-eyed doll quickly plastered on a fake smile and turned to Lou, who smirked in return at her attention.

"Why, yes, that's correct!" She opened her eyes to reveal a coldness to them, and Lou's smirk only grew once he noticed.

"May I help you?"

Chuckling, the male doll leaned against the outside wall of her house. No other doll could see them at the moment due to them all being asleep, and the two were currently standing outside of [Y/n]'s house, just when the female doll was turning in after her usual, nightly walk.

"Oh, don't act so cold, doll face~" he grinned and crossed his arms. "I just wanna have a chat with you. That's not so bad now, is it?"

[Y/n] fought back the urge to roll her eyes. "No, I suppose it isn't." Her fake smile didn't falter once, which in return made Lou frown slightly.

He could break her. He knew he could. He just needed to find the right way to do it.

Shaking his head, the Perfect Doll pushed himself off of [Y/n]'s wall and walked up to her, looking her up and down to see if he could get a reaction.

He didn't.

Instead, [Y/n] smiled at him and tilted her head 'innocently', though he could tell that she was fighting back the need to slap him.

The way her hand was twitching at her side said it all.

A hum escaped the blue-eyed dolls' lips and he stroked his chin, circling [Y/n] almost as if a lion would.

"You truly are a tough nut to crack, miss [Y/n]."

For a moment, [Y/n]'s sweet smile turned into a teasing smirk, and Lou felt his heart leap at the sight.

"Why, thank you," the doll giggled and moved some hair out of her face, batting her lashes at Lou almost mockingly.

"I try."

* * * * *

"You seem... tense, [Y/n]..." Tuesday batted her lashes innocently as she stared at the doll, who hummed and looked at her curiously in reply.

"Why, whatever do you mean?" [Y/n] asked, tilting her head slightly.

"I don't know, love," Kitty sat down next to the [S/t] doll and placed her hand on her shoulder, her expression holding that of worry.

"It's just... we've noticed that there seems to be a lot of heavy tension between you and Lou, and we're starting to get worried."

"Are you two having an affair or something?"

[Y/n] nearly choked on her saliva and she instantly went red at what Lydia had suggested.

"L-Lydia!" Kitty exclaimed, pinching the purplette's side and narrowing her eyes at her as Tuesday patted [Y/n]'s back to help her calm down.

Lydia shrugged and placed her hands on her hips, her brows raising slightly.

"What? It's what we were all thinkin'," the doll said.

"I-it is?!" [Y/n] stuttered, the blush on her cheeks worsening.

The Spy Girls are shared a look, seemingly having a silent conversation with one another as [Y/n] looked at all of them frantically; hoping — praying that Lydia was only joking when she said that.

Unfortunately, though, the Spy Girls eventually shared a hesitant nod, and they all looked to [Y/n], who went wide-eyed at what they said next:

"It is."

* * * * *

"Lou!" [Y/n] banged on the dolls door violently, her eyes holding a raging, yet embarrassed, fire in them.

"Lou, open up! I need to talk to you!"

Suddenly, the front door creaked open, and [Y/n] ended up stumbling forward and falling on her face. A pained groan escaped her lips and she pushed herself and looked around, only to freeze.

Why does everything look so... dark?

Slowly standing up, [Y/n] swallowed the nervous lump in her throat. "Uh..." she hesitated, "Lou?"

No response.

[Y/n] frowned, a feeling of dread beginning to form in the pit of her stomach as she traveled further deeper into Lou's mansion, calling his name.

"Lou!" [Y/n] walked past a door, only to come to a stop when she heard something that sounded like... hyperventilating?

"Huh?" Turning around, [Y/n] slowly turned to the door she had passed and soon noticed that it was opened just a tad bit, allowing some light to leak into the room.

Taking a deep breath, [Y/n] placed her hand against the door and began to slowly push it open.

"Lou?" she said. "Are you in here—"

The doll was cut off by her own gasp when she saw the very doll she was looking for on his knees, on the floor. His hair was messy and tangled, and his hands were running through his blond locks as he breathed heavily where he sat. And though it was hard to tell, [Y/n] could see that he was sweating furiously.

"Oh my god— LOU!"

Quickly running over to him, [Y/n] took his hands in hers and lifted his face up so that their eyes would meet, and his blue orbs seemed to widen upon seeing her.

"Lou, are you okay?" she cupped his face and began to look over him for any injuries, her expression contorting into a concerned one as tears stung the corners of her eyes.

"L-Lou," she inhaled shakily and placed her hands on his shoulders, and he tensed immediately, feeling tears burn in his eyes as well.

"What's wrong, love?"

* * * * *

Lou had told [Y/n] everything. About how he was a Prototype, his fears of abandonment, his insecurities: everything. And ever since then, she hasn't dared to leave his side.

"They're practically inseparable," a doll whispered, watching as Lou and [Y/n] laughed together on his stage, just sitting next to eachother with some milkshakes next to them.

"True, but this is honestly the happiest I've ever seen Lou look," another doll added, watching as the blond male smiled fondly at [Y/n], who was laughing at a story he had just told.

"I kinda ship it?" one of the dolls whispered over the crowd, grinning slightly while she watched the two dolls on the stage continue to interact with one another.

"Um, 'kind of'?"

Everyone turned at the sound of Kitty's voice, and gasps soon filled the air as stunned expressions crossed everyone's faces.

"Uh, actually, you should totally ship it." Tuesday stated as if it were the most obvious thing, her feet propped up on the booth she sat at with the other Spy Girls.

"Um, guys?" Mandy's brows rose in amusement as she walked up to them, giggling a little.

"Wanna explain what this is all about?"

"Eh?" Lydia quirked a brow and gave Mandy a questioning look. "What do you mean?"

"I think what she means, is why are you girls sitting at a booth that apparently sells... Lou x [Y/n] merch?"

"Oh, Nolan," Kitty laughed lightly and shook her head, handing a Lou x [Y/n] button over to a doll that had asked for one.

"You wouldn't understand."

* * * * *

"Are you sure I can do this?" [Y/n] asked the Spy Girls as she watched Lou talk with some other dolls from afar, a nervous frown on her face.

The Spy Girls all grinned excitedly and nodded, knowing very well that Lou had actually had a crush on [Y/n] for a while seeing as how Tuesday steals his diary a̶l̶l̶ t̶h̶e̶ t̶i̶m̶e̶  sometimes.

[Y/n] took a moment to think. Would Lou really say yes if she asked him out? I mean, the two have grown rather close over the past few months, so it was worth a try, right?

[Y/n] took a deep breath and nodded to herself.

It was decided.

"Okay." Turning away from the Spy Girls (who all quietly cheered once [Y/n]'s back was turned to them), [Y/n] smiled determinedly.

"Wish me luck, girls."

And with that, the [H/c]ette started off towards Lou, who seemed to instantly notice her figure walking towards him.

"Oh, excuse me, dolls," the perfectionist offered the dolls around him a smile and began to walk away.

"But it would be rude to keep [Y/n] waiting."

Turning away, Lou walked up to [Y/n], and the two eventually found themselves meeting eachother in front of a fountain, their eyes locking with one another's.

"Oh, Lou," [Y/n] averted her gaze away from his and began to twirl a strand of hair around her finger like a typical teenage girl.

"How... are you?"

"Oh, I'm fine," Lou smiled and sat down on the fountain before patting the seat next to him. "And what about you, doll face?"

Flushing slightly at the nickname Lou had always used for her, [Y/n] sat down next to him and cleared her throat, her face flushing even more.

"Oh, I've been good. I just, uh, wanted to ask you something..." she trailed off.

Lou perked up slightly.

"Oh, really?" he asked. [Y/n] nodded, still not meeting his eyes.

"What?"

This is it, [Y/n] told herself, taking a deep breath and looking up at Lou with an embarrassed expression.

You can do this, [Y/n]—

"W-WOULD YOU GO ON A DATE WITH ME?!?"

Nevermind. Unsurprisingly, you were lying to yourself, and the Spy Girls were giving you false hope.

Shutting her eyes tightly, [Y/n] felt tears begin to form, when a thump wiped them away, making the [E/c]-eyed girls' eyes open once again and look up to see Lou, who looked quite embarrassed himself.

"Uh, y-yeah," he cleared his throat and offered the doll next to him a genuine smile.

"Sure."

* * * * *

Ever since their first date, [Y/n] had practically become Lou's unofficial assistant. She helped him train dolls to go to the Big World, sort papers, and even clean up his house and make him dinner from time to time.

Soon, though, months had turned into three years, and it was Christmas Eve.

"C'mon, Lou, you can do this!" Nolan said, encouraging his bro as he gestured out to [Y/n], who was currently waiting for her boyfriend out on a balcony since the Spy Girls had instructed her to.

Lou gulped nervously, playing with the maroon box in his hands as he glanced over to his lover anxiously.

"I-I don't know, Nolan. Maybe I should wait a little longer—"

"Oh, HECK NO!" Mandy suddenly yelled.

Before Lou knew it, Mandy's hands were on his shoulders, and she was shaking him back and forth.

"Lou, we did not wait three years for this moment, only for you to chicken out at the last second!" the magentaette told, her eyes narrowed.

Lou felt himself sweat nervously at the look Mandy was given to him, when he was suddenly pushed out onto the balcony by the said doll herself, who peeked her head out after him.

"Trust me, okay?" Mandy winked at the blond and nodded towards [Y/n].

"You've got this!" And with that, she was gone.

Lou slowly nodded to himself and stood up, stuffing the small box back into his pocket as he turned to [Y/n], who was staring off into the Institute of Perfection — which had been expanded into a somewhat modern city, seeing as how new types of dolls were now beginning to come in and more rooms were needed.

Lou took a shaky breath and clutched the box in his pocket tightly, trying to calm his nerves.

It's alright, Lou. Like Mandy said: you've got this.

With that thought in mind, Lou inhaled deeply and started making his way over to his girlfriend, who perked up when she heard his footsteps and turned around.

"Oh, there you are~" [Y/n] giggled, her voice teasing.

"I was wondering how long you planned to make me wait out here in the cold, love."

Lou chuckled nervous and leaned against the stone railway next to [Y/n], offering her a small smile.

"Sorry, sweetheart. I was just a bit... nervous about coming out here, that's all." He explained after a moment.

"'Nervous'?" [Y/n] rose a brow, a smile playing on her lips. "What for?"

Lou felt himself go tense and his breath caught itself in his throat. "Oh, uh, I..."

"Hm?"

Lou looked up at [Y/n] to see that she had scooted closer to him, her [E/c] eyes staring into his blue ones curiously.

"Lou," she glanced down at his pocket, and he froze when he saw a small smirk make its way upon her lips.

"There's something that you'd like to ask me, right?"

Well, so much for being dramatic.

* * * * *

Lou stood up at the altar proudly, with  Nolan standing beside him as his best man, and Ox standing on his other side to act as the priest. Across from the males, the Spy Girls and Mandy stood in a pair of matching dresses, holding their own bouquet of flowers with happy expressions on their faces as the wedding theme started to play.

And with that, the doors opened, and [Y/n] was revealed.

People stood up from their seats as the doll walked down the aisle, and she couldn't contain the happy tears running down her face as she neared her lover and future husband, with only one thought in mind:

What could the future possibly have in store for them?
