Chapter Two: Kindergarten
CHAPTER TWO
(act i)
KINDERGARTEN
"Bonnie Bennett"
The sign read 'Mystic Falls Kindergarten'
She didn't know how to react. She was in Mystic Fucking Falls. In the supernatural town, there were at least multiple deaths a day. She was in a fucking tv show. How the fuck, she thought. Her jaw begins to hurt from the unfamiliar feeling of grinding and clenching out of pure anger.
She was mad; God, was she angry. She had been reincarnated into a fucking supernatural series that told the story of a basic human girl who slowly found herself in a love triangle with two vampire brothers after losing her parents in a car crash. But she wasn't just a human; no, she was a doppelgänger. A magical being that turned up once in a few centuries.
She was like a unicorn. And every supernatural creature was after her. It told the story of her and her friends besting creatures that were much more powerful and older than them and somehow coming out alive well for the most part.
Alisha loved the show and was the one who introduced her to it. They watched all of the series and spin-offs. Anastasia liked it since there were vampires and blood, but she didn't love it as much as Alisha did simply because the plot line was silly since Elena was a golden goose and annoyed her so much she couldn't like the show that much purely for her.
Elena was a selfish bitch who thought everyone and everything was made for her. The whole world revolved around her.
Unfortunately, it was now true that it did since she was in this world, and she was in this tv show as the perky cheerleading soon-to-be vampire who got swept to the side so many times because of Elena and was treated like shit and as a dumb blonde when she was far from it.
Caroline and Bonnie were Anastasia's favorite characters simply because they were powerful in their rights. Alisha loved Bonnie; she was her spirit animal, as she always used to say.
Caroline had exceptional blood control over her bloodlust with little to no help and could also be friendly and charming but blunt and intimidating when it was called for.
Bonnie was a Bennett witch, and God was she powerful, and the fact she had no training and still could do the shit she did in the early seasons was crazy.
As she came out of her rants about the show with the sound of the bell. She couldn't help but think about what she would do now that she figured out where and when she was.
She was powerless. Human. In a supernatural show where so many creatures go bump in the night. That kills people in the blink of an eye. She could not go up against the villains in the show, which worried her.
She was used to being above everyone at the top of the chain. She showed that in her old life, she was more intelligent than everyone academically and demonstrated that through her serial killer status.
She needed to change that. She would not allow herself to be killed for another time. She hated how powerless she felt when the cold and daunting grasp of death was upon her. She would be a pathetic human when so many other fascinating creatures were introduced into this world.
With her personality, she most likely will piss off the wrong person, and she will be dead in the blink of an eye. She wouldn't allow that. She needed a plan. And plan she would.
But now it is time for school.

After checking her bag for a little timetable that only read her classroom number, teachers' names and what they usually did, and what they needed for that class, she made her way to classroom 2.
She saw her classmates placing their bags in the cupboards and slowly lining up at the door, waiting to go in with the teacher's permission. She put her bag in an accessible spot and lined up.
*I have no bloody clue on how American or any primary school goes or the first day.
After being allowed in and sitting at the table and grabbing her small book, she noticed her 'friends' were sitting at her table. Elena was right next to her and when she finally saw her and squealed "Caroline!!" rushing to hug the pale girl tightly.
Anastasia didn't know how to respond to the girl's affectionate response. She was unsure how she felt for the girl. She hated Elena in the show because she was dumb and self-conceited, but this was young Elena.
She had yet to see any behavior she didn't like. I couldn't denounce young Elena for something that the future Elena did because it would be the same as condemning young Hitler for his future actions. Okay, that was an extreme analogy, but whatever.
Anastasia grimly thought, 'Experiences and actions make you who you are.'
The girl quickly unhanded our lovely blond and talked about numerous random things she couldn't help zoning out.
As she was nodding along and not listening. Anastasia was surveying the kindergarten classroom she would most likely be in for a while. Did an adorable Cinnabon catch her empathic eyes? As she stared at Cinnabon did, her eyes slowly shine. It was Bonnie Bennett, and God was she cute.
Anastasia knew it was Bonnie Bennett, future town witch, anchor, and possibly the most powerful witch in the world from a glance. She looked like Kat Graham precisely, besides being miniature and much younger. Bonnie was wearing cute brown overalls and a white top, and her hair was slicked back into two cute pigtails that showed her curly dark brown hair. All in all, she looked adorable.
The girl was drawing in her notebook, but she couldn't help but notice she looked sad and was alone at her table. Anastasia scowled; how could these pipsqueaks ignore such an adorable child?
Anastasia would never be this outgoing. She hated people; they were beneath her. But not Bonnie Bennet, the roles were reserved for once she was beneath another, and it made her heartbeat rapidly. This was new territory, trying to befriend someone.
She never had to do it. They all flocked to her; she never went to them. Alisha was the only one she tolerated and loved.
So, she stood up, mentally readying herself for how to conserve with someone younger than her. She never spoke to children; they were too loud, annoying, and innocent with their naive thinking.
She would help Bonnie because Bonnie got the worst deal in the whole deck in this series. Anyone she loved died simply by the whims of one dishwasher named Elena Gilbert, to which she scowled.
Bonnie sacrificed everything for everyone and got nothing in return. Such a powerful creature was reduced to nothing but a slave following the pleas of a human doppelgänger. She thought of how the mighty have fallen whenever thinking of the Bennet Clan.
They were the most powerful witch clan and were all reduced to slaves and were burned and hanged at the hands of men when they should have been treated higher, akin to gods and goddesses.
It was ridiculous; their ancestor was Qetsiyah, for God's sake. How embarrassed Tessa must be.
Don't start on the whole 'witches must balance nature' spiel. Nature was more powerful and potent than a witch. Nature balanced itself; it did not need a witch to do it. Nature allowed the supernatural; it had to.
Because if it didn't, how was it there in the first place? Nothing could overpower nature. For example, if nature didn't allow it, Niklaus would've died when he was turned into a vampire and unlocked his werewolf gene. Nature would have killed the Mikealson's after the spell if it did not want the species of Vampires to be created. This was Anastasia's belief in nature.
Anastasia would not allow the most kind-hearted and, in the future, most powerful witch to be treated like a slave to the doppelgänger. She would not be naïve about her nature and the situation outside the human realm. She would be powerful in power and personality.
Anastasia would give her the world because she simply deserved it and couldn't help but see Alisha when seeing Bonnie. The similarities were uncanny in personality and appearance.
