Ratchet sat Mazikeen down on the couch that was in the shed. He went into his alt-mode and turned on his holo-form and immediately walked over to her,

"Okay, how are you feeling?"

"Weird...I don't remember anything besides fighting The Fallen, watching Optimus kick his ass...then Optimus picked me up...and next thing I know? I'm dreaming about Primus and he explained that I used too much of my power and was weakened...that it has been a week since the fight,"

Ratchet sighed and put his hand on her shoulder,

"Optimus flew over to us...with you in his servo. Your carrier demanded you stay at home with your family. We all went back to the base. The interesting part of all of this is that Jazz, Sunstreaker, and Sideswipe made sure that everything was running smoothly, Sunstreaker would immediately throw Skids and Mudflap if they fought instead of Ironhide doing it. Those three genuinely miss you, Maze...we all did,"

Mazikeen frowned,

"Wait...my mom wanted me home?"

Ratchet nodded,

"Yes, we could not argue with her,"

Mazikeen chuckled and sighed,

"Yeah...my mom...well, she does not take no for an answer,"

Ratchet nodded,

"Yes, I can tell...Now, I need to do a full scan over your systems-"

"Body,"

"Yes, body,"

Mazikeen smiled and nodded, she took off Phoenix and put her device to the side. Ratchet turned off his holo-form and was quick to transform back and scan her. Ratchet frowned immediately as he looked over her scans,

"Mazikeen,"

Mazikeen glanced up at him,

"What's up?"

Ratchet frowned and turned his holo-form back on,

"I'm not sure how to say this...but something was missing when I scanned your body,"

Mazikeen frowned and tilted his head,

"What is?"

Ratchet sighed and Tex came running in,

"Ratchet! You called?"

Mazikeen's confusion deepened at what the young Cybertronian said. Ratchet nodded,

"Yes, come over here, Tex,"

Tex walked over and Ratchet knelt down,

"Can you transform for me? I have to show Mazikeen something,"

Tex nodded and transformed back into the data pad. Ratchet quickly downloaded the files onto it and sighed as he pulled up the human anatomy,

"This is your human anatomy,"

Mazikeen slowly nodded,

"Okay?"

Ratchet clicked a few buttons and gave the data pad to Mazikeen,

"Over here...this is your uterus,"

Mazikeen tilted her head as she narrowed her eyes,

"You really think I'm a doctor?"

Ratchet sighed, Mazikeen frowned when he didn't laugh and looked at him,

"Ratch?"

Ratchet looked down,

"It appears...that there were side effects from the over-use of your powers,"

Mazikeen nodded,

"Well, yeah...I did slip into a coma for a week,"

Ratchet glanced at her,

"I found another one,"

Mazikeen tilted her head in confusion as she looked at her scans again,

"What is the second one?"

Ratchet sighed and put a hand on her shoulder,

"Mazikeen...you...you can...you can no longer bear a human child,"

Mazikeen dropped Tex and looked at him,

"W-What do you mean?"

"You have no ovaries,"

"H-How is that possible?"

Ratchet sighed and scratched his chin,

"It must be from all of the power that you exhibited...they somehow sterilized you...I am sorry,"

Mazikeen started laughing and Ratchet stared at her as he felt a pull at his spark for the younger woman,

"Y-You know what's crazy? I...I never wanted kids. It never struck me...it never struck me that I would ever find someone that I would want kids with...but...but now that I can't? I...I don't know how to react,"

Ratchet pulled her into a tight hug,

"Mazikeen...I wish I knew the answers...I can get Sarah?"

Mazikeen nodded as the tears slowly spilled,

"P-Please,"

Ratchet nodded and picked up Tex before leaving in his alt-mode. Tex transformed back and looked at Ratchet's dashboard, 

"Is my mom going to be alright?"

Ratchet sighed, 

"I hope so, Tex, I hope so,"

They got back to the group and Ratchet opened his door, 

"Sarah, please get in,"

Sarah immediately got in and Jazz stopped Ratchet from going, 

"Wait, is Lil M okay?"

Ratchet sighed, 

"I'll have to get back to you,"

Jazz frowned and let him go. Sarah quickly got out of Ratchet as soon as she saw the shed and ran in, 

"Maze-"

She stopped when she saw the crying woman in front of her, 

"Oh, honey,"

Sarah brought her into a hug as Mazikeen kept crying, 

"S-Sarah, it's not f-fair,"

Sarah sighed and stroked her hair, 

"I know honey, I know,"

Mazikeen shook her head, 

"I-I don't know what to d-do,"

Sarah sighed and helped her sit down on the floor, 

"Start by telling me what Ratchet told you,"

"I...I won't be able to have kids,"

Sarah's eyes widened in shock, 

"You won't be able to have kids?"

Mazikeen nodded and hugged herself, 

"Y-Yeah...the power I used to heal the Autobots? It sterilized me...Sarah...how am I going to tell my parents? H-How am I going to tell my future boyfriend? No one is going to want me!"

Sarah immediately slapped her arm, 

"Mazikeen Witwicky! You are the bravest girl I have ever met. Any human or Cybertronian would be lucky to call you theirs,"

Mazikeen looked at her and tilted her head, 

"Why did you say Cybertronian?"

Sarah smirked proudly, 

"A mother always knows,"

"You aren't my mom though?"

Sarah glared at her, 

"Hey, you are practically my daughter, I know Will sees you as his little sister, but the past six years I have watched you grow, you have become a mature young spitfire. You are our Mynx,"

Mazikeen laughed and hugged her, 

"Thank you,"

Sarah patted her back, 

"You are very welcome, Maze...now. Do you want to see your brother?"

Mazikeen looked at her, 

"I don't know how he will react,"

Sarah rolled her eyes, 

"Maze, that boy idolizes you. He risked everything getting you here. You don't have to tell him if you don't want to."

Mazikeen smiled and nodded her head, 

"Okay, I'm ready to leave this shed,"

Sarah smirked and helped her up, 

"How the tables have turned. I have spent many hours in this shed trying to get you out of it, and here we are, you dragging me out,"

Mazikeen laughed and wrapped an arm around her shoulder, 

"Like you just said, I have grown to be a young mature spitfire,"

Sarah sighed, 

"I will one day regret those words,"

Mazikeen laughed, 

"That day won't be today,"

Sarah rolled her eyes and nudged her, 

"Good, do you have Phoenix?"

Mazikeen nodded and grabbed the device, 

"Always,"

Sarah chuckled as they left the Shed, Sarah smiled when she noticed Ratchet left after he dropped her off. Sarah nudged Mazikeen, 

"You know, those big friends of yours do care about you,"

Mazikeen smiled softly at the thought of her bigger family, 

"Yeah, I noticed,"

Sarah smirked, 

"Specifically a silver mech,"

Mazikeen tilted her head, 

"Jazz? Well, he is my guardian,"

Sarah sighed, 

"Oh my sky,"

Mazikeen smirked, 

"Lovely how you all say that now,"

Sarah rolled her eyes, 

"You are a rash we can't get rid of,"

Mazikeen laughed and nudged her,

"You love me,"

"Debatable,"

They finally reached the group and Sam ran over and hugged her immediately. Mazikeen laughed and hugged him back,

"It's been like one minute,"

Sam rolled his eyes, 

"Too long,"

Mazikeen laughed and smiled at him. Sarah immediately grabbed Will and whispered something to him and he immediately nodded and did the same with Epps, Fig, and Eddie. Will walked up to Mazikeen and Sam, 

"Hey, you two should go to Mynx's room and talk,"

Mazikeen narrowed her eyes in suspicion but nodded. She glanced at Mikaela and Mikaela gladly offered her a large smile. Mazikeen tugged on Sam's hand, 

"Okay, I'll show you to my room,"

"You have a room?!"

Mazikeen laughed and nodded, 

"Yeah...I have some things I have to tell you too,"

Sam slowly nodded, 

"Okay,"

The siblings walked away and Will turned to Sarah, 

"What happened?"

The Autobots sat down on the grass to listen, Ratchet watched Sarah closely. Sarah sighed, 

"Maze was given bad news...and she will tell everyone when she is ready, but she won't be for a while. If she gets in her mood where she blocks everyone out and just invents, give her one minute but then try to get her to have fun. I can't tell you how many times I have physically dragged her out of that shed when she went deep,"

Will winced, 

"Or when she kept blowing something up-"

"Yeah, that almost completely singed my eye-brows,"

Optimus slowly nodded, 

"How can we help her?"

Epps patted his leg, 

"Well, just remind her that she can talk to you if she ever needs it,"

Eddie nodded, 

"Maze tends to get closed off sometimes, so just be patient,"

Sunstreaker sighed, 

"Yeah, we know,"

They all looked at the house that the Witwicky siblings walked into.
