"You wanna race tonight, baby?" Han walked over to car that Zenna was working on, a smidge of oil on her cheek and over her hands up to her forearms. It was her purple Toyota Supra that she had from her first job with Han. She sold it after the job but Han had found it, bought it and gifted it to her when they got to Tokyo. It had a lot of memories. And it was also her favorite car. Han had a favorite car himself. It was his orange and black Mazda RX-7. Zenna had bought it for his first birthday in Tokyo. It was his prized possession after Zenna.
"What do you think?" Zenna mumbled with a smile, turning in her stool to look at him.
"I think, I should go pick up your clothes from the dry cleaners," Han said, setting his hands on her thighs, not caring about how messy they were. "You don't have to. Twinkie can do it. He loves me." She grinned, tossing the wrench onto the box. "Yeah, maybe a little too much." Han chuckles. "I'mma be back later for you, alright?" Han pressed his lips to hers, pulling her closer against him. "Pick me up some dumplings from that place I like, okay?" She requests, pulling away.
"Anything you want, babe." Han smirked, pressing a quick peck to her lips and walking over to his Mazda.
"Yo, someone get me a pan. I gotta change the oil!" Zenna shouts, she knew someone was around working. Twinkie runs over with a pan just as Han takes off. "I got you, Z." He sets down the pan under the car for her as she lowers it. "Thought you were supposed to be in school," Zenna mumbled, unscrewing the cap. "Ah, I'll make it for lunch." Twinkie shrugs, leaning against the pole. "You coming to the garage to race tonight?"
"Wouldn't miss it for the world. Why? You coming tonight?" She questioned, standing up to grab a rag.
"Yeah, for sure."
"Good. I need my cheerleader," Zenna smiled teasingly at the shorter boy.
"That ain't right, man."

Twinkie glanced over at his new friend Sean Boswell, he was a new student from the states. "Y'all better have some real cars around here," Sean comments, clearly in reference to Twinkie's green Hulk van. "Okay, I see somebody got jokes, huh? Well, all right. I don't know if you're ready for them, though. You look a little nervous." Twinkie takes a turn to the parking garage. "What up, Tosh?" He grins. Toshi smirks, clicking the button to let Twinkie inside.
Twinkie notices Sean eyeing all the girl's inside and tosses him a pack of tissues as a joke, remembering when Zenna did the same thing to him. Sean looks at the tissues in confusion. "For when you blow your wad, man," Twinkie jokes. Sean chuckles, returning his eyes back to all the cars and ladies around the cars. He parks the van, both guys hopping out, Twinkie greeting a few familiar people.
A loud engine rings throughout the garage level, Twinkie and Sean turn their eyes to the purple car. Zenna parks the car and climbs out, taking the cash handed to her with a grin. Sean eyes her all the way to the tight low waisted jeans, her soft and smooth brown skin, to the two hands that grip onto her ass and pull her closer, courtesy of Han. "Who, is that?" Sean asks in a breathless state.
Twinkie smirks, glad he wasn't the only one breathless by the woman. "That, my friend, is the love of my life." Sean glances at him with a raised brows, "really?"
Twinkie shoots him an incredulous look. "Nah, but I wish. That's Zenna Reed. She's like the Queen of Drifting around here. They say the way she drives is just like magic." He explained.
Sean smirks, maybe he could get this woman to teach him. "She got a boyfriend?" Twinkie scoffs, knowing where Sean's mind was headed. "You see that man right there? The one holding her ass in his hands? Yeah, that's her boyfriend, her very overprotective boyfriend. So I wouldn't go there. He don't play 'bout her." Twinkie says before going separate ways to talk to someone else, letting Sean explore.
"Back off, bitch." Zenna deadpanned at the girl who tried to flirt with Han. Takashi smirks as the girl immediately retreats, that is until his eyes land on the white boy who was talking to Neela. Zenna glances down at the phone where one of the girl's was showing her a picture of a car that she might be interested in. "Who's the tourist?" DK questions, making Zenna glance up to see who he was referring to.
"What's with you and the schoolgirls, D? You're moving up in the world. You gotta elevate your company." Han said, but DK ignores him, going to approach the new guy. "He's such a child," Zenna mumbles under her breath in annoyance. "Come on." Han puts a hand on her lower back as they walk behind DK. "Hey!" Twinkie quickly gets between Sean and Neela, pushing them apart. "He was just leaving."
DK makes a comment in Japanese, putting his arms around Neela. "I'm sorry. I don't speak Japanese." Sean retorts sarcastically. Han sits at the hood of Neela's car, pulling Zenna next to him. DK pressed a kiss to Neela's cheek, the girl clearly bothered but didn't voice it. "Understand that? Gaijin?" He said. "Takashi," Neela says in a warning tone. "We were just talking," Sean adds. "This isn't your scene," Neela said towards the boy.
"That word you called me, gaijinor or something or other, what does that mean exactly?" Sean asks, egging it on further. "Means, turn around, keep walking." DK states. "That's exactly what we gonna do. Come on, man, let's roll." Twinkie attempts to pull Sean away but he simply shrugs him off and turns backaround. "Now see, that's funny, cause I thought this was, like, a free country, where a girl could talk to whoever she wants." Zenna rolls her eyes, this kid had no clue what he was getting into.
"You know who I am, boy?" Takashi snarled, getting in the boy's face.
"Yeah. You're like the Justin Timberlake of Japan, right?" Sean voices sarcastically. Neela pushes DK back before he could say anything back, assuring him in Japanese. She turns to face Sean, "leave." Twinkie pulls Sean back with a grunt. "Damn, man. You know yakuza? The mafia?" Sean gives a confused look and Twinkie turns back around to face DK. "Look, sorry, DK-san. Monkey didn't have his banana today."
Zenna stood up with Han, tired of this interaction. "Hey, D, let's go. It's time to race. My girl's getting bored," Han said. Tonight DK was supposed to race Zenna, but she had a feeling that wasn't gonna go the way she wanted with this country boy making comments. And, she was proven correct. "Hey, good luck, Timberlake." Sean adds, only making matters worse. Takashi turns back around, getting in the boy's face again. "You're the only that's lucky, cause I'm about to race."
Sean nods firmly, "then let's race."
Zenna sighs, rolling her eyes, she takes a chip from Han's bag and tosses it in her mouth. Every time they planned for her and DK to race, something went wrong. Takashi laughs in a cocky manner. "With what, huh? Your skateboard? Easy to sound cocky when you got no ride." He states. Han pulls out his keys and tosses them to Sean. "Take mine." Sean smirks, catching them in his hand effortlessly as Zenna shoots Han a glare.
Takashi smirked, "Let's race." He turns around, shooting a look to Han, the man shrugging, "what? I wanna see what the kid's got."
"If he wrecks that car, you're dead with him." Zenna glares, walking to the elevator with Han following behind her. "Relax, Z. We can always fix it," Han shrugs, slinging an arm around her shoulder. "We built that car from nothing, Han. You know how much money I put into it? Come on, you could see it in his body statement. He doesn't know how to drift, hell he can probably barely race. He's just a cocky teenager who doesn't know anything about this." Zenna scoffs, laying her head on his shoulder.
"He's cocky sure, but this way we'll see his character under all that. You always said you wanted someone to train." Han pressed a kiss to her cheek and they walked onto the garage floor once the elevator doors opened. Zenna frowned, her eyes landing on Sean and Twinkie next to her and Han's car. "But he's gonna wreck Mona." She whined. Han chuckles in amusement at her behavior.
"You know that real famous painting? The one of the woman who's smiling all the time?" Twinkie questions as Sean checks out the car. "The Mona Lisa?" Sean answers. "Right, right, right. Mona Lisa. Well, look, man, this car right here's like the Mona Lisa of the drift world. Han and Zenna rebuilt this bad boy from the ground up. This car is like their lovechild, you know?" Twinkie explains as Sean climbs inside. "We talking forged pistons, bigger turbo, new rods, new crankshaft. Hey, man, Han and Z's labor ain't cheap, man, you feel me?"
Twinkie walks pass Han and Zenna with a unsure look, knowing this was big mistake. The race starts, the two immediately pressing on that gas. Zenna and Han glance over at the retreating cars, everyone running around to see the race. Zenna's eyes widened seeing Sean crash into one of the pillars. "You are so sleeping on the couch tonight," she snarled, hitting his chest harshly and walking over to the elevator. "You'll forgive me. You did last time." Han shrugs, pressing a kiss to her exposed shoulder.
"No I won't." She denies, stepping inside the empty elevator with him. "Yes, you will." Han moved behind her, pressing kisses to her neck, pulling her body against his. She smiled, her breathing hitched at the contact. "Fine. You're lucky I love you." Han smiled, kissing her cheek, "I know. I love you too, Z." The elevator opened and they step out to the rooftop, everyone gathered there in hopes to see who would make it first.
As predicted, DK made it up first, winning the race, everyone was quick to run over. Han and Zenna stayed in their place, not surprised with the outcome. In fact Zenna was terrified for the outcome of Mona. Sean pulls up, people scattering away to avoid getting hit. Zenna sighs in disappointment at the wrecked car. Han walked over, leaning down near the window. "Don't leave town." Sean sighs as he walks away, then Zenna leaned down to the window with a blank stare. She extended her hand, "keys, now."
It was very clear to him that she was pissed. Sean reached for the keys and set them in her hand with an apologetic look. "Like he said. Don't leave town. I'll know if you do." Zenna pulled open the door forcefully and he stepped out. She slammed it shut and tossed the keys to Earl, "take it back to my garage and I'll give you a bonus."
"No problem, Z." Earl grinned.
"Out of my way," Zenna pushed past Sean and approached Han who was holding open the elevator for her. "You scare him?" Han smirked, pressing the button to the floor where Zenna's car was. "Enough to where he won't try to leave." She answers with a careless shrug.
"God, I love you," Han grinned, pressing a kiss to her cheek.
"Wait till we get home, you'll love me even more."
