Eddie finally made it to the Medical Bay and saw the door already open. He barged in yelling, 

"RATCHET!"

Ratchet was first by him and putting his servo down, 

"What happened?!"

Eddie shook his head, 

"Where are the supplies that Maz brought in for herself? Put me down by them,"

Ratchet did as told and put him on the counter by a duffel bag. Eddie softly put Mazikeen down on the counter and ran over to the duffel bag and opened it. He tossed things out and finally picked up an epi-pen device. He ran back over to Mazikeen and knelt next to her, 

"You have to organize your shit a little more,"

He then stabbed her with the epi-pen in her arm and clicked on it. She immediately shot up and gasped, 

"OW!"

Eddie sighed and plopped down, 

"I hate you,"

Mazikeen looked at him and winked at him, 

"No you don't,"

Eddie sighed. Then she looked around and saw five worried Autobots, 

"Oh! Hey guys! How's it going?"

Sunstreaker and Sideswipe were immediately running to her and almost jumped on her to hug her in their holo-forms but Eddie stood up and intercepted, 

"Wait wait wait, I know you guys want to hug her, and I don't even want to know how you have human forms. But Maz just woke up from passing out, give her another minute,"

Sunstreaker poked him in the chest, 

"Listen, buddy, if we want to hug our sister, we are going to hug out sister,"

Optimus sighed, 

"Sunstreaker, stand down,"

Sunstreaker sighed but stepped away and crossed his arms. Ratchet stepped up and knelt down in front of Mazikeen, 

"Mazikeen, are you feeling okay?"

Mazikeen shrugged, 

"Yeah,"

Sideswipe narrowed his optics at her, 

"You sure?"

Sunstreaker nodded, 

"Yeah, cuz we felt a whole lot of everything from you,"

Eddie frowned in confusion, 

"What do you mean?"

Mazikeen blushed and Optimus immediately gave the twins a look. Jazz crossed his arms, 

"Confidential,"

Eddie slowly nodded and he glanced at Mazikeen who refused to look him in the eye,

"I'll...I'll leave you to it then,"

Mazikeen immediately looked at him and stood up before yelping and falling forward. Eddie immediately caught her and laughed, 

"You would think after so many years, you would be more graceful,"

Mazikeen glared at him, 

"Oh shut up, Eddie,"

Eddie smirked and helped her get steady. Ratchet looked at her more and scanned her, 

"Why are your vitals all over the place?"

Mazikeen blushed, 

"Uh...that's...normal?"

Eddie and Ratchet gave her a look. Eddie glanced at Ratchet, 

"What are her vitals?"

"Her heart rate is abnormally high, temperature is cold,"

Eddie nodded and picked up the empty epi-pen, 

"That's from the adrenaline booster I gave her. She was cold before because she passed out, the adrenaline is a jump start to her heart because her pulse was too weak. Maz, remind me we have to make more of those, I'm guessing this was the last one,"

Mazikeen tilted her head, 

"I have two in my room,"

Eddie face palmed, 

"No, no you do not. I checked the med kit that you stashed, no boosters in it,"

Mazikeen winced and smiled at him, 

"I guess it was good you waited around!"

Eddie sighed and ran a hand through his hair, 

"These days make me miss Christopher a lil bit more,"

Mazikeen laughed and nudged him, 

"Then go give him a call, I promise I'll still be alive with you gone for five minutes,"

Eddie pointed at her, 

"I left you alone for four minutes and you passed out,"

Mazikeen blushed and pointed at Ratchet, 

"I have Ratch here, he can give you a medical time-out,"

Ratchet nodded his head and put his servo down by Eddie, 

"Eddie, I promise that I am very capable of taking care of Mazikeen,"

Eddie sighed and looked at her one more time after he climbed onto Ratchet's servo, 

"I'm going to make sure Fig doesn't get himself into prison,"

Mazikeen laughed and nodded, 

"Please do, can't have him go to prison when he shouldn't even be here,"

Eddie gave her a look,

"We both know he would have came, even if no one said shit,"

Mazikeen smiled and shrugged, 

"I am like seventy percent sure he has at least one camera in this base,"

Eddie laughed and nodded, 

"Wouldn't surprise me,"

Ratchet then put Eddie on the floor outside of the Medical Bay and before he left, Eddie looked up at Ratchet, 

"Hey, don't ask her any questions about what happened...she...she won't be able to answer,"

Ratchet nodded, 

"Thank you, Eddie,"

Eddie smiled and nodded his head,

"No, thank you, Ratchet,"

He left and Ratchet went back inside to see the twins hovering over her again while Optimus scorns them, 

"Okay, you two back the frag up. I know you were worried, trust me I heard you complaining every fragging minute since you four barged into here,"

The twins grumbled but backed up. Mazikeen chuckled and looked up at Ratchet, 

"Hey! At least I didn't burst my stitches again!"

Ratchet rolled his optics and sighed, 

"I am so very proud of you for that, take off your jacket so I can check on them,"

She sighed and took off the jacket and everyone's optics were on the obvious rope burns and the US Army shirt with the last name Diaz on it. Ratchet immediately turned to the others, 

"Everyone out."

Jazz crossed his arms, 

"Ratch-"

"OUT."

Optimus put a hand on his shoulder, and they all left. Mazikeen looked down at her hands until she felt a hand on her shoulder again, she looked and saw Ratchet's holo-form,

"You really are starting to like your holo-form, huh?"

Ratchet glared at her, 

"Oh, shut-up. It's the easiest way to get your attention when you are looking down,"

Mazikeen smiled at him, 

"Sure,"

"Come, let's get you on a bed,"

She quickly climbed onto his servo and was placed onto a bed, 

"So...you have questions, don't you?"

Ratchet sighed and nodded, 

"I do. But, I will wait until you are ready,"

Mazikeen tilted her head as he took out some wrap, 

"You, mister hatchet, are going to wait?"

Ratchet rolled his optics again,

"I do not know what you went through just now. But, I have a feeling that I will not be able to understand how you...as some say, feel about it. But I know a traumatized expression when I see it. But I am curious about that so-called adrenaline booster that Eddie administered,"

Mazikeen laughed softly as he started wrapping her wrists, 

"When Eddie and I started working together, he noticed I would get drained quickly after a loud screaming match with some other soldiers...we realized that if too much is going on all at once, my heart rate drops a huge amount...so me being an inventor and him being an army doc, we devised an epi-pen where it would give me a healthy-ish dose of adrenaline so I don't pass out or if I did, it would wake me up instantly...it's good for battles too in case one of our squadmates needs some energy,"

Ratchet nodded, 

"You will never cease to amaze me, Mazikeen,"

Mazikeen smirked, 

"So I have been told,"

"I know you are close to that human, Eddie,"

"Yeah?"

Ratchet smiled sadly at her and glanced at her shirt, 

"Would you tell him?"

Mazikeen sighed and shook her head, 

"No,"

Ratchet tilted his head,

"Why not?"

Mazikeen turned her wrists as he finished, 

"Because...I don't want him to worry...those four...they are going to be on their toes around me for a few days cuz of what just happened...I don't want me being the All Spark to change our friendship,"

Ratchet nudged her, 

"It didn't change your friendship with Will, Bobby, and Fig,"

Mazikeen smiled, 

"That's because they were there during Mission City and during the fight at Qatar. Eddie was home in LA with his son and his new friends. He would understand...but I don't know what he will think about me,"

Ratchet nodded, 

"He cares about you,"

Mazikeen sighed and nodded, 

"I know...and I care about him...but...our relationship is complicated...and I don't want it to be harder because of this,"

Ratchet nodded and patted her shoulder, 

"I don't believe it will...now...can I look at your stab wound?"

Mazikeen frowned and sighed, 

"Only if you promise to not scream,"

Ratchet nodded his head, 

"I promise,"

Mazikeen slowly lifted up the old shirt and Ratchet's optics widened at the new bruising. He thought back to what Eddie said and he tried his best to not react anymore, 

"Okay. It looks like it is still holding up very nicely...you need some rest,"

Mazikeen nodded and dropped the shirt back down. Ratchet let his holo-form disappear and he looked at Mazikeen, 

"If you ever wish to talk, know that we are all here for you,"

Mazikeen smiled softly at him and nodded, 

"I know, thanks, Ratch,"

"Oh, don't thank me yet, you have everyone waiting for you outside,"

"Everyone?"

Ratchet nodded, 

"Ironhide finally came back from meeting with some squad leaders about training,"

Mazikeen nodded, 

"Okay...as long as he didn't see Will, Epps, or Fig,"

Ratchet glanced at her, 

"Why?"

Mazikeen winced, 

"Cuz, I have a feeling that they would have liked him to be there for whatever they are doing right now,"

"You really like speaking in riddles today,"

Mazikeen shrugged, 

"Yep!"

Ratchet sighed, 

"I'm just going to let them all in...you ready?"

Mazikeen nodded.
