M/n spent one hour that he did not have playing with the cat that he found. Back at the Scalegourge Waterscape, they hardly had any soft and fluffy animals such as those, so he would've taken this opportunity any day if it meant having fun like he did. Though, after he left, there were two problems.

First problem. The bounty was out officially to the skyfaring commission, so he had to be extra careful.

Secondly...

He was lost. Very lost.

From what he could gather from his surroundings, he was towards the very edge of Starskiff Port and in a storage container area. But, what he didn't know was that he was actually decently close to the Jade Gate, and the exact people he was looking for were heading off on the landing port.

As he explored and assessed the area more, he could start to her muffled voices of a girl and an older sounding man. They became clearer as he made his way through the large containers. Luckily enough, he managed to get back on the main path. M/n sighed softly in relief and slid down the medal walls to sit and rest. He had been wandering that area for about two hours. M/n closed his eyes and began to drift off when he heard the girl's voice again. This time, it was awfully close.

"It's just containers as far as the eye can see! This place isn't for retrieving guests! This is for unloading cargo! Who even decided to send us this way? Not to mention there's no one around...creepy..."

"At this point, I think it'd be creepier if we did see someone." Caelus added

"Ahhh! Stop talking! If we do see someone here, then they're in my bad books already! Mr. Yang, what should we do?"

"We should start with the one that opened the jade gate. If it turns out that they're not friendly, then they've made everything a lot easier for us. If it turns out they were just doing their job, then we'll ask them what happened here."

"You're pretty decisive." Caelus praised with smile. March smiled back. "Are you forgetting that we have Mr. Yang with us? Oh!! That's right! You haven't seen what he can do yet!"

"Let's move, keep your wits about you." Welt said as the three of them began walking along the main path. M/n was now on high alert. Having heard their conversation, he decided then that he didn't want to get caught up in whatever they were planning to do. However, he was still decently in the open, and if they turned the corner and started on the path he was on, then Mn could consider himself screwed. He began to get up from his spot on the concrete floor, grunting slightly as he did. Jing Yuan hadn't been friendly with him despite the favor of clothing he provided, so his head still hurt from the hits he received just hours before. M/n stumbled a bit before beginning to walk off in a different direction, but sadly, the worst happened.

"Hey you!" March shouted as M/n flinched and stopped in his tracks. The one thing that he didn't want happening, happened. But he supposed that was just his luck anyways. First he gets stood up by Dan Feng, arrested, snubbed by his former friend, and now he was probably going to be killed by strangers. Go figure.

"Do you know what happened here? And why are you the only one here? We just want to talk okay?" Oh really? That's not what they were saying earlier, M/n thought with a grimace as he turned around to face the three trailblazers. They were already approaching him, so he didn't have to walk far to meet them.

"Who are you anyway? Are you one of the guards that we saw? How come you aren't knocked out? Did you do this?!" The girl gasped at the thought and started to become hostile. Caelus and Welt, eventually managed to calm her down, dealing with the questioning themselves.

"First off, who are you and what are you doing here?" The older man asked M/n

"Well, I was told to come here by this woman Kafka. She didn't provide any reason, just look for someone with gray hair and two other people. She said they'd be able to help me. Or really find my way. Whatever that means." M/n turned to look at the two males. They seemed to be the ones he was told to look for. Gray hair, with two other people. These people fit the woman's description.

The three, after hearing Kafka's name, tensed up and were put immediately on guard. Of course, M/n doesn't work for anyone, especially not her. Even she put him on edge. But the trailblazers did not know that, making them more suspicious of the man in front of them.

"So you're with Kafka?" Caelus asked. He was on guard, but slightly confused.

"Oh Aeons, no. Her and Blade retrieved me from The Shackling Prison." Welt narrowed his eyes, and his frown deepening.

"The Shackling Prison is a place for arrested and convicts. Why in the world would you be there?"

"I supposed that's for me to know Mr. Yang."

"...How did you..."

"That girl over there is loud. Especially in a practically deserted place like this. I was only able hear because I was close enough to the Jade Gate. I'm assuming that's where you three came from, correct?"

"So you were spying on us!!!" March yelled at him, proving his point about her volume. He gave to a slight glare and a deadpan look quickly as he turned back to Welt and Caelus.

"To make it clear once more, I was told to come here. I have no idea why I was sent here, I was just told to come. Let me reassure you that I have nothing to do with that woman, nor will I ever. She gave me an unsettling feeling anyway. I never really trusted her, I only pretended to because she did get me out of that situation. I'm not telling you to trust me, but at least let me travel along side you so I can try and find someone."

Caelus looked at Welt hesitantly, who seemed to be deep in thought. The mention of Kafka wasn't really enough to warrant complete distrust. He finally looked up to M/n with his answer.

"You can come with us. But I can't guarantee anything once we get farther into the city. I'm assuming you've already got a bounty?"

"You would be correct. But rest assured, I won't cause any trouble for you."

Whether M/n would truthfully say that was a matter of debate, but it's all he can assure for now until finds him. That's what he was telling himself anyways.
