Character Synopsis:
Daniel Hale was an alpha once.

The only difference was that he, his younger brother, and the rest of his pack were forced to go into hiding, leaving their former home behind when a group of hunters attacked. Some of the pack members scattered around the world while others followed Daniel and his brother to a nearby city that was known as the Big Apple—or otherwise known as New York City.

It was years and years of hiding out in the city and bending in as normal citizens, while his brother grew relentless and wanted to leave the city—to go back to living out in the wild like they used too, but Daniel refused and remained in the city.

Then, he met Kris Hart.

Daniel knew that he shouldn't have after learning that she was married, but he couldn't help himself as he genuinely fall in love with her. But despite the fact that he was falling in love with her, he knew that they couldn't try to pursue something since she was already married to another guy—but then, everything got out of hand.

The more time he spent with her, the more Daniel find himself falling in love with her—and even when Kris had told him that she was falling in love with him too, he still knew that he couldn't go for it—not when she was married.

But then, after a night that was fill with sparkling wine, both Daniel and Kris find themselves giving in to their desires and spent a night together—a night that would lead to Kris bringing someone that they created into the world.

The night that Daniel found out that he had a son was the first time he's seen Kris since that night, but it was also the night where Kris ended their little affair and refused to let Daniel have any involvement in his own son's life.

To make matters worse, his brother had been persuading him that they had to leave the city after discovering that there was a family of hunters within the city—but Daniel knew that he couldn't leave, not when he had a son.

Because he knew that his son was like him—and that one day, his son would need him.

And so, Daniel transferred his alpha powers over to his younger brother, who then left the city with the other members of their pack, leaving the former alpha in the city on his own as he kept himself off of the hunters' radars—all while keeping an eye on his son, waiting for the moment where his son would need him.

All he had to do was wait for the moment to come.

David Hale - biological youngest brother. As kids, both Daniel and David were very close and enjoy hanging out with the other, even if Daniel would occasionally get irritated by David's mischief or even if David was secretly jealous of his brother, often feeling left behind in Daniel's shadow—just because he was the oldest and would be the one to become the next alpha, despite how badly David wanted it to be him. However, by the time of David's return to New York City, their brotherly relationship turns complicated.

Henry Prudence Hart - biological son. At first glance, their relationship is tensed and complicated as Henry wants nothing to do with the man—even though all Daniel wants to do is help. It takes a while before Henry will forcibly let the man in but only to help him with his supernatural heritage and nothing more, after learning about David and his plans.

Natalie Blair Black - biological daughter. At first glance, their relationship is awkward and complicated due to Daniel giving her up for adoption in order to keep her hidden and safe from her mother [Cora Solace]. It takes until the middle of the Kraang Invasion [meanwhile Henry and the others are at April's grandfather's farmhouse] for Daniel to find Natalie when he rescued her from the Kraang and brought to their hideout where he, Kurtzman, and the Mighty Mutanimals have been hiding out.

Much like his relationship with Henry, it takes a while before he and Natalie will grow a father-daughter relationship.

Clarissa Hale - deceased sister-in-law. Daniel had treated her like the younger sister he's never had but unfortunately, Clarissa had passed away during the house fire as well.

Derek Hale - biological nephew. At first, due to David being the alpha, Derek is forced to obey his father's orders and go against his uncle [while spying on his cousin] but it isn't until Derek starts to see how Henry and the others are wiling to protect each other that he will slowly start to find himself going against his father as he and Daniel began to grow a natural uncle-nephew bond.

Scott Hale - biological nephew. At first, due to David being the alpha, Scott is forced to obey his father's orders and go against his uncle [while spying on his cousin] but it isn't until Scott starts to see how Henry and the others are wiling to protect each other that he will slowly start to find himself going against his father as he and Daniel began to grow a natural uncle-nephew bond.

Daniel is responsible, mature, loyal, trustworthy, smart, caring, kindhearted. He is very protective and determined when it comes to keeping his son and daughter safe. He also has a sharp-eye, good instincts, and is a quick thinker. He is a confident, courageous, and ambitious man as well.

• Wolf Physiology - Due to being a shapeshifter, Daniel has super strength, speed, agility/reflexes, durability, senses, healing, and shapeshifting. Now, Daniel used to be the strongest back when he was alpha but when he transferred the alpha title to his brother, Daniel is now at the same level of strength and speed as any ordinary shapeshifter.

• Super Strength - This ability is common in all shapeshifters as Daniel is able to break or snap thick chains, punch through solid stone walls, or lifting grown adults and throwing them through solid surfaces and across rooms with ease. However, due to him no longer being an alpha, his strength does not match the strength of an alpha.

• Super Senses - Due to his supernatural heritage, Daniel's senses; smell, hearing, eyesight, taste, and touch have all been heightened. However, his hearing is extremely sensitive to loud sounds.

His Weaknesses:
• Electricity - It can weaken or kill him depending on the voltage.

• Wolfsbane - It can weaken or kill him depending on the potency, strain, and method of exposure. However, in order for all shapeshifters to get the Wolfsbane out of their system before it can do any damage, it must be burned out of their system.

• Full Moon - This one would be from when he was a lot younger in the past and still learning. But now that he is older and has full control over his wolf side, the full moon no longer affects him. However, that isn't the case during an lunar eclipse as all shapeshifters are vulnerable to the lunar eclipse during the period where the moon is in the Earth's umbral shadow, which causes all shapeshifters to lose their powers, including their super strength, healing, and shapeshifting ability.
