"He's flying in Ginsburg?" Addison asked Charlotte while holding Lucas.

"He wants her to wake his wife up from the coma. You gonna keep playing mommy or are you gonna get in there?"

Addison looked at Charlotte for a second, "Okay. Here. Take the baby." She tried to hand the baby off to Charlotte, "Take the baby, Charlotte. Take the baby."

Charlotte takes the baby from Addison, "Okay?" Addison asks. "Yeah. The nanny will be here in about ten minutes, okay?"

Charlotte stood there with her mouth wide open, "Here you go. Take it. Mm." Addison passes the diaper bag to Charlotte and gives Lucas his toy. "Ooh. Be good." She kisses him on the forehead and walks away.

Charlotte breathes deeply, "Hello. I'm Charlotte." She makes a disgusted face, "Please don't drool on me."

Athena walks down the hallway, putting her brunette hair up in a bun.

Charlotte's eyes follow Athena from beside her to a few feet in front of her. "Athena!"

Athena looked back at her best friend calling her name, "Yes, Charlotte?" Athena responded.

"Take the baby." Charlotte said, looking around to make sure no one saw her with Lucas.

"Hmm, no." Athena says.

"What— what do you mean no?" Charlotte furrowed her brows.

"I mean..no." Athena smiles at her best friend. "I have to go help Addison." Athena points to the room Addison had entered not too long ago.

Athena walks backwards, "By little baby." She waves at Lucas.

"Athena Hadley Willow Knotts!" Charlotte yells.

"No!" Athena yells, continuing to walk backwards, away from Charlotte.

"I hate you!" Charlotte continues to yell.

"No you don't!" Athena turns around, coming up to the room.

The patients husband was kissing her forehead, Athena walked into the room and stood beside Addison.

"I know you think that she can't hear me," He looks at Addison then over at Athena. "But, uh..maybe she can. A-And when Dr. Ginsburg gets here and wakes her up, I just want her to know that..I didn't give up on her."

"Eddie, we need to talk to you." Addison gestures to Athena. "Dr. Ginsburg is an extremely accomplished Neurosurgeon, but Kayla has been..she's been in a coma for six weeks. I just don't want you to get your hopes up."

"And even if she does wake up, she could have neurological damage or go into cardiac arrest." Athena sighed.

Eddie was now standing in front of Addison and Athena, "Did you know Ginsburg revived a patient who was comatose for seventeen years? I'll get my miracle." Eddie looks back at his wife, "We'll get our miracle." He looks at Athena, "I mean, she's gonna wake up. I don't know why you have to be so negative."

"Eddie—" Addison starts, only to get cut off by Eddie.

"Why can't you just believe?" He pauses, realizing he came off a little rude, "I'm sorry. It's just, uh..I unplugged the love of my life, and she didn't die. She didn't die. That's gotta mean something, you know? And.."

Dr. Ginsburg walks in with her fellows, "I'm Dr. Ginsburg. This is my team."

Addison and Athena turn around, "Oh. Hello." Addison greets.

"Which one are you?" The doctor asked Addison. "Dr. Montgomery or Dr. King?"

"Dr. Montgomery. Pleasure to meet you." Addison shakes her hand.

"And who are you," She asked Athena, "Dr. Knotts or Dr. Bennett?"

"I'm— Dr. Knotts." Athena shook Dr. Ginsburg's hand with a smile.

"And this is Eddie Lindy, Kayla's husband." Addison introduces him.

He walks up to her and shakes her hand, "Thank you so much for coming all this way."

"I prefer that family members wait outside during the diagnostic process." Ginsburg said with a straight face.

"Dr. Ginsburg—" Addison gets cut off by Eddie. Again.

"No, no, it's, uh, that's fine. Whatever it takes." He smiles, and leaves the room.

Dr. Ginsburg walked over the the patient, "Okay, uh, patient is Kayla Lindy, thirty-two years of age, surrogate mother pregnant with triplets." Addison starts to fill the doctor in, "During the pregnancy, complications led to a pulmonary—"

"I'm familiar with the file." She tells Addison. "All right. I'm gonna need a complete exam along with a repeat E.E.G., an M.R.I. and a cerebral blood flow study." She looks back up at Addison and Athena, who are standing on the opposite side of the hospital bed. "Come on. Go, people. Go."

Addison hands Ginsburg the patient chart and she looks at the door, another woman coming in, "Oh, so nice of you to join us, Dr. Shepherd."

Amelia walked up to the hospital bed, on Addison's right side and Ginsburg's left.

"I assume you didn't plan on making a decision without reviewing the radionuclide cisternogram." Amelia told her boss.

"Amy?" Addison furrowed her brows.

Amelia turned her head, not surprised to see Addison, "Hey..Addie. So long time no see." Amelia smiles.

Athena's face heated up by the hot, brunette, neurosurgeon that stood beside Addison.

She knew about Amelia— or 'Amy'. And how she's Addison's ex-husbands sister. But she never mentioned she was hot.

"You two know each other?" Ginsburg asked.

"Yes." Addison confirmed. "Uh, yes. I..I was married to her brother."

"Ah." Ginsburg says.

Addison looked at Amelia then at Ginsburg.

Amelia looked back at Athena, "Sorry. I'm Amelia Shepherd." She reached over Addison to shake her hand.

"I'm Athena. Athena Knotts." She smiles and shakes Amelias hand.

Amelia and Addison stood outside of the scan room, where Kayla was getting an M.R.I.

"Don't worry. Ginsburg is a beast, but she's also a genius."

Addison put her arm on Amelia's shoulder as they walked away from the door, "Amy, why didn't you tell me you were coming?"

"What, and spoil the surprise?" Amelia looked over at Addison.

"You knew I was here?" Addison questioned.

"Your name was all over Kayla's records." Amelia pointed to Kayla who was now in the M.R.I. "What can you tell me about Athena Knotts? She's hot."

"Amy—"

"Uh, Amelia." She corrects her. "Derek is the only one who calls me Amy these days."

Addison nods, "Amelia..but Derek didn't tell me that you were one of Ginsburg's fellows."

"Shocker." Amelia looks over at Addison, "Did he, uh, did he even tell you that I went into Neurosurgery?"

"Is that the Geraldine Ginsburg?" Sam asked.

Amelia looked over at Sam, "My god. Sam Bennett. You stayed hot."

She hugged him, "Amelia Shepherd?" He pointed to her back, looking at Addison. "Well, the last time I saw you, you were, like, fourteen years old. What happened?"

"And now she is a fancy Neurosurgeon." Addison smiled.
