Mazikeen finally let go of Eddie's hand as she entered her room, 

"This is where the magic is going to happen now!"

Eddie's eyes widened as he saw the spreadsheets covering the workbench and devices thrown all over the place already, 

"When did you get here?"

Mazikeen blushed, 

"Yesterday,"

Eddie laughed, 

"And your workplace is already messy,"

Mazikeen shook her head, 

"No, no, it is chaotically-"

"Organized,"

Mazikeen stopped for a second and looked at him as he finished her sentence, 

"Yeah...chaotically organized,"

Eddie smiled softly at her and picked up Phoenix, 

"Woah...you finished her,"

Mazikeen smiled brightly, 

"Yep! I finally finished Phoenix!"

Eddie laughed and flipped the device, 

"Woah...now...where are the heavy weapons?"

Mazikeen chuckled and picked up a gun, 

"Here!"

Eddie looked at the gun then back to her, 

"Maz, I think you got one too many concussions,"

Mazikeen gasped and grabbed it, 

"I find your lack of faith, disturbing,"

She pressed a small button to the side of it and Eddie gasped as it expanded until it was a thunderlord.

"Where have you been all my life?"

Mazikeen glared at him, 

"Uh, hello?"

Eddie laughed and winked at her, 

"Sorry Maz, but right now, that thunderlord is calling my name,"

Mazikeen laughed and handed it back to him,

"There is the same button on the side of it, only we are able to turn it on and off,"

"We?"

Mazikeen shrugged and nodded, 

"Yeah...I allowed you, Fig, Will, and Epps to have bio-signatures with all of my weapons except my lightsaber-"

"I'M SORRY, DID YOU JUST SAY LIGHTSABER?!"

Mazikeen's eyes brightened, 

"YEAH!" 

She immediately ran to her bed and pulled out the cylinder for her purple lightsaber, 

"Watch!" 

She immediately pressed the button and the room was lit up by the purple light, Eddie gasped as he looked at the purple beam come out from the hilt, 

"Woah,"

Mazikeen nodded, 

"Yeah! And it works on Cybertronian metal! So it can be used to harm the Decepticons, but all my weapons can so yeah,"

Eddie nodded slowly, 

"What else ya got?"

Mazikeen immediately put away the lightsaber to her side and brought out the next disk, 

"A shield,"

Eddie nodded, 

"Did you make another?"

Mazikeen nodded, 

"Yep, this is more snug to a singular person in case you are in close combat and want to take someone out with a bomb,"

Eddie nodded. She took out her twin guns, 

"Just regular guns, but they are higher powered and I used some big science words to make it go through dense metal and diamond,"

Eddie chuckled, 

"Nice big science words,"

Mazikeen winked at him, 

"Hey, gotta dumb it down,"

Eddie shook his head in amusement. Mazikeen showed him each weapon she created and then sat down on her bed. Eddie chuckled, 

"You sure did do a lot since I was gone,"

Mazikeen smiled softly at him and nodded, 

"Yeah..."

Eddie sat down next to her and put a hand on her shoulder, 

"What's up? I know when something is on your mind,"

Mazikeen sighed and looked at him, 

"Why are you back?"

Eddie looked at her and sighed. He wrapped his arm around her shoulder and she instinctively put her head on his shoulder, and he put his head on hers, 

"I started to feel like a piece of me was missing still...I became a firefighter, got a newer family...I was finally able to spend a lot of time with Christopher...but after two years, I still felt like something was missing. Then I received a letter from someone with the Pentagon...and I thought about the four years I served...and I thought back to my time with my squad and yours...I realized that a part of me did miss the army. I asked about visiting Christopher, and they said that I could during every holiday as long as it was okay with General Morshower. Now, here I am."

"Do you feel better?"

Eddie looked down at her and smiled, 

"I do,"

Mazikeen smiled softly at him, 

"Good,"

Mazikeen shot up, and Eddie yelped, 

"MAZ!"

"DINNER!"

"DINNER!"

They immediately started running. They raced to the cafeteria and finally made it. Mazikeen looked around and saw the trays and dragged Eddie over to it. They quickly got the food, 

"Diaz! Mynx!"

The two looked around and spotted Epps sitting alone, they quickly sat at the same table, in front of him and next to each other,

"So, Eddie, did you like Mynx's chaotic organization?"

Mazikeen glared at him and Eddie laughed, 

"Some things really never change,"

Epps laughed and nodded, 

"Mynx is the one constant we all need,"

Mazikeen sighed, 

"I don't miss you two talking about me as if I'm not here,"

Eddie smirked, 

"Hey, Epps?"

"Yeah, Eddie?"

"You hear that?"

"Really guys?"

"I hear some bird chirping, but that's it,"

"We are literally inside!"

"Yeah, I think those are birds,"

Mazikeen finally elbowed Eddie and he winced as Epps laughed, 

"You love us, Mynx, truly,"

Mazikeen glared at him, 

"Where is Lennox?"

"He's talking to Morshower right now,"

Mazikeen nodded, 

"He better hurry up,"

Epps and Eddie laughed, 

"Come on, Maz, it's our first day back together, the Originals,"

Epps raised his hand at him, 

"Eh eh eh. But not as good as the First Encounters OG,"

Eddie laughed, 

"Okay, but Christopher would have a heart attack if he was told I died,"

Epps shrugged, 

"My ma, wife, and kids only almost strangled me when I momentarily came back home to tell them,"

Mazikeen winced, 

"Sammy and Rover only hugged me like they wanted to,"

Eddie laughed, 

"I would have had a heart attack,"

Epps immediately smiled at the opportunity, 

"If you got the call about Mynx?"

Mazikeen glared at him as the two blushed. Eddie glanced at Mazikeen and shrugged, 

"To be honest...I don't know what I would have done,"

Epps nodded, 

"Neither would I,"

Mazikeen looked down, and Eddie nudged her, 

"I'm going to get my dorm all set up, I'll see you in the morning?"

Mazikeen looked at him and nodded, 

"Yeah, definitely!"

He stood up with his empty plate and walked away. Mazikeen threw a glare at Epps as soon as Eddie left, 

"Bobby,"

Epps raised his hands at his name, 

"What??"

Mazikeen pointed her fork at him, 

"Sleep with one eye open,"

Epps smiled at her nervously, 

"You love me?"

"You are so very lucky I do,"

Epps smiled at her, and she sighed, 

"I don't know what to do,"

Epps frowned, 

"Come on, walk with me,"

They stood up and threw out their plates, and Epps put his arm around her shoulder, 

"What do you feel?"

"Weird,"

Epps rolled his eyes and stared at her, and she smiled nervously at him, 

"Um...I don't know...It's so weird seeing Eddie again, I thought I was never going to,"

"Hey, you got time, kid. Don't worry too much about it right now,"

Mazikeen nodded, 

"Okay, thank you,"

"I got your back, Mynx,"

"And I got yours,"
