"Ya'll make one heck of a team,"

The Spot said in a sarcastic tone as Gwen tried to punch him in the face. She ended up falling through one of his portals, hitting Pavitr. Miles and Hobie tried taking a shot at it, but the Spot grabbed them by the neck.

"I don't believe in teams," Hobie stated.

"Him and consistency," the other ( Y/N ) sighed in a sarcastic tone from above the ceiling besides Pav.

Mikes frowned in confusion. "Aren't you in a band?"

"I don't believe in consistency," Hobie informed before using the empty hand to let himself free.

"This guy is killing me," Mikes muttered, kicking the Spot on the head to set free.

Before the Spot could get near Miles, the other spider-men flew up from behind him, but were thrown to the other side of the room. ( Y/N ) grunted, trying to get some light but it was useless. She was then thrown to the other side of the room by a portal with the others.

"This is gonna be good for us, Spider-Man,"

Miles's eyes widened as he watched the collider spinning around. He stood up and the Spot was now walking towards him, pointing. "You'll finally have a villain worth fighting, and I won't be just a joke to you!"

Light from two sides of the collider clashed, creating an explosion of pink particles and light. As ( Y/N ) sat up from her spot on the floor with the other spider-men her eyes widened in terror. The Spot flew towers the collider, causing it to glitch to black, blue and light pallets.

Before he could get any further, Miles shot a web at him and stuck onto him with the other spider-man helping him. Wanting to help even with nothing, ( Y/N ) just grabbed onto Hobie's hand, slightly pulling.

"You're not a joke! Right, gang?" Miles asked.

"Absolutely!" Gwen nodded.

"Completely unassuming!" Pavitr spoke up.

"We don't believe in comedy! Just kidding!" Hobie signaled to him and stellar-spider.

"I'm scarred for life!" ( Y/N ) added in to "help", causing the others to turn back at her in concern. "Uh.... Just kidding."

"See? No one here thinks you're a joke!" Miles stated.

"They won't after this," the Spot grumbled.

He cut the web in half causing Miles and the other spider-men to fly back to the floor and watch as the Spot drifted into the light of the collider. Everyone frowned in confusion as the room went dark, but Pav just had a look of confidence, placing his hands on his hips.

"Well, that was another easy adventure for Spider-Man—"

"No, no, no!" Everyone yelled at him.

Just then, the collider exploded blowing them all back. Miles's spider senses went off like crazy, like every part of him started to freeze. Visions of the past came into his mind of how the Spot came to who he was today. Then he was in a white void filled with spots.

What he saw next was the worst part; he saw ( Y/N ) falling off a crumbling building as he tries to grab her, her face glitching to Gayarti from Pav's dimension. Once the visions ended, Miles's eyes widened and he was on the floor.

Miles gasped. "What was that?"

When he looked up, he saw the Spot in a new terrifying facade, his black holes taking over his entire body some white spots around him.

"Our future."

"I'm gonna take everything from you," the Spot told him. "Like you took everything from me."

"What?"

"See you back home... Spider-Man."

The Spot finally left, leaving the building to crumble down. Miles got up with the help of Gwen, and spotted ( Y/N ) still on the ground, frozen and looking up at the collider in terror. He rushed over and saw she was in a trance again.

"( Y/N )," Miles called out. "Hey, we gotta go. ( Y/N )!"

She eventually snapped out of it, taking a look at the crumbling building around. Gwen signaled for them to hurry up, and Miles grabbed onto her hand, helping her out. Once they got to the balcony, they saw the building splitting in half and falling down on the civilians below.

Miles looked as Pav placed his hands on his head in panic. He then placed a hand on Pav's shoulder. "We'll clear the path, you slow down the building!"

( Y/N ) felt a spark, seeing a golden mist form on her hands. As the other spider-men flew down she flew down with them. The other ( Y/N ) looked at her with a proud smile behind her mask. "Oh, that's what she does."

"I'll do it, but not because you told me to," Hobie stated.

Hobie shot a few webs at the buildings and so did Gwen, trying to keep it from hitting the people below. Up in the air, ( Y/N ) caught a man from falling. He looked at her in surprise as she went to the others. Pav held onto a cab with people inside and Miles saved a few people, but eventually it snapped.

Before any rubble could hit the civilians, Miles swung into the falling building to save as many as he could with ( Y/N ) a helping him. While Miles tried stopping part of the building from falling, Pav helped catch the other civilians before they could hit the ground.

The trio flew back, meeting up with the others as they swung towards the bridge. The ( Y/N )'s helped get some people off the building along with the other spider-men.

"Gayarti!" Pav exclaimed, his eyes widening at the bus.

He swung down, shooting a web at the bus and holding onto the bridge. Hobie guided everyone away from the other side. Pav then spotted the inspector helping a child.

"Inspector Singh!" Pav grunted as he tied the web holding the bus onto a wire. "I can do both."

From above, Miles spotted Pavitr in trouble trying to save the inspector and the people on the bus. Before he could go to help, ( Y/N ) tried to stop him — not wanting to lose another one ( side note: ( y/n ) doesn't know abt the canon thing so she ain't lying like gwen lmao ).

"Miles!" ( Y/N ) exclaimed, grabbing onto the balcony for help while holding onto Miles's hand.

"Don't worry, I got it," Miles stated.

Gwen stepped in behind them, a little nervous. "Uh, she's — she's actually right."

"I am?" ( Y/N ) asked in surprise.

"Yeah," Gwen shrugged.

"I'll come back," Miles reassured, letting go of her hand. "I promise."

"Miles, no!"

Miles swung down and saved the inspector from the rubble. Since ( Y/N )'s "hard-light" faded away once again, Gwen had to swing her to the bridge with her, Hobie and stellar-spider. ( Y/N )'s eyes widened as they all swung down. Hobie and Gwen went to help Pav with the bus.

( Y/N ) ran to the rubble, making sure Miles was alive, brushing away some of the metal and not being able to push the heavier stuff. She spotted a pile of stone and metal on the other side and ran over.

"Miles, no! No — please, not again," ( Y/N ) voice cracked, nearly about to cry.

She spotted from under the metal, Miles trying to lift up the piece with the child in his other arm. Stellar-spider spotted this and came over to help him lift it up before saluting to them and going back to the bus.

( Y/N ) sighed in relief. "You're alright."

"I promised," Miles flashed a light smile from his mask.

Besides them was the inspector. Once Gayarti was off the bus, she ran over to her police inspector father and embraced him in a much needed hug. Gwen headed towards them along with Pav and Hobie, looking down at her wristband which read canon event disrupted.

"Not bad right?"

"Yeah."

Gayarti smiled, watching Pav stand frozen as he shook the inspector's hand. "I have never seen him so emotional."

"Excellent job," Singh complimented.

Pav placed one hand on his heart, nodding to Miles in gratitude and he nodded back. Then Hobie popped up behind him and placed his hands on his shoulders the way he did with Pav and the other ( Y/N ) placing her hand on one of his shoulders, shaking it playfully.

"Not bad, spidey," stellar-spider chuckled.

"Miles, my guy!" Hobie exclaimed.

The crowd of Mumbattan citizens cheered for the heroic acts of the spider-men. Miles turned his over to ( Y/N ). "What'd you think?"

"What I always think; you're," she cleared her throat. "Totally tubular."

Miles chuckled, nudging her arm in a playful manner before she did the same for him. The joy was soon disrupted when the terrifying familiar sound of glitching echoed through their ears. They all looked down in fear at the glitching buildings.

"Guys, what's that?" Pav asked.

Hobie looked down. "It's a metaphor for capitalism."

"Not everything's a metaphor for capitalism," the other ( Y/N ) told him.

"It's a lot worse than that," gwen breathed out.

Miles looked up and saw a ship with legs like a spider descend down to them, landing upon the bridge. They saw some of the spider-lungs walk out of it, one including Jessica Drew. Miles stepped up to her to introduce himself and so did ( Y/N ) since they never formally met.

"Okay, guys," Jess commanded as they walked out. "Secure the area, clear all civilians, and let's contain this quantum hole."

"Hey, I'm Miles," he introduced himself. "This is ( Y/N ) and we met when I was invisible."

"I know who you are."

Pav looked at the black hole covering part of the city in terror. "Is everything gonna be okay..."

"Okay — okay, let me explain," Gwen stuttered.

Jess turned back to her. "Miguel wants you back at HQ."

"Miles was just about to head out.."

"All of you," Jess added.

Hobie put his arm around Miles. "I don't follow orders, neither does he."

"I'm invited to HQ? Woo!"
