Author's POV:

It was already night when Shubman and Sara came to his room after the dinner. Sara thought of breaking one of the huge news of her life to Shubman. 

Sara: Shubman I wanna say something

Shubman: yes baby what is it?

Sara: Shubi the CEO of Channel offered me to be their global brand ambassador!

Shubman: wow baby that's such a great news! I'm so happy for you baby!

Sara: Thank you Shubi!

Shubman: Let's go tomorrow somewhere to celebrate!

Sara: sure I'll just be back after sharing this news to mom and dad!

Shivina's POV:

Currently I'm sitting in front of the laptop excited and nervous as hell. Today I'm having a meeting with the board of directors of Channel as they were about to finally tell their decision, if they were finalizing me as the ambassador or not. The meeting finally started and after discussing few stuffs the CEO finally said his decision.

CEO: Ms. Shivina we now pronounce you as the global ambassador of Louis Vuitton and we want you here by tomorrow to sign the papers officially and we want to announce this news as soon as possible

Shivina: Sir is it necessary to be there by tomorrow?

CEO: yes miss Roy! I hope you will take this seriously!

Shivina: sure sir!

CEO: your tickets will be sent to your manager! We'll now end this meeting here!

Shutting down the laptop I jumped in ecstasy. My dream of being ambassador of my dream company came true today. Inaya who understood the matter from my actions instantly engulfed me in a hug.

Inaya: Congratulations di!

Shivina: thank you Ina! I can't tell you how happy I'm!

Inaya: Ik di this means so much for you and I'm so happy for you!

Shivina: I'm happy too but lets call mom and dad first

We talked to our parents and later came down to the lounge to have our lunch since it was already noon.

By now everyone knew about me being the ambassador of Channel except Shubman. He wasn't present for the lunch and while asking about his whereabouts from Ishan and Shahneel di I came to know that he was with Sara.

It was evening by now and I decided to go to the terrace of the hotel. Upon reaching there I saw Sara who was looking at me with rage filled in her eyes.

Author's POV:

Sara and Shubman were on the terrace for a walk that's when Sara received a call from her manager. She picked up the call and put her phone on speaker.

manager: Good evening ma'am!

Sara: yeah!

manager: Ma'am I'm very sorry to say but Channel dropped your name from the ambassador list and their new ambassador is ms. Shivina Roy!

Sara: what!? Wait did you check it nicely? I mean how can this be possible?

manager: Ma'am I received a call from them! They said that they want to go with ms. Shivina as she seems a better choice to them!

Sara smashed her phone on the floor, that's when Shivina came on the terrace. Sara looked at her with her eyes filled with rage and pure hate. She walked towards Shivina.

Sara: this is what you wanted right!?

Shivina: Excuse me!?

Sara: tryna act all innocent huh?

Shivina: Sara I'm not getting what you are saying!

Sara: yeah how would you understand! aakhir yahi toh karte aayi ho humesha se dusro ki cheeze unki khushiyaan cheenne ki aadat jo hai

Shivina: sara please be precise

Sara: why did you do this to me Shivina just because Shubman loves me? Kyun? You took my dream away from me! 

Sara left from the terrace in tears, that's when Shubman approached her.

Shubman: I didn't expect this from you Shivi!

Shivina: but Shubi hua kya hai?

Shubman: hua kya hai? stop acting innocent and my name is Shubman call me that! You took away her biggest happiness Shivina! Why did you do this?

Shivina: but what did I do?

Shubman: how did you become the global ambassador of Channel?

Shivina: Because they chose me Shubman!

Shubman: Why would they choose you when they already had Sara!

Shivina: I don't know that!

Shubman: you know what Shivina you are just an attention seeker person who feeds on others fame and build their own career!

Shivina: Shubman~

Shubman: no let me speak Shivina I have seen how you try to get close to me how you try to get touchy! You could have called Sara when I had fever but you chose to stay don't you know if someone's gf will hear this they would get angry insecure and what not

Shivina: Shubman it's not what you think it is

Shubman: No Shivina now Ik first you messaged me intentionally and behaved as if you didn't know who I was and than Hardik bhai all of a sudden you remembered you have a cousin! U kept using all of us for fame and see now you achieved what you wanted to I doubt If you did something else also to get this position~

Shivina: stop it Shubman! don't you dare say one more word from that filthy mouth of yours! what do you even know about me? Have you seen my struggle? Have you seen how I have worked relentlessly even when I was dying because of my medial issues. And about Sara, throughout her life she has got what she wanted! She's a star kid! one call from her dad and any company would make her the ambassador but I, I have worked hard for this my dad is no cricketer not a very influential people. I've earned this!

Shivina just left from the terrace all broken, she was broken that her best friend was blaming her of such a thing that she would never in her dreams  could do. She was lifeless and emotionless. Upon reaching to her room she instantly called Karan and he was there within minutes. She broke down upon seeing Karan and told him about everything. 

Karan was fuming and was even ready to take someone's life after all it's about his bestfriend. But he managed to keep his calm and act accordingly to the situation.

Shivina: Karan can you please just drop Ina and Adi to home! I trust you with them Karan!

Karan: I'll Shivi but why not you?

Shivina: I have a flight today Karan the officials have already booked a flight for me I have to leave to night

Karan: see Shivi if it's because of Shubman or Sara we can go back to Mumbai but no need of going out of the country

Shivina: not it's not about them Karan! Just drop Ina and Adi to home. I'll leave in a while can you drop me to the airport?

Karan: yeah sure!

Shivina: I'll be back in 5 mins with the luggage!

Shivina came back with her luggage and  went to meet her bhai, bhabhs, her best friends Ishan and Nivisha and her siblings before she would leave for US. She handed a small box to Ishan.

Shivina: Give this to Shubman after I'm gone!

Ishan: why don't you meet him before going?

Shivina: I'll leave now and I'm leaving my best friend for you, take care of her I know you guys like each other and all the best for your future! see you guys soon!

Inaya: di aap aise achanak kyun ja rahe ho?

Shivina: tujhe toh pata hai na ki mujhe jana tha fir kyun muh bana rahi hai?

Adhvik: Di aap wapas kab aaoge?

Shivina: bohot jaldi! Adi mumma papa ka dhyaan rakhna!

Adhvik: I'll! I'll miss you di!

He hugged her with tears in his eyes, joined by others.

After bidding bye to everyone Karan and Shivina left for airport. She had a mid night flight but chose to go early as she couldn't stay there anymore not even a minute.

While during the dinner, when couldn't find Shivina, Shahneel and Keart asked for her to which Inaya replied about her departure.

Shubman was stunned to hear her sudden departure and numerous thoughts were going on his head but his ego took over and he didn't ask the reason.

While on his way back to his room Ishan gave Shubman the box Shivina asked him to give to Shubman after her departure.

Reaching his room Shubman opened the box to find the pendent he gave her as a symbol of their friendship with a small note in it.
