"Nice to see you again, Peter,"

Doc Ock hovered down from the open tile on the ceiling with a malicious smirk on her features. That's when the firing began, which the other spider-people took as the cue to start fighting.

Seeing ( Y/N ) about to get shot at, Spider-Noir swung down but with the price of a glitch. Peni spotted this and climbed up with her robot to the railing, blocking Spider-Noir and ( Y/N ).

"I got you covered!"

"These guys are the pits," Gwen muttered before collapsing to the ground from glitching but quickly getting back up.

The Scorpion from May's house jumped up to the metal platform, giving a punch to Peni's robot that was so hard they were falling to the ground, but was able to get back up. Peter was struggling with Doc Ock, nearly chocking on her tentacle as he tried to insert the key into the controls. "Why is this always so difficult?"

Doc Ock swung Peter away before tying him back up again. "Any last words?"

"Can I get a minute to thing about it? You got a pen?" Peter grunted.

"Goodbye, Peter Parker,"

Before Doc Ock could close her tentacles on him, the tentacle closed into a fist all on its own, punching her in the face. Peter frowned in confusion while ( Y/N ) had a good idea of who this was.

"Who did that?" Doc Ock yelled.

Just then, two webs shot up at her, revealing to be Miles Morales in a black suit with red reaching up to his arms and a red spider symbol on his chest. Peter's eyes widened at him, feeling a little bit of pride. "Miles?"

Miles swung a punch at her, catching Peter with a web before he could fall into the lights. They both flew back up to the ceiling, a smile forming on Peter's features under his mask.

"Wow, Miles! You're doing it on command!"

"About time, right?"

"Miles!" Peni exclaimed.

"He figured it out," Gwen muttered.

"That's my best friend!" ( Y/N ) yelled.

Peter placed a hand on Miles's shoulder. "I love you, I am so proud of you! Wait.. do I want kids?"

Just then, a tile from the ceiling was thrown at them. The duo turned to see Doc Ock crawling towards them with her tentacles, swinging more tiles at them one by one.

"Oh, I forgot about her," Peter took a glance at the flashing lights below, wincing. "That doesn't look promising."

"Nope. It doesn't," Miles nodded.

As the lights grew, the other spider-men joined Peter and Miles up above. The room was now filled with blue and green partials as Miles and Peter got slammed to the ceiling by Doc Ock, landing on a metal platform with Gwen joining them.

The room continued changing colors as the lights grew, now turning to a more magenta. Peter and Miles were able to pull away from the ceiling and swing past a few buildings.

"Guys, are you seeing this?"

"Looks like our dimensions are coming to us!" Gwen exclaimed.

"Does look cool, though, right?"

( Y/N )'s eyes widened at the sight of different buildings pouring out of the collider from the blur of the particles. She just wished they gave her a little warning on all the lights.

"We gotta get back up there," Gwen stated.

Before they could move, their spidey-senses went off, causing them to turn around to find Doc Ock carrying a bus with her tentacles, ready to throw it at them. As she was about to throw it, the trio quickly jumped away.

Up above, Peni was stuck on one of the buildings that poured out from the collider, surrounded by Scorpion. Scorpion gave another punch to Peni's robot. The system was failing and her viewing window was shattering. As Scorpion put his claw through the window, Peni's robot was giving out.

Just as he was about to give one last throw, a piece of metal fell from the ceiling, putting more weight on Scorpion. Peter Porker strut towards the large man, wiping his hands before putting them on his fist.

Even with the new weight on him, he was able to pull the metal off, laughing at the sight of the pig in a Spider-Man suit. As he pulled it off, a smirk formed on his features. "What are you? Some kind of silly cartoon?"

Peter Porker tilted his head. "You got a problem with cartoons?"

Scorpion struck the first blow, firing his claw at him which Spider-ham was able to miss. Peter Porker kicked him in the arm before shooting a web at him and punching Scorpion in the face. He got out a hammer, hitting the man countless times. Just as he got up. Spider-Noir pulled him back, swinging him around before he got hit by Peni with one of her robot's arm.

"Aww, did that feel like a cartoon?" Spider-ham questioned in a sarcastic tone.

Seeing ( Y/N ) surrounded again after many attempts at fighting back, Peter swung her up with him, Gwen and Miles. As Gwen and Miles swung up towards Doc Ock's direction, the scientist spotted ( Y/N ) on the ground, grabbing her by the ankle with one of her tentacles.

Once she wrapped her tentacle around it, ( Y/N ) was thrown to a wall, now free falling down towards the collider. Up above, Miles spotted this and his eyes widened.

"( Y/N )!" Miles exclaimed.

He swung off the building he was stuck to, jumping past a car and reaching his and out for her. Just as he did it, something was happening; her body was glowing a golden mist, her hair was flowing upward and her eyes were glowing as well. Thinking it was just the light, Miles grabbed onto her hand to keep her from falling, but she wasn't.

"I like the suit," ( Y/N ) smiled.

"Thanks, I made it myself," Miles replied.

Miles shot a web up at Peter who grabbed onto it, throwing it up into the air. "That was adorable, team. Now hold on tight!"

Once Miles let her go, ( Y/N ) was now hovering on her own, glowing and everything. Miles, Peter and Gwen looked at her as they landed on another platform after punching Doc Ock one by one, the trio sharing mixed feelings.

Peter's eyes widened. "( Y/N ) can fly now..."

"Why does that make me nervous?" Gwen chuckled.

Just as ( Y/N ) flew over to them, looking all over her glowing body with a bright smile on her features, she nearly tripped as she landed. "Sorry! I'm still getting the hang of this." She smiled as Miles held out a hand to help her up, the two later sharing a fist bump with Gwen.

They watched as Doc Ock strapped her tentacles to the windows of the two nearest buildings besides her. The group got into fighting positions, seeing her come over.

"Buckle up, guys," Gwen said. "This is gonna take a while."

Before Doc Ock could swing the final blow, a truck came flying right at her. The group jumped back a little, their eyes widening. "Never mind. Let's end this thing."

"I have powers now!" ( Y/N ) squealed.

"Guys, I got it," Miles reassured them, stepping away.

"I'll go. I'm the one with the goo-"

Miles out his hand up, revealing the goober. ( Y/N ) chuckled remembering the wise words of Peter b Parker. Peter rolled his eyes, wishing he never told the kids anything.

"Don't watch the mouth, watch the hands."

now to explain, in chapter 7, ( y/n) got her powers from the explosion but they haven't been 'released' shall we say yet, so i thought this would be the perfect moment for them to come up.

also they ain't gone it's like an on and off thing kinda like kamala khan's when she first got them before training and stuff, but don't worry they frr here to stay.
