Here I am currently sitting in my temporary home office doing tons of paperwork. I was not only the Don of the Italian Mafia but also The CEO of 'Lombardi Corporations' and I had to manage that as well. I had to finish all of this before hand as my wedding date is nearer and I wanted to give all my time to Anastasia. Just thinking about her made my smile like crazy.

Opening the drawer to my right, I took out the Diamond ring which I had purchased for her. It was just perfect and I couldn't wait to see it on her finger. I just couldn't wait for her to be my wife and today is the engagement party. My tesoro deserves the world and I would happily give it to her. Just have to wait until she comes to Italy as my wife.

A knock on my office door brought me back from my thoughts. "Accedere"(Enter) I answered sternly. The door opened to reveal Riccardo.

"Buonasera don" (Good evening Don) he said.

"Buonasera Riccardo" I replied back. "Don, hai un incontro ora con la mafia spagnola" he said which caused me to raise my eyebrows confused. (Don, You have a meeting right now with the Spanish Mafia)

"Non ho detto di rimandarlo perché oggi è la mia festa di fidanzamento?" I asked getting irritated slightly. ( Didn't I say to postpone it as today is my engagement party?)

"Li avevo già informati Don, ma dicono che è urgente" he said. (I had already informed them Don, but they are saying its urgent)

"Fanculo! Dite loro che hanno solo 10 minuti." I replied. (Fuck! Tell them they have 10 mins only.)

"Si Don" he replied and went out. 

I started to think how I was going to propose to her. Hopefully she likes the ring which I bought. I had got some ideas and made some necessary arrangements for it and closed my laptop and exited my office to get ready for the party.

After getting ready, I came downstairs to deal with the Spanish Mafia. There, they were waiting for me. We soon started the meeting but due to some misunderstandings between us it took time. They need to understand that I was the Don! I was starting to get impatient as the party had already started. I sent Riccardo to the club to keep an eye on Anastasia.  

After some time I ended the meeting immediately and went to my car and headed over to the club. I didn't enter the club but went into the backside of it where I had arranged lights to be put up the pathway. I informed Riccardo to bring Anastasia over here to surprise her.

 I was nervous... Never in my life was I nervous but this moment I was. The Don was nervous! 

A few mins passed by and soon I heard heels clicking on the pavement, then I saw her looking utterly gorgeous in a blue tight dress accentuating her curves and making me go hard at the same time. She looked around and was shocked to see the setup and admired it, while I went behind her and pulled her into my chest.

"You look fucking stunning tesoro." I said.

"Luca, What's all this? Did you prepare all of this?" She turned and asked me. "Yes it was me." I replied casually. 

"You literally scared the shit out of me." she said as I had asked Riccardo to say it was an emergency and bring her here. "Good to know, you care about me tesoro." I said to which I blushed.

"Wait, Is this the reason why Riccardo literally dragged me in here saying it was urgent??" she asked.

"Yea, I wanted it be a surprise" I replied.

"I am sorry tesoro, I didn't mean to be late. Something came up at the last moment." I said thinking about the Spanish mafia. "Its okay, No problem." she replied. She was understanding.

She turned to see al the lights while I took this opportunity to take her hand in mine and went on my one knee. She was shocked when she saw me like that. Well, here goes nothing!

"I know this whole marriage proposal was really sudden, But when I first saw you you took my breath away, I knew that you were the one I was waiting for my entire life. Your the only women who has absolute rights over me than anyone else. I promise I will make you the happiest women alive. All I want from you is your love which I hope to get someday. So, Anastasia Amber Williams... Will you marry me?" I asked hoping to get a yes. She waited for a few sec after which she replied  "Y--Yes"

I smiled and immediately slipped on the diamond ring that I had bought for her. 

"T--the ring is beautiful Luca but you really didn't have to." she said looking at it.

"But I want to." I replied to which she blushed. She was very close to me and all I could think about were her pink lips. So I asked her

"Can I kiss you tesoro? to which she smiled and answered "What are you waiting for?" and that was enough for me to crash my lips against hers. I pulled her close to me and started to deepen the kiss.

She ran her fingers on my back and her hand knotted in my hair earing a slight moan from me and It was very hard to control myself from taking her right there. We pulled away shortly as we both were breathless and I rested my forehead on hers and looked into her eyes. I told her that was the best kiss that I had ever had to which she replied that I was her first kiss! I was absolutely happy.

We both decided to go back to the club and started to walk with my hand on her lower back.

As soon as we entered the club the whole club went silent due to certain someone beside him. Luca instantly moved his hand from my back to my waist and pulled me close. He gave a slight nod and everything went back to normal. We both went towards the VIP section where the party was held. Everyone there was shocked to see Luca and some even had fear clearly written on their face. 

My Dad noticing us took this opportunity and asked for everyone's attention. "Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen, I am very happy to announce the engagement of my daughter Anastasia Williams and Don Luca Lombardi. So Cheers for Anastasia and Don Lombardi" he said causing the whole VIP section to erupt with cheers and some gasps. Luca turned to me a gave me a smile to which I smiled back.

"I will be right back tesoro, Just have to meet some people. You will be fine right?" he asked.

"Of course no problem" I replied and saw him disappear in the crowd. Mins after he was gone I was literally attacked by the one and only Ashley!

"OMG! Ana, Show me!!" she said causing me to raise my eyebrows in confusion. "Show what??" I asked.

"The Diamond ring on your finger  love!" she replied. 

"Wait how did you know that??" I asked curiously. "Anybody can see that huge rock on your finger from miles away Ana. Your damn lucky, Hopefully he treats you well! Don or not, he will definitely hear it from me." she said going in all protective mode.

"Yes, He does treat me well Ash, Don't worry!" I replied and looked at the ring. Holy Fuck I am engaged!

The rest of the party went by with Luca introducing me to some of his business associates and many people congratulating us. Some people already knew me as the English Mafia Boss's Daughter and now it will be changed to the Donna of the Italian Mafia.

 Soon it was time to head back. I was really tired and wanted to head back home. Sensing my tiredness Luca informed my Dad that we were leaving and he would drop me at my house. He also instructed Riccardo to drop Ashley at her house and we both made our way outside the club towards his car.

The ride in the car was very silent but Luca decided to break it.

"What are you thinking about tesoro??" he asked disturbing my thoughts. 

"Nothing, Just about all of this." I said. "Oh okay Your happy right?" he asked.

"Of course Luca, I want to give us a chance" I said looking into his eyes to which he smiled.

"I actually wanted to ask you something." I said hoping this would be the perfect timing. "Yea go on tesoro." he replied.

"Can I continue my studies after our wedding?" I asked. 

"Of course you can amore, It is dangerous as you will be my wife and will also become a target to my enemies but You can attend university, I will just increase security for you that's it " he replied. I was relieved that he didn't object! Most of bosses do not let their wives study and are sexists. But Luca isn't like that.

"Thank You So Much Luca." I said happily. "Anything for you tesoro." he replied back.

"By the way what are you studying?" he asked. "I am studying Business Luca. I just have 1 year and 6 months left and then I am done." I replied back.

"Hmm Maybe when your finished you can come and work in my company." he said causing me to widen my eyes in shocked. 

"Really?" I asked. "Absolutely, I wouldn't want my wife to work anywhere else." he replied which caused to blush as he already started to call me as his wife.

"Okay then." I replied. Soon I realized that we had already reached my house. I looked at Luca and smiled before opening the door but was stopped by Luca.

"Can I get a goodbye kiss amore?" he asked to which I smiled shaking my head. I leaned forward and pecked him softly but quickly on his lip and got out of the car.

Luca was giving a "WTF look" to which I chuckled. "That was not a proper kiss tesoro" he said and I simply laughed more and waved him goodbye. I stood there watching him drive away and went inside the house. What a day it was phew!

I changed my clothes did my night routine and went to bed thinking about Luca.
