𝐢𝐯. Off to the Races Series

Apparently, making real people fics is taboo here on WP even though Wattpad was built off of real people fics, aka one direction fic like Harry Styles. Or did we forget that the movie "After" and the character Hardin Scott is a fanfiction of Harry Styles? The first letter of the name is so obvious, LOL. But maybe I'm on that side of Wattpad that is so judgemental when it comes to it, but hey, I've been on this app for 8 years already, and I grew up on Werewolf stories and real people fics, anyway. Newcomers to this app will never know that Wattpad got its reputation because of those stories.

Anyway, enough of that rant. My friend convinced me to watch F1 entertain myself over the weekend. I've been asking her what I should watch while studying/making reviewers for my lessons. She said, "Watch Formula 1!" So I did. I watched Drive to Survive on Netflix, and it's overdramatized. The villainization of Max is not it, but it's a good introduction to the past and new teams and drivers. Then I started watching the races at the beginning of the year and LOVED IT. I was immediately so into it.

No, I have no favorite drivers. All of them are good and deserve their seat, even Lance.

But let's stop raving about the drivers and talk about my beloved fiction. I listened to Lana Del Rey's "Off to the Races," and I was like, OMG, that's such a good name. So I'm calling this F1 fanfic series Off to the Races Series.

So I was debating on really writing this because of what I mentioned with real-person fics being considered taboo, but I am NOT writing any mature themes on this Series, no smut/spice, because when it comes to real-person fics, there are limitations. Also, I'm skeptical since they are real people. What if they do something rather problematic in the future? So that means bye-bye.

Bonus spoiler: all my face claims are Filipina because I can and want to. I'm kinda sick of writing OCs with white face claims like I need to write about my OWN culture cause it's so fun and interesting.

I don't know when I'm going to write this, though! aurunium and I are stuck with planning. We're debating whether to publish these fics on our main account or another account. I'm laughing out loud. But anyways, this isn't a priority series for me. I would like to announce it and tell me what you think because,
