Arabella loved her life. Even at the times were it was messy and complicated. She loved her family, her sons, daughters, parents, uncles, aunts and everyone she considered family. Klaus and his family were once included in that special circle. But after their messy breakup it was just Arabella and her family. Klaus made his own life. Having a daughter of his own to protect. When he left Mystic Falls he never thought he would ever come back. He thought there was no reason for him to.

So, in 2015 a few months after Stefan died he heard about a supernatural school created by Arabella King and Alaric Saltzman. Hoping to get into her good graces he made a beautiful donation. She being the polite person she was wrote him a letter thanking him for his contribution. But he never heard from her again after that letter. When Hope mentioned she wanted to enroll in the Salvatore School Klaus and Hayley fought for weeks before Elijah made a good point about Hope attending the school. After all it was school just for supernatural beings like Hope herself. She loved the school from the moment she heard about it.

He didn't know what to expect when he saw her again. But he didn't expect her to be married and with ten kids at that. A few weeks after being in town he found out two of those children were his and he was happy. Their was a piece of him and Arabella out there. No matter what, they will always be connected because of them. Kian hates Klaus with a burning passion, Kieran on the other hand doesn't know what to feel yet. Now, Klaus' main goal is to get Arabella back. But there's a slight problem with that goal. She's happily married and in love with her husband, Kai Parker.

He had tried to speak with her but she always refuses to even acknowledge his existence. He hates it. He hates that she no longer loves him because deep down whether we admits it or not he knows she no longer loves him. But he hopes that there's still some sort of feelings for him in her heart. Her father, Lucifer keeps and eye on the hybrid. He loves his daughter and he knows that she's happy with Kai. Besides, Lucifer loves Kai.

Salvatore Boarding School

Arabella is in her office with Kieran. "What do you think I should do, mom?" Kieran asked his mother. She turned to him. "About what?" Arabella asked. "About Klaus. I know he's my father and that he didn't know about us. But I don't know if I want him in my life or not" he explained. He looked down.

He thought his mother would be upset with him because he was considering to have a relationship with his father. "Look sweetheart, Klaus is your father. And he will always be your father. I know his done unforgivable things. But he does love you. Even if he doesn't know you or your brother he loves you. You're his son. And if he knew you existed he would've dropped everything to be here with you and Kian. If you want him in your life then let him in. You can always start slow" she offered her son.

Arabella knew he was having a hard time with his emotions but unlike Kian he preferred to speak with his mother about them or any problem he had. "Whatever you decide I'm gonna be right by your side supporting your decision" she said with a smile.

"Thanks mom" he gave her a hug and kiss on the cheek before leaving.

Outside the school Kai was coming back from work. He was currently working as a police officer. Arabella was walking out to meet him by the front when she was stopped by Klaus. "Hello, love" he greeted her with his signature smile. "Klaus. What can I do for you?" she asked politely. "I wanted to give you this" he said as he handed her the flowers. "Klaus" she started. She didn't know how to kindly reject him. "Look, I'm a married woman. I love Kai and I would never leave him" she stated proudly. She loved Kai.

Klaus was angry but he stopped himself from doing something stupid. Arabella's assistant walked to where she was. "Mrs. King, someone is on the phone for you" she called out. "I'll right there" she called back. "I'm sorry, Klaus. But I'm happy where I am and I wouldn't change it for anything in the world" she stated. "Take them" he put the flowers on her hands and walked away. Arabella stood there for a second before walking back inside the school. Klaus watched her go in.

He stood there for a second before he heard someone clapping behind his back. When he turned Kai stood there waving at him giving him a smile.

"That was fun to watch" Kai said with a smirk. He was wearing his uniform.

"So, tell me, Klaus. How do es it feel to be rejected by the woman you love?" he asked with a smirk. "She doesn't love you, Klaus. You lost your chance with her the moment you abandoned for some wolf girl. Was she worth losing an amazing woman like Ara?" he asked. He was taunting Klaus and Klaus was letting him. "It doesn't matter what you do. She'll never go back to you. So do me a favor, and back off" Kai said before walking away, a smirk plaster on his face.
