Mazikeen left Jazz and was greeted by Will, Epps, and Fig, 

"How was it?"

Mazikeen laughed at the three, 

"What? You three miss me?"

Will rolled his eyes, 

"Just tell us,"

Fig nodded, 

"Do we need to toss your parents over the boat?"

Mazikeen laughed and shook her head, 

"No, it's okay,"

Will narrowed his eyes at her and immediately looked at Jazz, 

"Hey, Jazz! How was it?"

Jazz transformed and knelt down in front of them, he glanced at Mazikeen's cold stare and looked at Will with a smile on his face, 

"She wouldn't let me run her carrier over,"

Epps snapped, 

"Wait! That's a much better option!"

Mazikeen face palmed, 

"Oh, for the love of the sky,"

Will glanced at Fig, 

"Fig, go debrief Mynx with Epps,"

Fig saluted, and the two immediately dragged Mazikeen away. She tried protesting but stopped as they continued. Jazz looked at Will, 

"Am I in trouble?"

Will shook his head, 

"No...I just want to know what happened...Mynx told me about her relationship with her parents after the first time she asked to stay over with Sarah and me. It took Epps, Fig, and those twin Autobots to stop me from going over there. But those twins also did want to go too, which was ultimately why I didn't go,"

Jazz sighed, 

"Her carrier said awful things to her, how she was not worth anythin...and that she should have never been able to join the army,"

Will sighed and ran a hand through his hair, 

"I really hope she doesn't go backward,"

"Backwards?"

Will nodded, 

"It took a long time for Mynx to get confident in her abilities...she was always doubting herself...It took an explosion that we were all protected from because of her shield that she created to knock some sense into her...and she started inventing more and more weapons to help us. She was smiling and challenging everyone, she was being herself."

Jazz sighed, 

"She does not deserve those creators,"

Will smiled sadly at him and patted his foot, 

"You and I both agree on that one, buddy,"

Will glanced up and saw the three walking back in and Mazikeen with a frown on her face,

"Oh no,"

Mazikeen immediately tackled Will and put him in a loose chokehold. Jazz stepped away from the two and Epps and Fig shrugged as they stood by the Autobot. Will yelled out, 

"MYNX!"

"YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT YOU WENT TO SEE SARAH WHILE I WAS AWAY!"

"I'M SORRY!!!!"

"DID YOU TELL HER I LOVE HER?!"

"YES! OF COURSE I DID!"

She let him go and he turned to lay by her side, 

"You really have to work on using your words,"

Mazikeen glared at him and elbowed him in the gut and he winced, 

"You guys didn't tell her about moving bases?"

Epps raised his hands in defense, 

"We made an executive decision that you should be the one to tell her,"

"WE ARE MOVING?"

Will immediately stood up and ran behind Jazz's foot, 

"EPPS! FIG! DOX FORMATION!"

The two immediately ran and stood in front of Will and Mazikeen's eyes widened, 

"Oh, I know this is going to be good,"

Jazz looked at Mazikeen then the three soldiers hiding behind his foot, 

"So, this seems like a family kind of situation...soooo, I'm just going to go-"

"NOOO!"

Jazz winced as the three men shouted and Mazikeen glared at them, 

"Where are we moving?"

Will sighed, 

"Diego Garcia,"

Mazikeen frowned in confusion, 

"Where is Diego Garcia,"

Will slowly started inching his way back behind Jazz quickly followed by Epps and Fig, 

"It's on an island,"

He immediately ducked behind Jazz's leg, and Mazikeen stopped dead in her walk. Jazz immediately took out his shield and covered his face with it as he knew that sand was a big no for Mazikeen. She slowly started walking again, 

"The beach. With sand. The one thing we all don't like."

Fig chuckled nervously, 

"And I'm retiring,"

He quickly ducked back and winced as he heard the gasp, 

"What?"

Jazz lowered his shield and saw the broken look on her face. His spark dropped as he looked at her blue eyes. Fig immediately looked and saw and ran over to hug her, 

"Oh, Mynx...I'm sorry, but it's my time,"

Mazikeen shook her head, 

"B-But what about the barbecue?"

Fig laughed and wiped her tears from her cheeks, 

"Hey, who says we can't do that, chica? I can definitely find some food around here, maybe get one of those terror twins to get some good juicy meat after I give them some money,"

Mazikeen chuckled softly, 

"You know, they stole the medical supplies...because they had no idea what money was,"

Fig laughed, 

"Yeah, I taught them about money, along with all the other bots...cuz if my sister is going to be with them, they gotta know more about us,"

Mazikeen laughed and smiled at him, 

"I'm going to miss you,"

Fig winked at her, 

"I know, after all, I am your favorite,"

Mazikeen rolled her eyes and punched his shoulder, 

"Whatever,"

Fig smiled at her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder, 

"Come on, don't be like that,"

Mazikeen glanced at him and sighed, 

"Yeah...I know I know...why are you leaving?"

Fig sighed and glanced back at his friends as they nodded at him, he glanced up at Jazz and finally looked at Mazikeen, 

"After all the shit that happened...I realized that I wanted to go take care of my ma...she is all I got left...and hey! Maybe I'll find a nice lady over there,"

Mazikeen smirked, 

"May the sky have mercy on that poor soul,"

Fig gasped, 

"Oh, how you wound me, Mynx,"

Mazikeen laughed, and she smiled at him, 

"Just...don't be a stranger,"

Fig smirked at her and winked. Will and Epps walked up to the two and the four gathered in a circle...just like they have been doing since they started the squad. Will put his hand in, 

"Hey, we have been through hell together. The kind of shit we saw out there, even before that battle...we will always be a family,"

Mazikeen nodded and put her hand in, 

"No matter the distance, we are only one call away,"

Epps smiled and put his hand in, 

"Hey, let's celebrate Christmas like the good ol' days this year,"

They all laughed. Fig smirked and put his hand in, 

"I call dibs on hosting!"

Epps groaned dramatically, 

"I swear Fig!"

Fig laughed at him and nudged him, 

"One day! You will eat an alligator!"

Epps crossed his arms, 

"Never!"

Mazikeen and Will shared an amused look as the two started walking away while arguing, and they followed. Before they left the hangar, Mazikeen glanced at Jazz and smiled at him, and waved goodbye, and he was quick to return the wave.
