SYNOPSIS: 


𝐍𝐘𝐋𝐀𝐇 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐍, 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐁𝐀, 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄. She ruled over Sheba like all Queens did, rolling in swathes of money and indulging herself in the finest of goods that were of her possession. She wore only clothes that were of lustrous gold and silken silver, glimmering under the hot African sun. Shooting beams of pure opulence into every corner of her gargantuan estate.

Her people worshipped her like a Goddess, kneeling at her feet and offering their lives for her to take if she so desired. Treating her as if she was a ceramic princess, flawless on the eyes and polished down to the core. Their champion, their protector, their Queen. 

And as all Queens did, she looked after her people. Nylah built Sheba into a kingdom founded on wealth and riches. She secured trade across the vast African plains and brought prosperity to their land, a prosperity that no leader of Sheba had ever been able to achieve before. She even secured trade with the mighty King Solomon, cementing her position as the greatest ruler of Sheba in their history.

And then she died.

Nylah was sentenced to Hell, the molten inferno of eternal suffering created to punish the tortured souls of deceased sinners. After everything she had done in her short lifetime, all the riches she had given to the people of Sheba, the kingdom she established, she couldn't fathom how she deserved to live out her afterlife in Hell. All because apparently having multiple affairs and living in gluttony were against the words of God. A God that obviously didn't know what it was like to have everything he wanted at his very fingertips, ready for the taking.

For an eternity she suffered in Hell, watching as she lost everything she held dear being taken from her. The wealth, the indulgences, everything she had ever achieved stripped away from her. Losing everything she had ever wanted. 

Every second of every minute she spent relived that same experience, again and again, and again. All until one day, the day that Nylah found the very gates of Hell left open. Almost as if they were left open for her.

Nylah had never sprinted so hard in her life, leaving Hell like a criminal tried to escape from his prison. And that led to Nylah returning back to earth, awaking in her original body in some museum on the outskirts of Los Angeles, not looking a day older than when she died thousands of years ago.

But Nylah quickly found herself lost, stranded in a world that she no longer new. A foreigner in a land that did not resemble her own. She could do nothing but aimlessly walk around the modernistic city, hoping that she would find herself back in a time that she knew.  

All until she got herself into some trouble with the law, both the earthly one and the celestial one. Coming across the retired King of Hell and current police adviser, Lucifer Morningstar. A man that had the very ability to return her to the Hell that she just escaped from, both metaphorically and literally.

But with the escape of the Goddess, Lucifer's own mother, Nylah finds herself sticking around. Assisting in Lucifer's dangerous ambitions to capture his mother and return her to Hell. But little did she know, that Nylah was playing her own dangerous game, the game of hearts with none other than the ruler of Hell, a game that left Adam and Eves's love story pale in significance compared to theirs. But equally as tragic.

↳ According to some stories the Queen of Sheba gave birth to a son of Solomon which can be included in the plot or disregarded
