Abuela's Rage

(Y/N) looked towards the door seeing Mirabel there, the one who interrupted the pair.

"(Y/N/N)! Come dance with me and Isa!" Mirabel laughed, jumping up and down where she stood. "I got her to actually like us!"

The girl smiled a little at Mirabel and then turned her attention towards Camilo, feeling him push his face into the crook of her neck, groaning.

"I can never have you to myself, huh sweet girl?" Camilo mumbled roughly against her skin, his teeth nipping her slightly.

(Y/N) shivered feeling his lip on her neck, "I know, I know, but I gotta do this." She ran her fingers through his curly locks.

Camilo sighed, pulling back and pressed a tender kiss against (Y/N)'s jaw, letting it linger. He pulled back and nodded at her, his gaze making (Y/N) weak to her knees.

(Y/N) lovingly smiled towards Camilo and squeezed his hand, standing up and giving him one last look over her shoulder just before a vine caught hold of the girls waists.

"Wow!" (Y/N) laughed, seeing Mirabel in the same boat as her. The two of them reaching out to hold hands when they were placed onto the houses roof, seeing Isabela there dancing with multiple different flowers and plants from her power.

"A hurricane of jacarandas." Isabela sang, pulling the girls by the vine's she made towards her.

(Y/N) giggled once they were closer to the girl, making Isabela smile at her and grab a vine, swinging towards another part of the roof. "Strangling figs." As she past, more flowers bloomed.

"Hanging vines." Isabela sang, hands up high creating more plants with her power. The two children following after Isabela down the roof. (Y/N) did a cartwheel and landed next to Mirabel, giggling.

"Palma de cera fills the air as I climb and I push through." The trio danced across the roof, leaping into the air as Isabela's vine caught them, taking them all around Casita. Colours bursting out everywhere from the plants. "What else? What else?"

The girls landed on the highest part of Casita's roof, dancing and spinning around each other, "What can you do when you are deeply made truly in the moment?" When they were dancing, the oldest had bumped a flower, making yellow powder go all over her clothes.

(Y/N) winced, knowing that the girl wouldn't like it but it surprised her when Isabela smiled brightly, hitting the flowers again and making more colours fly everywhere. "Seize the moment and keep going. What can you do when you know who you want to be isn't perfect?"

Mirabel kicked some green powder towards (Y/N) and in response she just laughed loudly, twirling around with her dress following the movement. "Making waves. Changing minds."

(Y/N), Mirabel and Isabela were all spinning on different vines, leading them towards where the candle was. "You've changed mine."

Isabela caught the two girls in her arms, placing them down onto her vine, "The way is clearer cause you're both here." She pulled (Y/N) and Mirabel into a big hug, pulling back and smiled at them both.

In the background the candle seemed the shine brighter, the cracks disappearing from view.

Isabela grabbed (Y/N) and Mirabel's hands, pulling them with her around the house again and started free falling towards Casita's floor. Isabela's flowers making the landing softer.

"You're both a bad influence." All of them starting laughing at Isabela's words.

Though sadly an angry voice of an older lady stopped the fun, "What is going on?"

The girls shot up quickly at Abuela's voice, "Abuela?"

"It's okay! Everything's.. we're gonna save the miracle. The magic.." (Y/N) rushed out, helping Mirabel up while Isabela stood off towards the side, scared of Abuela.

"What are you talking about?" Abuela exclaimed, arms out by her sides, "Look at our home! Look at Isabela!"

"Please just...Isabela wasn't happy." (Y/N) tried explaining.

"Of course she isn't happy. You ruined her proposal." Abuela fire back, her anger only rising for (Y/N).

(Y/N) glanced at Isabela, seeing her holding herself a little like a kicked puppy, "No, no, no. She needed us to ruin her proposal. And then we did all this!" She gestured towards the plants around the house. "And the candle burned brighter and the cracks.."

"(Y/N)." Abuela calmly tried to gain her attention.

"That's why me and Mira are in the vision! We're saving the miracle!" (Y/N) finished, smiling happily proud of Mirabel and herself.

"You have to stop, (Y/N)!" Abuela shouted and at her shout the young girl flinched.

"Abuela-" Mirabel tried talking but the old lady shot her a angry look, shutting her up instantly.

"The cracks started with you. Bruno left because of you. Luisa's losing her powers. Isabela's out of control. Because of you! not Mirabel, you!" Abuela yelled with such hatred, getting closer towards (Y/N) with each listed thing.

"Just because I chose to take someone like you in when no one else did is not an excuse for you to hurt my family!" Abuela yelled, her eyes flashing with anger.

(Y/N)'s eyes started to tear up, Abuela's words hurting the girl more than anyone could imagine.

The cracks noises started growing louder around the fighting pair.

(Y/N) sniffled, ignoring the stares she was getting, "You know...even if I'm not apart of this family, I will never be good enough for you. Will I?" She looked up, the tears in her eyes becoming visible as more family members walked over. "No matter how hard I try."

The girl glanced over at the family standing there, seeing Mirabel's glassy eyes staring back. "No matter how hard any of us tries." (Y/N)'s voice started becoming louder, "Mirabel will never be good enough just because she has no gift, Luisa will never be strong enough. Isabela won't be perfect enough. Bruno left our family because you only saw the worst in him."

"Bruno didn't care about this family." Abuela spat back.

(Y/N) glared at Abuela, "He loves this family. I love this family. We all love this family. You're the one who doesn't care." She cried and as her emotions became louder, so did the cracks around Encanto, "You're the one breaking our home."

"Don't you ever.." Abuela started shouting, her nose flaring.

"The miracle is dying, because of you!" (Y/N) finished firmly, glaring with watery eyes.

Abuela became wide eyed, gasping sofly.

(Y/N) also became wide eyed, breathing heavily as a big massive crack split in between the middle of them.

"No, no, no!" Pepa exclaimed, gasping from behind everyone seeing the cracks going towards the candle.

The entire house shook, making the family stumble over.

(Y/N) glanced at Mirabel, nodding her head and the two of them started running towards the candle.

"Casita! Get us up there!" (Y/N) ordered and a part of the upstairs rail fell down to help them, creating a ladder for the girls to climb up.

As (Y/N) was climbing, she noticed Camilo running and about to jump up towards the roof. "No! Camilo don't!" (Y/N) screamed, knowing that his power would glitch.

And she was right, seeing the boy shapeshift for a second and then turn back to himself, "Casita! Save him!" (Y/N) cried, once again the house obeying and saved him. The boy safely landing onto the ground.

(Y/N) sighed in relief seeing him safe, turning to grab Mirabel's hand who helped her up, looking around the Encanto seeing the rumbles and cracks getting worse.

"(Y/N)! Mirabel!" Julieta's voice yelled out, trying to get towards her daughters but Casita's tile waves kept pushing her back.

From where Camilo was, he as well was trying to run towards (Y/N) but Casita's waves stopped him, "(Y/N)!" He cried, desperately trying to get to her. "Please Casita! I can't lose her!" Tears started staining his cheeks.

(Y/N) heard his yell, glancing over her shoulder to see the boy tripping over and trying to get over
Casita's waves. "Get him out Casita!"

Camilo had shock horror written all over his face hearing her call, "NOO!!!" He yelled, more like a sob as Casita successfully pushed him outside with everyone else.

The family outside the house panicked seeing the two girls up near the candle, "Girls, leave it!" Julieta cried.

More and more cracks appeared around the remains of the house, which made (Y/N) quickly reach out and grasp the candle in her hand. Ignoring the shouts of everyone behind her.

"(Y/N)! Let's go!" Mirabel shouted, grabbing her hand tightly as Casita guided them off the roof. Both of them letting out tiny screams when they landed, seeing the house coming down upon them.

With Casita's last magic left, the house managed to push a bunch of furniture towards them, protecting the girls from getting crushed.

(Y/N) and Mirabel hugged each other close, closing their eyes as the house fell apart on top of them.
