ᴀᴜʀᴏʀᴀ ᴡᴀs ᴏɴ ᴛʜᴇ ғʟᴏᴏʀ, ᴀ ғᴇᴡ sʟᴀsʜᴇs being on her cheek and abdomen. they had just fought the oni so that they wouldn't take stiles. derek and aurora were the only ones who had gotten seriously hurt, derek having a slash on his shoulder.

"i seriously need to get some sleep." aurora mumbled, slowly feeling her wounds start to heal.

"that's what i've been telling you." allison teased, looking down at her with a small smile.

aurora smiled back at her, glad that she didn't get hurt during the fight that just happened. she was glad that noah and chris didn't get hurt either.

the sound of footsteps quickly approaching made all of them turn to the door, chris and noah holding their guns up to the door. aurora quickly sat up from the floor, getting ready to attack whoever was running towards them. she released a sigh once she had seen that it was scott and kira.

"what happened?" scott questioned.

"they disappeared." allison answered. "they literally just vanished."

"and so did stiles." aurora added, her and scott making eye contact.

aurora was laying on her bed, staring at the ceiling. max had finally came home after days of being at the hospital to look after isaac. he was in his room, sound asleep. aurora could hear the snores leaving his mouth because of her enhanced hearing. she was kinda jealous of him, wishing that she was able to sleep in that moment.

she had changed out of her slashed up clothing and into some pajamas, a white cropped top and fuzzy pajama pants being on her person.

the slashes that she had gotten from the oni still weren't healed completely, probably from her lack of sleep. she didn't think anything about it, knowing that they would be healed in the morning. she sighed, sitting up from her bed as she ran her fingers through her hair. her eyes then landed on the spiral tattoo that was on her right wrist, her heart tightening at the thought of her mother.

"would you be proud of me if you were here?" she whispered, bringing her left hand to gently touch the tattoo.

she shook her head of the negative thoughts, knowing that her mother would be beyond proud of her. she then climbed out fo her bed and went over to the door. she opened it, jumping when she had seen isaac standing there.

"holy shit, i! you scared me!" aurora exclaimed, backing up slightly as she brought a hand up to clutch her chest. "what - what are you doing here? max didn't tell me that he discharged you."

isaac walked past her and over to her bed, aurora noticing the distant look on his face. "i feel a lot better." he said in an unusual tone for him.

aurora followed him, sitting beside him on her bed. she then gently tilted his head, seeing that all of the burns were completely healed.

"all healed." he confirmed, letting his eyes meet the shorter girl's.

"did you walk all the way from the hospital?" aurora questioned, her eyebrows knitted together.

"it's okay. i needed fresh air anyways." isaac shrugged.

aurora nodded slightly, examining the lahey boy. her wolfy sense was telling her that something wasn't right with the boy next to her, but she couldn't tell what was wrong.

"well, are you hungry? i was gonna go make something to eat." she mumbled, getting up from the bed to go back towards the door.

"wait." isaac said, quickly grabbing ahold of her arm.

the hastings girl turned to look at him before she looked down at where he had grabbed her arm. "what's wrong?"

"nothing." he simply said, making aurora raised an eyebrow. she watched as his eyes drifted over to her door. "i just need you to stay really still, rori."

"why do i have to stay still?" she asked, noticing that his eyes were following something.

she went to go see what he was looking at, but before she could, a fly landed on her arm. she went to go swat the fly away, but isaac quickly grabbed her other arm. she looked up at him with raised eyebrows, wondering why the hell he had stopped her from killing a fly.

the fly then flew off of her arm, both her and isaac watching as it flew between their bodies. the fly then landed on the hem of aurora's cropped top before it landed on the skin right above where one of the slashes from the oni were. she tried to wiggle her way out of isaac's grip to try and swat the fly away, but the beta wolf only made his grip tighter.

"isaac." she mumbled, her eyes still on the fly.

the boy stayed quiet, watching as the fly hopped onto aurora wound before it crawled under her skin. the hybrid felt isaac release her arms, immediately bringing her hands up to the slash in an attempt to get the fly out.

"what the fuck, isaac?" she whispered, backing away from the boy slowly.

she then felt a sudden urge take over her, her chocolate brown eyes flashing to their beautiful pink color. the slashes on her cheek and abdomen instantly healed themselves as her and isaac met eye contact once again. she went to go walk towards him, but it was like she didn't have any control of her body.

"you're under my control now, rori."

with that, aurora started to exit her bedroom. she went all the way down stairs, slipped her dirty converse on, and left her house. she didn't know where isaac was or where she was going. all she knew was that she didn't have her car keys and was walking down through the darkness of the night. after 20 minutes of walking, she was in front of allison's building.

she climbed up to allison's bedroom window, put the code to the alarm in - since chris made her windows become electrified, and climbed right through. she didn't know when chris and allison was gonna suddenly appear, or if they were already there. but she just felt as her body sat itself on allison's bed, patiently waiting in the dark for her girlfriend to make an appearance.

the sound of something dropping to the floor echoed through aurora's ears, meaning allison was in the room.

"what are you doing here?" allison questioned as she sat down beside aurora on her bed.

"i couldn't sleep, so i thought i'd come and see you." aurora heard herself answer.

"rora, i told you to try an rest so that the wounds from the oni could heal." allison whispered, watching the taller girl closely.

"it's okay. i feel a lot better." aurora said, letting her eyes meet allison's

the argent girl gently cupped aurora's cheek, turning her head so that she could see if the slash that was there had healed. she was relieved to see that it was completely gone.

"all healed." aurora added, looking down to her abdomen.

allison looked down as well, noticing that even the wound that was on her stomach had healed. she then gently brought her hands to the hem of aurora's cropped top, lifting it up over her head so she could see the other slash marks. but they were completely gone, not even a trail of blood was left behind.

"giving you the alarm code was a bad idea." allison whispered as she placed aurora's cropped top on her bed.

"maybe." aurora mumbled, her eyes flicking down to allison's lips.

the huntress caught this, letting her hands cup aurora's cheeks as she leaned in to kiss her. their lips molded against one another, the real aurora feeling her mind become all fuzzy and sparkly from the kiss. even when she wasn't in full control of her body, allison had such a huge affect on her.

she was her anchor after all.

allison woke up, immediately reaching over to where aurora was laying. or used to be laying. the argent girl looked around her room to see that aurora was standing at the dresser with a mirror, going through the duffel bag from the night before.

"there you are." allison said groggily. she watched as her girlfriend looked at her through the mirror. "what are you doing over there? come back to bed."

aurora picked up can of pepper spray, her eyes turning into a cold stare as she looked at it. "there's still a lot of weapons here." she brought her eyes back up to look at allison through the mirror. "i thought your new code was about protecting."

"most of them are nonlethal. you know that more than anyone." allison reasoned.

aurora hummed as she pulled a kunai from the bag. "this looks pretty lethal to me."

allison watched as the hybrid quickly did a trick with the kunai, making her raise her eyebrows.

"but maybe you should keep them. there's still a few of us out there who aren't quite so nonlethal." aurora continued, making allison slowly sit up from her bed. "like the twins."

"i thought we were going to give them a second chance." allison said from her bed.

she watched as aurora clenched her jaw, gently placing the kunai onto her dresser. "i never agreed to that. and even if i did. . . they don't deserve it. they're the reason why boyd and erica are dead."

"things are different now. it doesn't have to be like that anymore." allison reminded, not liking the way aurora was acting.

aurora quickly placed everything back inside the duffel bag before she zipped it up. she grabbed it and turned around to face her girlfriend, the cold stare on her face never leaving. "i thought you would say something like that." she mumbled before she walked out of the bedroom.

"babe, wait!" allison called, pulling the blankets back so she could climb out of the bed.

but she quickly looked down at her feet, seeing that there were handcuffs attached to her feet and the foot of the bed.

"rora!" she yelled, trying to pull at them.

scott and aiden had stiles in their arms, quickly walking through the living room of the mccall residence. lydia and aiden had found stiles in an empty parking lot, unconscious. they quickly called scott, telling him that they had found his best friend. this led to the mccall boy telling his mother and calling deaton. melissa had called max so that he could come over, hopefully bringing aurora with him.

"the couch, put him on the couch." scott told aiden, guiding the unconscious boy in his arms towards the couch.

both werewolf placed stiles on the couch, making him sit upright. deaton, lydia, melissa, and max had followed behind them, all of them having worried and scared looks on their faces.

"guys, this is crazy. he needs to be in the hospital." melissa tells everyone.

"mom, remember what happened last time he went to the hospital?" scott questioned, facing his mother.

melissa looked over to max, hoping that he would agree with her.

"i'm sorry, melissa. but scott's right." max apologized. "that thing inside of him is the reason isaac got electrocuted."

"doesn't look like he's bleeding." deaton informed everyone as he looked at the long slash that was across stiles' stomach. "i think he might even be healing."

"you mean healing like we heal?" aiden asked.

"that's good, right?" scott added.

"for him, yes. us? i'm not so sure." deaton answered, turning to face the mccall boy.

"where's rori?" scott asked, turning to look at max.

"i don't know. she wasn't home when i woke up." the older hastings answered, folding his arms over hist chest. "she's probably at the argent's, right?"

"you should call her and tell her to come here." scott suggested, turning to face his mother. "and you should call stiles' dad."

max nodded, quickly pulling out his phone and dialing his niece's number. he brought the phone up to his ear, hearing the dial tone ring a few times before he heard a click.

"hey, sorry you couldn't reach me. leave a message and i just might get back to ya!" aurora's voice said, making max sigh.

"did she pick up?" melissa questioned, seeing that noah had declined her call.

"voicemail." max mumbled. "i'm gonna call her again. she always picks up her phone."

max redialed aurora's number, trying to ignore the worry that had started to appear in his stomach. he brought the phone up to his ear, hoping that the girl who had became his daughter during the last seven years picked up.

"hey, sorry you couldn't reach me. leave a message and i just might get back to ya!"

"come on, rori. where are you?" max mumbled, pulling his phone away so that he could look at it.

"noah isn't picking up." melissa informed before she turned toward max. "she hasn't been sleeping the past few weeks, right?" she asked, making the hastings man look at her and nod. "so maybe she just putter phone on vibrate so she could get a decent amount of sleep."

"she's rori. she would never put her phone on vibrate, especially when there's something going on with one of her best friends." scott sighed, bringing his hand up to his hair.

"well, if we're not gonna kill him, why aren't we at least tying him down with really big chains?" aiden asked.

"aurora would've punched you if she was here." max announced, making the omega turn to look at him.

"i might have something more effective." deaton said, answering aiden's question as he opened his vet case up.

he pulled out a small bottle of a liquid, looking at the two werwolves. they knew what he was saying, the both of them going to hold stiles down. deaton opened the bottle, it having a few drops of whatever liquid in the top. aiden opened stiles' mouth, letting deaton pour the drops of liquid into his mouth. suddenly, stiles' eyes opened, his once brown orbs now being black.

he quickly grabbed at aiden's hand before he used his other hand to grab at aiden't throat. the omega immediately grabbed stiles' hand, trying to claw his hand from around his throat.

"get him off me!" he yelled. "get him off me! get him off me!"

scott quickly rushed forward, trying his hardest to pull stiles' hand off. but because it was the nogitsune controlling his body, that meant he had super strength. but then, stiles released his grip on aiden, falling back into the couch as grunt escaped his mouth.

"anima venom. nice touch." void stiles said, his eyes shifting over to deaton.

aiden growled, stepping forward to attack the fox.

"you know how they say that twins get a feeling when the other one's in pain?" void asked him. "what would rori call it? oh! twin telepathy? you didn't lose that talent, too, did you? oh, i hope not. you're gonna need it."

scott took his eyes off of stiles and looked at aiden, the steiner boy looking back with worried eyes.

void noticed this, "okay, i'll give a little hint. ethan's at the school."

"go." scott sternly said.

aiden quickly left the house, going to go help his twin brother from whatever trouble he was in. he just didn't know that he was gonna be apart of that trouble as well.

the sound of void stiles laughing filled the house, making everyone look at him. "oh, i hope he gets there in time. i like the twins. short tempers. homicidal compulsions. they're a lot more fun than you bakemono trying to save the world everyday."

"doc, you brought something to paralyze his body." melissa started.

"you got anything to make him shut the hell up?" max finished, making scott look over at him in slight shock.

he had never heard max curse, not once in his life.

"yes, i do." deaton nodded.

the veterinarian pulled out a roll of duct tape, quickly ripping off a piece. he stepped forward and placed it over stiles' mouth, ignoring the glare that the fox was throwing at him. void then started to shout, it being muffled because of the tape.

after all of that, melissa had quickly pulled out some supplies so that she could clean the blood from stiles' wound. max was in the bathroom, trying to call aurora once again. it really wasn't like his niece to ignore each and every one of his calls. deaton, scott, and lydia were in the kitchen.

"how much longer do you think we have?" scott questioned.

"i wish i knew." deaton answered truthfully. "but if we don't figure out something soon, we're gonna need to find a better place to keep him. i think we're grossly underestimating the danger here. he might be paralyzed, but it still feels like he's got us right in the palm of his hand."

this made the three of them turn back towards stiles, seeing that he was already looking at them.

aurora was slowly walking through the school, having allison's duffel bag on her shoulder. it was the weekend, so she knew that she didn't have to worry about any students or teachers making an appearance while she went and killed the two people she hated most. she had a gun in her hand, it being filled with electrified darts. she was kinda happy with how she was feeling, not feeling exhausted or weak as she walked towards where the twins would be. downstairs.

suddenly, someone came up the stairs she needed to go down, making her immediately put the gun behind her back. the actual aurora smiled slightly once she had seen that it was just danny heading out.

"oh, hey, rori." he greeted, mirroring the girl's smile.

"hey, danny."

"what are you doing here?" he questioned, adjusting his own duffel bag on his shoulder.

"uh, i was gonna head down to the girl's locker room. i left some of my things in there, and i really need them." aurora quickly lied, looking over to the duffel bag on her shoulder.

"oh, okay." danny nodded. "well, i'll see you later, okay?"

"yeah."

"oh, and rori. i - i don't know what's going on in your personal life, but i can see how tired you are. please try and get some sleep." danny said.

the possessed girl nodded, the actual aurora feeling her heart warm at how much danny had cared for her. he really deserved so many good things in life. she watched as he walked towards the double doors that led to the parking lot. once he was out of sight, she pulled the gun from behind her back and continued her way down towards the twins. she quietly cocked the gun as she approached the twins, seeing that they were a few seconds from fighting one another. they had their arms on one another, trying to overpower the other.

before the two omegas could make another move, aurora pulled the trigger, making trigger fly out and towards ethan. and because aiden was touching him, the electricity from the dart had been flowing through both of their bodies. aurora smiled as she placed the fun on her shoulder, watching the twins fall to the floor.

"aw, you already shot them?" the voice of isaac questioned as he appeared beside her.

"sorry. i couldn't wait." aurora simply said, watching as the twins jolted on the floor. she then handed him the gun. "you could knock them out, if you want."

isaac smirked, taking the gun from the shorter girl as he handed her a molotov cocktail. "i guess this is the part where i say something witty."

aurora watched as he stepped forward, bringing the butt of the gun down to hit ethan in the face. he then turned to look to aiden, who was still jolting on the floor.

"i'm not witty." he finished, hitting aiden with the butt of the gun as well.

aurora sniffled, walking over to where isaac was hovering over the twins. "you wanna help me look for a lighter?"

"what? allison had all of those weapons but not a lighter?" isaac quizzed.

"nope." aurora answered, popping the 'p'. "you wanna help or not, lahey?"

with that, they dragged the twins inside of the locker room before they walked into coach's office with aurora in tow. aurora had gently placed the molotov cocktail onto coach's desk as isaac started to rummage through the drawers for a lighter. aurora followed pursuit, looking through the other drawers that were in the office. her eyes had landed on the lighter, making her quickly grab it. but something made her stop, a strong feeling appearing inside of her.

"you should kill isaac, aurora." a voice whispered inside of her mind. "he's gonna take everyone from you. allison. . . max. . . scott and stiles. i mean, max wasn't home for three days because he was worrying his pretty little head about isaac. you should kill him. show him a lesson for trying to take the people you love away from you."

aurora's jaw clenched at the thought of isaac trying to take allison away from her. and then her mind had started making up scenarios where isaac was flirting with allison and making heart eyes at her, making the hybrid growl lowly. she turned around to face isaac, seeing that he was still looking for the stupid lighter.

"hey, isaac. . . i didn't think you were smart enough to make a molotov cocktail." she said, picking up said object so she can look at it closely. a dry chuckle then left her lips. "i'm pretty sure you didn't even do it right. because you never do anything right."

"is that right?" isaac questioned as he stopped looking for the lighter. he noticed that she had both the lighter and the cocktail. "because last time i checked, you haven't been able to protect or save anyone that you cared about. erica. . . boyd. . . stiles is dying as we speak. . . and let's not forget your mother."

aurora glared at the boy, her jaw clenching tightly. she quickly flicked the switch of the lighter on, lighting the cloth that was in the bottle on fire. "say hi to your jackass of a father for me, lahey."

before she could do anything, a sword came out of nowhere and slice the end of the cloth off. this made both of the werewolves turn around to see kira in the locker room, having her katana ready to attack. aurora turned back to isaac, quickly grabbing his head before she pushed it into the doorway of coach's office. she noticed that he was still moving so she slammed his head against the doorway once again, making him fall limp to the floor.

aurora then looked back up to kira, her eyes examining the katana in her hand. "pretty good for a girl who barely has any confidence." she mumbled as she dropped the bottle that was still in her hands. "too bad you won't get any since i have to kill you."

she stepped towards kira, the yukimura girl backing away slightly. allison came from behind one of the lockers, quickly approaching aurora before she hit the butt of her crossbow across the taller girl's head. this made aurora fall to the floor next to the twins, her hands quickly going to her head.

"rora! i don't wanna hurt you!" allison yelled, aiming the crossbow down at her.

the hybrid quickly shifted, her pink eyes shining as her canines and claws grew. she growled as she pushed herself up and turned towards allison. isaac and the twins got up from the floor as well, completely shift as well. the four of them all growled at allison and kira, making the two girls quickly run into coach's office. allison locked the door behind them before her and kira pushed the desk in front of the door.

"was that a good idea?" kira asked the huntress.

"probably not." allison mumbled, watching as isaac and aurora turned around to face the twins.

ethan and aiden growled at aurora and isaac, aurora quickly growling back. aiden quickly grabbed isaac, pushing him into one of the lockers. aurora quickly pulled her head back before she lunged it forward, head butting ethan in the nose.

"they're not gonna kill each other, are they?" kira questioned.

they continued to watch as aiden quickly pulled aurora off of his brother, punching her a few times. ethan then grabbed aurora's other arm, the twins pushing aurora against coach's door, her back breaking the door window.

"i think they're gonna try." allison nodded.

aurora slid to the floor, the twins quickly bringing their attention towards isaac. they both go to attack the beta wolf, completely forgetting that there was a whole gamma/alpha behind them. the hastings girl got up from the floor, allison seeing that she was breathing heavily. she was angry. . .she was really, really angry. and that was never a good thing.

"we can't stay in here and let them kill each other." kira mumbled, not being able to take her eyes off of the fight that was happening.

allison tore her eyes away from aurora pulled aiden off of isaac and throw him across the room. her eyes landed on the other door that led to the hallway, completely forgetting that it was there. "kira." she called.

kira turn towards her, watching her open the door. she quickly followed behind her and through the hallway that would lead to the two entranced of the locker room. allison looked through the window of the door, seeing that aurora was punching the living crap out of aiden, blood splattering everywhere.

"remember. try not to kill them." allison reminded, having her crossbow ready.

"i was just gonna try to save alive." kira told her.

"that works, too." allison nodded.

with that, she entered the locker room, kira following pursuit. kira had slashed ethan's abdomen before she had kicked him to the floor. allison had shot an arrow towards isaac, but the lahey boy simply pulled it out of his chest. she tried her best to reload the crossbow but had struggled, deciding to kick isaac as hard as she could, making him fall to the floor. aiden then appeared in front of her, growling lowly at her.

she continued to struggle to reload her crossbow, backing away as she tried to pull the string back. kira had noticed how much she was struggling, quickly stepping forward.

"allison!" she yelled before she threw her katana.

the argent girl threw her crossbow to the floor before she swiftly caught the sword. the crossbow slid across the floor towards kira, the kitsune quickly picking it up. aurora appeared out of the hiding spot she was in, slashing kira in the stomach, making her yell. kira quickly reloaded the crossbow before she shot it, the arrow lunging itself into her shoulder.

kira quickly backed away towards where allison was, the both of them being back to back with one another. allison held the katana up as isaac and aiden slowly approached her. kira held the crossbow up, ethan and aurora slowly approaching her. aurora pulled the arrow out of her shoulder, a low growl escaping her lips as she glared at kira.

and then suddenly, a loud roar echoed through the four werewolves' ears. aurora quickly brought her hands up to her ears, feeling blood start to seep from her nose and mouth.

and then suddenly, everything went black.

heyyyyyy. i really really really love the way this chapter is written. i feel like it's the right length and everything makes sense. i also added the scene with stiles because we haven't really seen any max the last few chapters and i wanted to add our favorite uncle.

but i hope u guys enjoyed this chapter :) two more and then we're done. well three more, because i'm gonna add a filler.
