That man revealed to be Prime minister Anirudhaan of Rajendra Chola.

Anirudhaan: Karthikeya you know that soon Pandyan crown Princess is going to be married to our crown prince by doing some black magic on him and you know how our crown prince become slave to her. Something is wrong only our Princess can save the kingdom and know what they plotting against our Kingdom. I can't trust anyone with protection of the Kingdom because many wants Prince Vijayendra to be King. And our emperor Rajendra Chola is not well soo we can't make him worry with these all. He is happy knowing his son is getting married. Queen is someone who is devoted to King and she to can't do something. I want princess to be in our place as soon as possible. I want her to be here before Nandini Devi arrive.

Now that youth is revealed to be our hero Karthikeyan. He is confused why prime minister is so adamant about sending him. Because he can't restrain himself getting in to troubles.

Karthikeya: I believe that it's very serious and important matter but what can mere soldier like me can do. Will Princess believe me? I don't have faith in me that I can go to princess bearing this message as troubles are more attracted to me than girls. He whispered last line to himself.

Anirudhaan: Karthikeya if you think in that way then I send one of trusted spy with you.

Karthikeya: Ayya why don't you send that person instead of me and if iam gone who will protect our prince?

Anirudhaan: Please understand this old man my boy and I believe that your prince is in uttermost danger from which only Princess can save him.

Karthikeya: Okay but what if I don't get allowed into the princess fort?

Anirudhaan: You don't worry about any of those. My spy will be with you before you go to princess I ask you to visit Madurai. I got to know that some noble men are visiting that place along with Prince Vijayendra. And my spy is devotee of Lord Vishnu soo be careful with him and he always fights with devotees of Lord Shiva.

Karthikeya: Ayya I barely handle myself how can I control him. I have small doubt can I ask?

Anirudhaan: You can ask as you are going to complete my task.

Karthikeya: Ayya why you select me to go there? Why you strongly believe only Princess can Save the kingdom.

Anirudhaan: Good questions my boy. Why I selected you because I have seen your devotion to Crown Prince and how he trust you and I saw your bravery also. I know you will complete this mission at any cost by sacrificing your life. And why only Princess can save the kingdom because she as brilliant as Devi Kundavai. And many says she is second Kundavai whom goddess blessed and her grandfather great king Ponniyin Selvan used to treat her as Queen and teached her many things which he didn't teached his own son and grandson. He used to cherish her alot. If you ask anyone in Kingdom whom the great Ponniyin Selvan loves most would be his sister and his granddaughter. And princess is same who loves her grandfather most. You know that Devi Kundavai also most loved the princess alot and teached many things to her. Now you understand why only Princess can save the Kingdom.

Karthikeya was awestruck that he is going to meet someone who is as great as Devi Kundavai. Maybe he can see Devi Kundavai too. Now he is more excited to complete this task.

Karthikeya: Ayya I will keep my trust which you had on me and I will try to finish this mission as soon as possible.

Anirudhaan: Tomorrow you can start now come where our Emperor and Prince are waiting.

Both of them entered into a large hall and saw Prince and Emperor are discussing something really important. Aditya saw his best friend whom he considers as brother.

Aditya: Prime minister what are you discussing with my friend?

Anirudhaan: Nothing prince tomorrow morning my Assistant Thirumalai and Prince Karthikeya are going to Thanjavur Fort to give information of your Marriage and Emperor wants to meet his daughter and wants her to find a groom.

Aditya: That's good but why my friend you can send your assistant to give this message or a messanger can be sent.

Karthikeya: Prince I wanna visit Thanjavur Fort for long time when I got to know that Prime minister assistant is visiting that place to give this news then I only asked him to give permission to me visit that place. If you don't want me to go then I will stop here only my prince.

Aditya: No need Karthikeya I trust you and I have message for my sister to please take this to her.

Karthikeya: Sure prince.

Next day Karthikeya and Thirumalai started their journey to Thanjavur Fort.
