Three Days Later.

"Tell mommy to wake up." Von placed Cyncere on top of a sleeping Jayda, who immediately began to attack her face with kisses, making him laugh.

"Oh my g-Papa move." Jayda frowned in her sleep, turning her head away from him.

"Daddy her not get up! Help." Cyncere frowned at him, making him laugh again.

Von leaned down, beginning to leave multiple kisses on Jayda's face, and she turned her head again, groaning in annoyance.

"Get up, you been sleep too long." He kissed her jaw, and she opened her eyes, pushing his head away, making him laugh.

"You know how long I been wanting to wake up to you and him like this?" He chuckled, rubbing her face, and she looked away from him, a smile spreading across her lips.

"You're so corny." She rose up from the bed, swinging her legs around so that she could stand up, laughing once Cyncere jumped on top of her.

"Daddy made breakfast, come on." He attempted to pull her all the way up, and she chuckled, doing so.

"Let me go brush my teeth first Papa." She told him, and once he let her go, she walked to the bathroom, grabbing her toothbrush and brushing her teeth.

"Are you just going to watch me?" She asked Von, who was standing at the entrance of his bathroom while she rinsed her mouth out.

"Yeah. You so pretty." He told her, and she rolled her eyes, a small smile on her face.

She dried her mouth with a paper towel, before turning to face him. "Can you get out so that I can pee?"

"No." He shrugged, and she smacked her lips, making him smile.

"I'm serious. Get outttt." She tried pushing him out, but his strong build remained in place.

"Ima close my eyes. Watch out folks." He mushed her head back, laughing at how dramatic she was once she made herself hit the bathroom counter.

"Um, ouch?!" She dramatized, smiling once he laughed again.

"Come on and pee. I'm not lookin'." He said, covering his eyes with his hand.

She walked over to the toilet, pulling down her boxers and panties, then sat down to pee. She wrapped tissue around her palm, lifting up to wipe herself once she was done. She used a wipe afterwards, then flushed the toilet.

"Von!" She shrieked, frowning once he removed her hands after she'd stood up, and he laughed, watching as she hurried to pull her panties up.

"Damn. I ain't even see nothin'. Let me see." He neared her, and she pushed him back, making him laugh again.

"You are so annoying oh my gosh." She washed her hands, drying them with napkins afterwards.

"Why you acting like I ain't seen this pussy before?" He stood behind her, and she grabbed his arms once they wrapped around her waist, letting them rest there.

"That was three years ago." She chuckled, leaning her head back on his chest.

"So. Yo shit still pretty like that?" He mumbled, kissing her neck, and she grabbed his face to stop him, turning around to face him.

"My bad." He met her eyes, and she wrapped her arms around his neck in a hug.

"It's okay." She chuckled, lifting her leg to signal she wanted to be picked up, and he leaned over, lifting her from the ground.

"I missed you. I'm ready for you to be mine. Ain't nothing stopping us now. You think?" He shifted the way that he was holding her as he carried her to the kitchen.

"I just got out of a relationship, and you did too," She chuckled, holding around his neck. "Let's take some time first, and go slow, okay? We don't have to rush anything." She finished, looking up at him after he placed her on her feet.

"I don't wanna go slow. I been fucking up the last three years and I'm ready to fix it Jay." He searched over her expression, and she grabbed his face, pulling it down to her level.

"I'm here, aren't I?" She met his eyes, smiling once he did.

"'I'm here, aren't I?' Headass." He mocked her, and she laughed, letting his face go.

"Mama! Daddy!" Cyncere called from the living room, and Von headed towards him while Jayda went to go make her a plate or breakfast.

"The hell.." She trailed off, frowning at the food that was very obviously burnt.

"Dayvon what is that shit you burnt?" She frowned, walking in the living room with them.

"Papa said I cooked, he ain't never say the food was good." He shrugged, and she shook her head, sitting next to him on the couch.

"I ordered some Denny's. Take this pout off yo face folks." He flicked her bottom lip, laughing once she swatted his hands away.

"Mommy I ask you something?" Cyncere crawled into her lap while she sat crisscrossed.

"Depends. You be asking some crazy stuff sometimes." She tilted her head at him, and he giggled, making Von laugh.

"No I don't." He covered her face, and she laughed, moving her head out of his grip.

"What is it Papa?" She chuckled, moving his hair that she needed to braid out of his face.

"We can stay with daddy now? Me and you?" He wrapped his arms around her neck to be closer to her, and Von looked over at her.

"Did you tell him to ask me that?" She squinted her eyes at him, and he laughed, shaking his head no.

"You stay with daddy. I'm going back home to my house today." She told him, kissing his cheek.

"Why?" Both Von and Cyncere asked at the same time, and she shook her head at them.

"Because I've been here for three days. I have to go home now." She said to Cyncere, smiling once Von turned her head to face him.

"Why you don't wanna stay wit' me? I don't want you to leave." He held a small almost unnoticeable pout on his face, looking at her.

"Are you pouting at me?" She smirked, and he laughed, kissing the side of her face.

Cyncere reached up to hug around both of their necks, and Jayda chuckled, hugging him back.

"Mommy and daddy sitting in the tree.." He began to tauntingly sing to them, making both of them laugh.

"Mommy won't let me kiss her." Von told Cyncere, slouching back in the couch.

"He got cooties." Jayda fake whispered to him, smiling once he giggled, covering his mouth.

"Now you do too." Von said after kissing Cyn's cheek, and he fake shrieked, making both of them laugh.

"I go get it off!" He ran in a cute waddle out of the living room, and Jayda shook her head at him as the doorbell rung.

She allowed her eyes to follow Von as he went to get the food he ordered, trailing over his figure.

"'Preciate it folks." He passed the man a fifty dollar bill, and she watched as he unintentionally licked over his thick lips.

"Papa! Come eat!" He called after closing the door, walking back over to her.

"What? You like what you see?" He leaned over to place a soft kiss on her jaw, and she blushed.

"Why you got butterflies in my stomach like we still in elementary school?" She chuckled, and he did as well, standing back upright.

"Tryna put somethin' else in yo stomach." He pulled out a tray of food for Cyncere, and she rose an eyebrow.

"What?" She rose an eyebrow as well, and he smirked.

"What?" He played dumb, and she face palmed herself, making him laugh.

"Don't make a mess ok?" Von squatted to be at Cyncere's level while he sat himself at his mini table, in front of his own personal TV, grabbing the remote.

"Ok daddy. Thank you." He mumbled, putting SpongeBob on the TV, thanking Von for setting his food up for him.

"You welcome." He kissed his face, standing back upright. He walked over to Jayda, sitting back next to her and passing her a container of food.

"Thank you Cyn." She grabbed her drink from him, chuckling once he kissed the side of her face as well.

"You couldn't wait to have your way with me huh?" She looked over at him, and he chuckled, shrugging.

"You ain't let me have it yet. You scared or somethin'." He shrugged again, and she looked back at her food, cutting up her omelette.

"You know I'm not the same lil' ass boy no more, right? And I won't do you how he did either." He told her, and she didn't respond. She hated deep conversations.

"Jayda talk to me ma." His tone softened, and she sighed under her breath.

"Can we talk about something else?" She held a small frown on her face, taking a bite of her food.

"Aight Jayda." She could hear a hint of sadness on his tone, and she looked over at him.

"Von it just happened. I still haven't processed it yet, or the fact that it's really over. I just want some time to learn to love myself again before I get into another relationship. I'm scared of history repeating itself, ok? You're right about that, I am scared."

"But if you take your time and show me different, maybe you could help me get over that fear. We don't have to rush anything though, you know that I love you. But I miss me. I wanna protect myself this go around, okay?" She reached over to wrap her arms around his neck, and he slid his around her waist.

"I love you. I wish I wouldn't have fucked up with you back then. I messed you up, huh?" He asked, his face in her neck.

"We were kids Dayvon, and shit happens. What you did back then doesn't matter anymore; show me what you can do now." She told him, rubbing his back.

"Do you miss him?"

"Yes. Before he changed, he was perfect to me. I've been missing him for awhile now though, ever since he changed. It's never easy to accept that someone's gone, you know? And not even death wise, because he was gone long before you ki-you know.."

"But the way he did me, I'll never forgive him for it. I don't want that back. I'm tired of getting done wrong when I try my hardest to be a good person, a good girlfriend. I didn't deserve that, and what happened to him was his own fault." She mumbled, both of their plates now on the table, and she rested sideways in his lap.

"You mad at me for what I did to him?" He asked, rubbing her thigh, and she chuckled.

"No. This isn't your first body over me. You've been protecting me since we were kids, I didn't expect anything less." She said, and he smirked, making her laugh.

"The whole world a' die behind you. I hope you know that." He kissed her cheek, and a small smile spread over her lips.

"I love you so much. I missed you." She mumbled, rubbing his face.

"I missed you more. On god I'ma make up for the time missed. I don't wanna let you down again. I ruined us and I want us back. You deserve nothin' but the best and I'm sorry I couldn't give it to you. I got you this time around though, I promise." He told her, also swearing to himself that he'd keep his word.
