After hours of talking to Irene about her and her life in Italy, I found myself wandering through the huge hallways covered in ancient paintings in the hopes of locating Luca's office. Finally I came across huge brown doors which somewhat looked like an office and matched the direction that Luca had given me. So without hesitating, I knocked on the huge door and waited silently for a few second before I heard a 'come in'.

I lightly pushed open the door and peeked my head inside only to find Luca sitting behind his desk with papers all over the table and most importantly he had his sleeves rolled up and his veiny forearms were in view which made him look incredibly handsome.  He was busy reading the papers when he looked up and realized my presence.

Seeing me he kept his papers down and fully diverted his attention to me. "You didn't have to knock amore." he said to which I smiled at him.

"Come here." he said beckoning me to come closer to him and without even thinking my feet were moving on their own accord and in a few seconds I found myself standing in front of him.

Noticing that I had come closer Luca swiftly took my hand in his and pulled me down to his lap which made me gape in shock. "W--what" I said and cursed myself for stuttering.

"Sit comfortably amore." Luca said causing me to just adjust myself in his lap and as I did that Luca hooked his one arm around my waist and pulled me in closer. 

He suddenly dipped his head into my neck and began trailing wet kisses, I closed my eyes trying to relish the feeling of his lips on my skin and it felt as if my skin was on fire. My mind became blank as I felt his lips exploring the side of my neck.  With his head still in the crook of neck he asked "You needed something amore?"

Wait! Why was I here in the first place? My mind was just blank and I couldn't recall anything."Ummm..." I stuttered thinking about why I came to his office. "I..I wanted to call you for Dinner." I finally replied as that memory flashed in my mind.

I internally sighed curing myself as I was literally about to make a fool of myself right in front of Luca. "Hmm" he said and lifted his head from my neck to stare into my eyes. My brown orbs automatically met his and it felt as if time had frozen, we both were still staring into each other eyes, when Luca decided to take the next step and leant in closer. As he leaned over I closed my eyes waiting for his lips to meet mine.

Knock Knock..

The knock on his wooden office door made me startle. Luca's face held a similar expression but one could easily find slight anger in his eyes and frustration.

"Come in" he said and that made me quickly realize that I was sitting on his lap and I immediately stood up, only to be pulled back down. "Don't move." he said.

Before I could reply to him the door of his study opened and a guy walked in. He looked like he was in his early 20's and had a fit build. He came forward and slightly bowed his head addressing Luca.  "Don."

Luca replied back to him with a nod and turned his attention back to me. "Amore, meet Zach Your personal bodyguard." he said causing me to widen my eyes. "But why wo---" before I could finish Luca cut me off saying.  "I will explain it to you later."

He turned his attention back to Zach. "Zach, This is your Donna Anastasia, I expect you to protect her with your life. If anything goes wrong I won't hesitate to end you. " he said.

"Yes Don I understand." Zach replied.

"You can leave now Zach." Luca said and Zach once again bowed his head and left the room immediately.

"Now about that.. let's get to some rules, shall we amore?" he asked facing me.

"What rules?" I asked.

"The ones you have to follow at all times, whenever your going out."

"But--" "Shh" Luca once again cut me off. "Don't interrupt me." he said giving me a look saying he was really serious.

"One, The person who you just met, Zach is your personal bodyguard. He will be accompanying you at all times except the time I am with you. He will also accompany you to your university as a fellow student in your class as your classes are starting from tomorrow"

 "Two, I am very well aware that your still in university an will definitely have parties and all, I am not exactly forbidding you from going but I expect you to consult with me before you decide to attend it. "

 "Three, No Boys! I expect you to stay the fuck away from them. Your mine and only mine! Don't forget that! " he finally finished after explaining all the rules.

My face was blank and I didn't know what to say. Having bodyguard all along university is slightly not sitting well with me. I silently wished he would take back what he said but I just found him staring at me with a look saying I am not gonna change my mind and don't argue with me.

"And if you don't abide by any of these rules.. You don't want to face the fucking consequences Anastasia." he said. He always calls me with Italian endearments and now calling me by my name seemed weird and meant that he was very serious about this.

Internally sighing, I just gave a nod as I really didn't want to risk anything. Even though I was not really happy with all of this, I still had to agree as I really didn't want to test his patience, I had learnt from Elijah that he had some anger issues and I really didn't want to witness it right now as a part of me was still scared of him. Seeing my hesitating smile Luca face was adorned with a smirk of satisfaction and came closer to me and pecked my lips.

"I know you must be hungry amore. So lets go and have dinner." he said and before I could even reply he took my hand in his and pulled me along with him outside his study towards the dining area.

We soon were done with dinner and I was really tired with today's happening all I wanted to do was to just hit the bed and sleep! and moreover I even had to attend University tomorrow! So I immediately cleaned all the dishes and started to walk toward the bedroom, while Luca was already there.

I entered the room to see Luca already under the covers and was fast asleep. He was probably really tired. I sighed thinking about all the rules he had set for me and wondered if my life will always be like this from now on. Clearing away my thoughts, I went to the bathroom and freshened up, changed my clothes for bed. 

After done with all the work, I got under the covers along with Luca an closed my eyes trying to sleep. The last thing I remember before falling asleep was Luca pulling me closer to him and putting his hand in  my waist.

The sunlight beamed through the window in the room and forced me to wake up. I turned around expecting to be met with Luca, but my face scrunched together in disappointment when I faced an empty spot. Slowly sitting on my butt in the bed, I let my eyes roam around the room in search of him. But he was nowhere to be seen. Letting a disappointed sigh, I got up from the bed and headed towards the bathroom and that was when I heard some shuffling in the closet.

But I didn't bother to check inside as it probably would be Luca, and I certainly didn't want to walk in while he was getting dressed. Now that would be way too embarrassing for me to handle. So ignoring all these thoughts, I went to the bathroom to get ready for university.

After 15 mins of showering, I wrapped a towel around myself and stepped into the closet to change into my clothes. Luckily Luca was nowhere to be seen. I ravaged through my closet to find something suitable and finally decided on wearing black v neck top with black skinny jeans along with a white cropped sweater. 

I went to the mirror did slight makeup with a little bit of lip gloss and face cream did my hair in a braided half ponytail. I looked my self one last time in the mirror and picked up my bag and headed downstairs.
