Dakota's squinted eyes trailed over an unbothered Aiyden who was sipping on his coffee without a care.

It was only after seven in the morning and the man was talking about witches, how he was one, how Cora is one and it meant that Avery was obviously one.

The man had explained everything that he could, saying how Avery was strong, not because she was already an Bennett witch but she had came from two witch bloodlines. His and her birth giver's. He went on to explain how their magic was and how it worked. How they were one with nature, how nature called to them and how they were protectors. Loyal to those that desevered it those there were a few Bennett's that fell victim to people that didn't deserve their loyalty.

It lead them down a dark path which a few had barely managed to return from.

He explained how he bounded Avery's magic until he was able to properly be able to teach her magic, not wanting his daughter to hurt herself.

Or others, he guesses.

Aiyden then explained how it was the witches are connected to wolves as the reasoning for creating them were pure. And it also just happens to be a Bennett witch that created them. Well not all, a few bloodlines were created though.

Their magic ran a few pack's veins, it helped them protect their lands from that evil that was made. He told the 2 how the first evil was made with some certain wolves, ones that only turned just on the full moon.

Of course Avery and Dakota was very confused, wondering why they were the evil but Aiyden soon explained why.

Those wolves, that bloodline was made by someone who had no regard for any life form. When the person turned, they went after any and everything that's in their path. No matter who was, causing so many children and innocent men and women to die. Please had to hide on full moons to protect themselves. The worse part is that the bloodline isn't random or anything for these kinds of wolves.

The gene only passed onto those and any person like the witch that created them, not having any sort of regard for human life.

Basically saying 'it is what it is' after they had killed someone.

He then told them about another witch, one that was mourning the lost of her youngest to one of the wolves. And she didn't want to lose anymore of her kids to wolves or anything else, causing her  to turn them into the first vampires to ever walk the earth.

Now there were more to deal with than just wolves that killed on the full moon, vampires were added into the mix. Then the same mother that had turned her oh so dear children into what they were has soon realized her mistake. Though it had only caused her to make another.

She created the 'cold ones'.

The woman supposedly designed them to be able to kill off hee children to her disappointed, they were weak. And are nothing like the first ones she created.

While the first ones burnt in the sun, the knock off versions sparkled instead. The original ones were able to eat and keep their eye colour while the others weren't able to eat and only had red or gold eyes that turned pitch black when hungry.

The list went on and on. The knock off's had gifts, powers but those didn't work on the original's. Therefore they were all useless and she was unable to get rid of them.

All the chaos had the Bennett coven at the time plotting. They needed a way to protect people, to save those that needs to be saved but they couldn't fuck it up. They needed the wolves perfect and it's what they got.

The wolves they made, they were faster, bigger, better. And they turned at will as well. Only the ones made to be and sort of [Sam as he was just an replacement for a bit] also be protector would shift- there can also be a glitch where an very unworthy wolf could shift but because of the fact they were near danger.

Moving on, after awhile the wolf would be gifted with a gift. Almost like how the cold ones are but their gifts would work against anyone, even the original's.

Aiyden then explained that imprints are given to make thing easier for the wolf. Giving them someone that they can trust and grow with, instead of them dating at random before they shifted out of seer anger at having a weird ass date.

The male then removed the spell from his daughter and a freaked out Dakota watched his girlfrien's hair flair up as she glowed just for a few seconds before it stopped.

After the male had explained it all to the teen's Avery went back to eating while Dakota stared at his future father in law.

This was some shit to take in.

He had found out that he was a wolf and now this?

Also why did he have a feeling that the glitch was Sam?

Moving on, what the actual doggy style fuck? He felt lucky to not have work for the day, only having patrol from 11 to 3 with Jared. He waa to drop his girlfriend off at school like he always did and pick her up. He just was a bit on edge because of the Cullen's and the way they make his girl feel when near.

Which reminds his ass.

"Okay- why does Avery feel alert and get headaches around the Cullen's?" He asks and Aiyden's jaw clenches at that as his eyes fell onto Avery who sips her juice.

She has checked out and will check back in sometime after school. 

Which her dad didn't mind, this was alot of news for her, just after being told of her wolfe imprintee boyfriend.

"It means that they aren't to be trusted." Aiyden says lowly causing the wolf to grit his teeth. He know's that the group of vampires can't do shit at school but still. He's worried, beyond so.

Aren't to be trusted? Not like he trusted them in the first place and he still had yet to meet them. And he probably will at one of the many meetings that would happen in the future to make sure that the treaty was being upheld. "Her magic was, even bound was warning her and that's not a good thing. They might not want to kill her but there are a good ass number of others reasons for someone to not be trusted." Aiyden adds.

The coven didn't know of them, actually he's not even sure of cold ones know of witches at all. Doesn't mean he wouldn't give the Cullen's a surprise of their life if he must.

Dakota tugs his girlfriend closer to him by grabbing the side of her chair. Said girl was unfazed as she finishes up her breakfast, letting out a small burp while her boyfriend's arm wraps around her waist. "Excuse me," she says softly and grabs Dakota's juice. The male just lets her, a soft smile tugging at his lips while she she sipped on the cold drink.

"What do we do?" Dakota asks Aiyden as he gently rubbed his girlfriend's waist.

The teen was unable to keep his hands away from her honestly.

Moreso now.

"Nothing for now, I guess." Aiyden sighs out. "But I'll be teaching Avery magic in the weeks that I'm home to help her just incase she needs it. They haven't done a thing yet, so we can't just go after them for no reason. Plus I also don't want to expose Avery and I just yet. Oh, but you could just let then know that Avery is an imprint and to stay away from her." The man adds with a small shrug.

It made Dakota sigh but he understood, causing him to nod his head. "Alright." He says and goes to eat but doesn't as the plate is taken from him by his girlfriend who got up and took the plate with her in the kitchen.

The sound of the microwave was soon heard and Dakota's lips twitched up as Aiyden shook his head with a smile on his lips. These two were adorable.

Fuck, the male thought as he realizes he hadn't said anything about him and his boyfriend yet.

How mad will his daughter be that he's been hiding a boyfriend a little over an year? The male buried her face into his hands, thankfully Dakota didn't notice his now chestfallen self as he was way too focused on his girlfriend who was now walking back towards the table, his plate in hand.

"I can't believe you were going to eat it just cold like that," she scolded him as she places the plate before him and sits near him. "I'm sorry baby," Dakota says as he kisses her cheek. "Thank you," he adds, making the teen near him smile. "You're welcome." She says before the male started to eat.

Avery glances over at her dad and tilts her head. "You good, dad?" She asks and the male stiffens as Dakota glances over at him, finally taking in the frantic heart beat of the older man.

The oldest male clears his throat as he sits up, tongue poking the inside of his mouth after he removed his hands off his face. "Just have another thing to say," he says softly and Avery nods her head. "Okay, what is it?" She asks softly with a smile on her lips.

"Okay well two things," the male adds as he remember about the deadbeat mom that wanted into their lives after all this time. But she wanted way too much. Too damn much.

He wonders how long it'll be before her magic is fully stripped away.

"One, Charlie and I are um," the male trails off slightly. "Are dating," Avery and Dakota says at the same. It didn't sound like a question, more like a statement- it was.

Aiyden blinks at that. "You both knew?" He asks in surprise and the couple gave the male a blank look. "It was obvious to us." Dakota says as he continues to eat. "Yeah, we just never said anything since it seems like you two were waiting to tell us or it was more of a coming out thing." Avery adds on with a grin. "You two ask friendly outside but when he'd here for dinner you two seem utterly relaxed, it was also easy to tell with the looks that you'd cast at each other and I just knew for some reason. Like I could feel it???" She finishes with a wave of her hand.

"And you're not mad?" Aiyden asks his daughter who shook her head. "No, not at all." Avery replies softly.

She truly wasn't mad. She was more like happy honestly. She has always liked the Chief of Police. He's a nice guy and he's a funny man too when he's ready. And he is also a great food taster too.

Avery didn't only give her dad lunch for him but Charlie too after she had figured it out. She didn't even know they hung at all or she would have sent lunch for the male quicker. Then like after a week or so after she started also packing lunches for Charlie, her dad had said that before this he used to share with Charlie. It was cute honestly as that man didn't share food with many people.

Now the only thing she wasn't fond of was his daughter.

"I adore Charlie, keep his daughter far away from though." Avery says causing the two males to squint their eyes at her words. "What did she do?" Aiyden asks, his daughter didn't dislike people easily and so quickly.

Because to his knowledge, Isabella had only started school yesterday. Right? Or was he wrong? No, he's right.

She infact started school yesterday.

"Well she was fine until lunch, like most of the others, she was utterly smitten by the Cullen's, Edward mostly. Can't really see why but yeah. She and the boy were staring at each other for most of lunch, she basically acted like we weren't there anymore and stuff. That wasn't really a problem though, we brushed it off. But when last class ended, we found her to walk her to the office. Edward rushed out a mere second after the bell rang, Isabella following behind after. We had went to the office and see him there, he was desperate to switch out of classes and I could swear he stiffened when he probably smelt Isabella. His eyes were pitch black, not golden and he walked out with so much sass that Jessica had felt threatened." She says as the others snorted at her last words.

Aiyden could already tell that Isabella is Edward's bloodsinger and he needed to let Charlie know.

He feared that Isabella would probably get involved with the Cullen boy even if she knew what he was and that could of put Charlie in alot danger if he wasn't already fully protected.

"Anyway, Isabella told us that Edward acted as if she smelt horrid and asked us if she smelt bad. We told her no over and over because she truly didn't smell bad like he made it seem. We then told her to basically not take his actions to heart as the Cullen's were weird- which is true- and she snapped at us, telling us to not talk about them like that. And me being me and already annoyed, I told her that she smelt like a few things that doesn't smell good before I walked away." She finishes.

Both Dakota and Aiyden stared at the girl in surprise. The fuck was Isabell's problem?

"What did you say she smelt like?" Her boyfriend in amusement and Aiyden shook his head slightly, though he too wanted to know. "Oh, not much really. Just baby shit, hot garbage and stank pussy." She replies with a shrug and the two male laughed at her words and how nonchalant she was too.

"So yeah, I'm good without her." Avery says to her dad with a smile on her lips, causing the male to nod her head. "Also Alice is weird. She watches me weirdly," she adds and the two male sighed.

This damn coven.

"Probably because of her gift," Aiyden adds and the couple eyes him, urging him to continue. "Your ass will be late for school you know?" He tells Avery who just shrugs. The man just sighs as he bites back a yawn. "Alright, alright. We have a sixth sense, only Bennett witches have it. We're able to sense a cold one's gift and what it does, how it can be perfected and such. Alice can see the future but she can't see ours. I'm not sure why but who cares?" Aiyden says.

"So she's probably tried looked into your future many times and hasn't seen shit, therefore she thinks you're about to die- which she probably doesn't think since it has been happening since she got here so she's just trying to figure out what is off." He adds.

This is too much, Avery thinks but then again, she was the one that stayed and wanted to know.

No one's fault but her own, honestly.

"Okay, what's the single thing?" Avery asks as she checks the time. "Uh well, there is a tiny problem with your birth giver." Aiyden sighs.

Avery gets up from her seat and kisses her dad's cheek which Dakota took as a sign, getting up as well since he was done with his food and drink, grabbing his girlfriend's bag.

"Have fun with that, dad. I don't wanna know, I remember what she looked like so I can't ignore if I see her. Your lunch is with Charlie's on the table." She says and leaves the house after yelling that she loves him as the male snorts.

Yeah, he should have expected that. She does not care at all for the woman, not that he doesn't see why. He doesn't care for her ass neither.

"Kota," Avery whines out as she tries shoving her boyfriend away, unable to do so as he was obviously stronger than she is. "Just a few more minutes please," the male pleads as he presses a series of kisses along her neck.

And whom was she to say no? She was already late anyway.

"Okay," she says happily making Dakota chuckle softly. "Well that was easy." He says teasingly before he trials kisses up to her jaw as he caresses her ass gently, keeping her soft figure flush against him as he lavished her in affection.

One of his favorite things to do honestly. He lips soon met her own in a soft, peck. "How are you feeling?" He asks her with a small frown on his lips. "After all that information dump." He adds and Avery shrugs. "I feel fine, a bit overwhelmed but fine." She says softly, fingers curling up in his hair as he eyes her worridly.

He didn't when she was overwhelmed, even if only a bit.

"Not fine in my book but okay darling." He mumbles. "How about we make a chocolate banana nut bread after I pick you up from school, hm?" He asks and he grins as her eyes lit up at his words. "Yes please," she says softly before their lips met again in a deep, passionate kiss.

Neither noticed a certain teen watching from afar, sitting in their class as they stared out the window, brows furrowed as their mind worked overtime.

I changed up a few things as you can see and I'm not sure how much of it makes any sense.

And also, I'm debating on like having Bonnie move to Forks to stay with them after she went through some shit. [Elena, Stefan, Damon bashing and probably. They'll just mostoy be mentioned incase I need more drama.]

I'm sorry for a chapter of a whole lot of nothing.
