Ryder is Blake Gray's younger sister. She's been living with her parents while Blake was off living with his friends in California. But Ryder just turned 18 and she decided to move to California near her older brother.

She meets a lot of new people, who are mostly Blake's friends. She grows close to them and would even consider some of them family. But there is one person who she was closest to out of everyone.

Amelie Zilber.

Yes, her brothers girlfriend. The two girls were instant friends. Amelie did her best to welcome Ryder, and make her feel comfortable in the new environment. And somehow, along the way, the two caught feelings. They both knew it was wrong. Amelie was dating Blake. Neither could hurt him like that.

But they really really liked each other....

-Make their relationship a slow burn! Don't have them get together right away, it's not realistic.

-You can totally change Ryder's first name! This was originally a Mads Lewis book, and Ryder was Jaden's sister, but I just kept her first name.
