HYUNG LINE

MARK
ADELE PLOPPED DOWN ON THE COUCH, groaning while she kicked off her heels. "I hate wearing heels, why am I wearing them again?" She muttered under her breath, leaning her head onto his shoulder. He chuckled, shaking his head.
"You tell me, you were the one who fought with your stylists telling them to change your outfits like three times, Addie," Mark replied. Adele turned her head to him, glaring while he winked at her.
"Whatever, I'm tired, I'm going to sleep," she finished off, standing up from the couch.
"Sleeping with makeup on? That's new, Adele." Mark said playfully, walking closer to her with a cheeky smile.
She looked at him with a confused face, "What's up with you today, you're so flirty and weird?" She laughed, walking to their shared room.
He shrugged, "I don't know, really," he answered with a chuckle, leaning against the bathroom door, staring at her through the mirror.
Adele did her usual skincare routine, which was even more complicated than BamBam's. Feeling his stares on her back she smiles.
"You know it's rude to stare, love," Serena said in her Australian accent, which is his weakness. He titled his head, softly smiling at the female, "I could stare forever." Her bare face was something that Mark loved. The visible freckles that she used to cover them up with makeup, and the scar she had under her eye. This side of her was his favorite and he finds it so appealing.
Ignoring the warm feeling in her stomach, she let down her hair, gently unlocking her tangled hair. Mark sneaked his hands around her waist, hugging her from behind, resting his chin in the crook of her neck.
"You know you're beautiful right?" She smiled, pressing her cheek against his, shutting her eyes, feeling his warmth.
"You tell me every day," she softly said, opening her eyes, turning her head to look at him.
"Because I don't want you to forget it."
"Sorry to ruin your romantic moment here but I really need to pee, guys," Yugyeom said, pushing them out of the bathroom.
JB
FOR AS LONG AS ADELE COULD REMEMBER, she's always been insecure about everything, including herself. She always felt she wasn't good enough or pretty enough. She was completely aware of the comments she got, but she ignored them just like any idol would do.
As time went on, she started to notice a sudden increase in the comments. It started to become louder, ruder, and more frequent. The other members always cheered for her in any way they could. Jaebeom was no stranger to feeling insecure. He became genuinely worried for her and wanted to help.
Adele's face became blank as she stared at her phone, reading the comments on her feed. She sighed and threw her phone onto the bed and lied down the bed.
She quietly sniffed, wiping her tears with the sleeve as she hugged Cuddles, her teddy bear close to her chest. The feeling in her chest was heavy, something that she's been feeling for a while and something that she's used to.
"Addie?" Jaebeom softly knocked on her door, slowly opening the door, sticking his head in. She was facing her back and he thought she was sleeping.
When he didn't get an answer he was about to leave but stopped when he heard her sniff. The leader frowned, shutting the door behind him as he slowly walked over to her bed.
Feeling her bed dip beside her, she quickly wiped her tears, putting Cuddles on her nightstand. She turned around and met his concerned face and gave him a small smile.
"Hey, Jae. Do you need s-something?" She softly said, stuttering at the end. He sighed and lied down beside her, opening his arms for her. Without hesitation, she laid her head on his chest as he held her tight.
"Talk to me."
"It's stupid," Adele whispered, playing with the ends of his sleeves, ignoring the painful feeling in her throat.
He wiped a few hair strands away from her face, "Getting hate comments is not a stupid thing to talk about, Adelaide." Her bottom lip trembled, feeling the tears falling down her pink cheeks.
"Hey, it's okay." He held her tight, whispering comforting words into her ear. She sobbed and her throat started to hurt. He didn't say anything, letting her pour her heart out.
"Why don't they like me?" She croaked out, feeling ashamed for crying in front of him. She cried into his chest while clutching his sweater.
He closed his eyes, trying to avoid his tears from falling. He didn't know why they disliked her to the point that they would hurt her. He wished he could do anything to prevent her from being upset about what they think of her, but he can't.
It became quiet for a few minutes. He could still hear whimpers and shaky breaths. He sighed and pulled away from her. Adele quickly followed his actions by sitting on the bed.
"Listen to me, you're one of the most talented idols out there. You're beautiful inside and out. They can say what they want. You have Ahgases who love and cherish you for who you are. You have us. That's all that matters, Addie." He confessed, cupping her face in his hands, staring at her lovingly.
A moment of surprise caught Jaebum off guard when she hugged him. "I don't deserve any of you guys." She admits, closing her eyes and feeling his arms wrapped around her.
He smiled, kissing her forehead, "You mean the opposite right?" She laughed, giving him a smile.
"There's that beautiful smile." At that moment Adele breathed more slowly, her body melting into her leader's arms.
JACKSON
THE HARD CARRY SERIES WAS FINALLY OVER AND ADELE WAS EXHAUSTED. She was playing against Jackson who's the master of fencing, while she didn't know anything about playing with a foil. The female plopped herself on the floor taking off her mask.
"Oh no, is Adele tired?" Jackson teased while looking at the tired girl. She rolled her eyes and turned her gaze to him.
"Of course not," She mumbled, sipping on her water bottle. He grabs her hand, trying to pull her to her feet.
"It was a good match, not gonna lie. You got moves, babe!" He whistled, putting an arm around her shoulder.
Adele laughed, shaking her head, "If so, want a rematch? I'll beat your ass this time," She asked him with a smirk, taking out her hand.
Jackson tilted his head to the side, smiling, "Do you now?" He said, eying his member. Maneuvering his foil towards her, he catches her by surprise. She tried to do the same and the match started.
"GO NOONA!"
"BEAT HIS ASS, ADDIE!"
The pair went up against each other like the last time, the foils hitting each other. It kept going until finally, Adele's foil goes under his, twisting his foil, hitting the ground.
His face fell, "W-What?" Jackson stuttered out, feeling the thin metal on his chest.
She high fives herself, cheering, "I told you I could beat your ass, Wang!" He glared and stood up from the mat, slowly clapping.
"I'm impressed, Addie," he said with a blank face, hiding a smile. She rolled her eyes, wrapping her arms around him.
"Don't be a sore loser, love. Does my hugs help?" She asked, having her arms around his neck. He chuckled, holding her waist.
"Well, I mean when you say it like that," She gave him a smirk, pulling away and grabbing his hand.
"Since I won you have to buy me dinner!" She sang, walking over to the others, taking off her fencing costume.
"Hyung, buy me dinner too!"
"Me too!"
"Me three!"
Jackson sighed, closing his eyes, "This is gonna be a long day."
JINYOUNG
JINYOUNG EXTENDED A HAND TO ADELE, who was trying to keep her dignity after slipping on the sidewalk. She could hear the laughs as she dusted off her hands that weren't scratched or bleeding, thankfully.
He glared at a group of people who were staring at her, she appreciated his gesture even though he laughed when she slipped in the first place.
"I swear, Addie, you will kill yourself one day," he joked, wrapping an arm around her shoulder, giving her a teasing look.
She rolled her eyes as they continued to walk, completely forgetting what happened a few minutes ago.
Adele has always been clumsy. She fell all the time, tripped on her own feet, stumbled on things, and fell down the stairs; to resume it all she could say that she was already a mess.
Even her step-sister, Harper, always poked fun at her, was worried that she might be hurt badly someday, always telling her to be careful and watch her steps seriously.
"I'm fine," she lied, looking anywhere but him.
He gave her a stern look, "I saw you hit your knee pretty hard, you don't have to pretend around me."
"I'm not pretending," she avoided, being stubborn.
He sighed, "Yes, you are, I can tell when it hurts, we can stop for a while if you want," she lightly slapped his arm, making him turn his head to her, glaring.
"What was that for?"
"Don't act like you know everything about me, Park Jinyoung." Adele retorted, folding her arms.
He chuckled, "I do, in fact, you're a pain in the ass sometimes." She gasped, hitting him again this time a little aggressive. He winced, looking at her with those puppy eyes. She grabbed his hand as they walked back to their dorm.
When they reached to their dorm, they saw the boys settled down in the living room, watching a movie. Bambam's eyes lit up when he saw them, walking over to them.
"Noona!"
She smiled, "Hey, kid, did we miss the movie?" She asked, ruffling his hair. He shook his head, pulling her arms out of the sleeves of her coat, putting in the closet.
"No, it's still an hour left."
She nodded with a smile, "Good, I'm gonna change, save a seat for me, Bam."
She ran upstairs and straight to her room, quickly changing her clothes. She put on a simple t-shirt and comfy sweats.
"Addie!"
"Coming!" She shouted as she was making her way downstairs, too distracted with the phone in her hands to realize she was about to misstep.
Adele felt the sensation of vertigo, her phone jumping out of her hands as her body rolled down the stairs. She let out a scream as she felt an intense pain on her ankle.
Jinyoung was in the kitchen when he heard her scream. He dropped his things and sprinted to the stairs where she saw her on the floor, holding her ankle, crying.
"Hey, take it easy," he softly said, gently putting a hand on her arm, which made her startled. It must be for all the drowsiness because she didn't notice the boys also sitting beside her, comforting her.
Jinyoung picked her up bridal style and took her to the hospital. Knowing that this time the injury wasn't just a scratch, the pain was intense, so much she screamed when the emergency doctor examined her.
The emergency team tried to diminish her pain she felt on her ankle, but just the sight of them made her see stars. Her head was throbbing and she could barely open her eyes.
Jinyoung paced back and forth, waiting anxiously for the results. He felt guilty for making fun of her clumsiness that he started to blame himself for her state.
When they went home Yugyeom and Mark helped her up the stairs, Mark putting extra pillows to make it more comfortable so she didn't have to move too much. Adele fell asleep soon after, the effect of the medicine sinking in her body feels drowsy and heavy.
Jinyoung came into her room while holding a tray of ramen noodles. He locked the door and put the tray of food down her nightstand.
He looked at her sleeping figure, sighing. He walked over to her bed and sat down, pulling a few hair strands away from her face.
Adele stirred, groaning. She slowly opened her eyes, blinking. She felt sore and drained. She tried to pull herself up but her movement made her gasp in pain. He fixed the pillows and she held her arm to prevent her from falling on the edge of the bed.
"It hurts, Jinyoung," She buried her head on his chest, whimpering. He stroked her hair, pulling her close to his arms.
"I know, Addie."
She sighed, "Are you mad at me?" He looked at her, his eyes softened, and shook his head.
"I'm not mad, I'm just worried about you. I always make fun of you and all but it had me feeling like crap after I saw you like this. I'm sorry," he admits, looking down.
"Please be careful, Addie, promise me." He finished, finally looking at her. She smiled softly, nodded.
"I promise," she said, linking his pinky finger with hers, giving him a soft smile. He chuckled as he poked lightly poked on her side.
"Good, now rest." He told her. She hugged him tighter, refusing to let him go.
"Can you stay?" His heart skipped a beat and smiled, "For you only, Adelaide."
