The scene changes.

"It's been two days. Why didn't you tell us sooner?" Jun-woo asks dramatically. "Look at her." He says pointing at Cha-young who was looking tensed.

"I am sorry." The man says.

"Seriously." Jun-woo said crossing his arms.

"I told you to keep your eye on all the newly employed researchers. I didn't want them to complain, so I got them to live at Chairman's villa." Cha-young shouts at the last part. "If that researcher talks nonsense, we will loose this suit."

"The researcher won't talk nonsense, he would say the truth which you are miserably failing to understand" Mr. Hong says.

"And it will be the end for the new drugs as well." Jun-woo says in a loud voice.

"I am truly sorry." The man apologizes and bows.

"Do the higher-ups know?" Cha-young asks.

"Well, he got to know now" Mr. Han says pointing at Han-seo.

"Well, he truly got to know" Han-seo thought.

"No ma'am. They don't." The man replied.

"Let's keep it that way. Don't you dare tell them." Cha-young says and Jun-woo points his finger at them and says.

"He already knows" Han-seo thought.

"Never."

"Okay." The man replied and Cha-young sighs.

The scene changes. Cha-young and Jun-woo were walking away.

"This is driving me nuts. No matter how hard we try to cover it up, one whistleblower will end up everything." Cha-young says.

"What if they go to your dad?" Jun-woo asks her.

"Gosh! I don't want to say it loud because I don't want to jinx it." Cha-young says and Jun-woo immediately apologizes.

"Sorry, Cha-young."

"They can go to the police, the prosecution, or the reporters. Just not my dad." Cha-young says.

"And still, they will go to your dad" Vittorio says.

"Seeing how we have not heard anything, I don't think they are there yet." Jun-woo says.

"If they knew anything, they wouldn't go to an incompetent lawyer." Cha-young says and Jun-woo nods. Suddenly, she notices something and signals Jun-woo to look as well. A group of men were coming.

"Who is that?" Jun-woo asks.

"Chairman Jang Han-seo of Babel." Cha-young answers.

"You are the CEO?" The tenants started asking.

Vincenzo now wondered why is his brother friends with the CEO.

"Yes, he is the CEO" Mr. Han answers.

"What?" Jun-woo exclaims in shock and Cha-young runs in their direction.

"Hello, sir." Cha-young greets him.

"Who are you?" Han-seo asks.

"I am Lawyer Hong Cha-young from Wusang Law Firm, in charge of the Babel lawsuit." Cha-young introduces herself and forces Jun-woo to bow.

"I heard about you. Didn't she ask to borrow my villa?" He asks his men and Cha-young holds his hand.

"That's right. I had to because it was the safest place." She answers and Han-seo removes his hand from her grip.

"It's fine. I rarely go there. Tell me if you need something. I don't like dragging things, so cut it short." He says and walks away as Cha-young bows and speaks.

"So, he is rude and arrogant" Some of them muttered but Han-seo still heard those.

"Yes, sir."

"I get that he is a chairman, but how can he talk down to us on our first encounter? And he's young too." Jun-woo says.

Han-seo wanted to laugh so hard at this. His older brother truly deserved an oscar. Even the professionals can't act as well as him.

"Anyone who is rich and powerful can do so even if they are younger than me." Cha-young replies and Jun-woo nods.

"I see." Jun-woo says.

"Hold on." Cha-young stops in her tracks and turns around to face Jun-woo.

"I have a bad feeling, thanks to you. I am going home." She says and starts walking.

"Already?" Jun-woo asks as he follows her and stops her. "Want some steak? I got paid yesterday."

"No, thanks. I have somewhere to go." Cha-young declines his offer and leaves. Meanwhile, Jun-woo sighs.

"You are going to the Plaza, aren't you? Are you even going to tell me about what happened?" Mr. Han asks Cha-young.

"I don't know, sir. It is my future self" Cha-young replies.

"She always leaves without me." Jun-woo sadly says.

Cha-young looks at her intern. It is not the same. Something is off about him. No, something was always off about him.

"Cha-young, your car is over there." Jun-woo shouts and points in other direction. "The other way!" Cha-young runs in other direction.

They chuckle at this.

The scene changes. Mr. Hong is resting on his chair while Vincenzo and Vittorio are going through the papers. Vincenzo opens the newspaper which had the headline- BABEL PHARAMACEUTICALS SUED AFTER TEST SUBJECT DIES. He marks some points there with pencil.

"Mr. Nam. May I see the documents regarding the lawsuit, please?" Vincenzo asks Mr. Nam.

"Why?" Mr. Nam asks.

"I am just curious." Vincenzo answers.

"Well..." Mr. Nam looks at Mr. Hong who was sleeping. "I need his permission." He answers.

"Hand them over to them. Every single one of them." Mr. Hong says.

"Yes, sir." Mr. Nam nods. "Here are your documents." He places the files on Mr. Hong's table and goes to get the documents.

The scene changes to Choi Myung-hee eating with two other men.

"You did well dealing with Lee Nam-su. Good work." The man says.

"He was quick witted, so we could wrap it up quickly. Who's next?" Choi Myung-hee asks.

"That's it for now. He's going to hand it over to Prosecutor Seo U-yeong." The man says.

"Prosecutor Seo U-yeong?" Mung-hee scoffs in disbelief as she says.

"Prosecutor Seo U-yeong?" Choi Mung-hee asks and the man nods. "Mr. Seo" Choi says and the other man looks up. "This is not your nephew's speciality."

"All the more reason to hire him. That's how he will learn." The man replies and Choi sighs. "Also there is something yo must do right now." He looks toward the other man and he nods. "It's about my colleague, Chief Kim Won-u's scandal. Can you wrap that for us?" He asks.

"Wow, he wants me to wrap that up for him" Myung-hee mutters.

"The sexually assaulted victim testified against him. Another woman who was at the scene also testified and the footage of the villa was found, which is more than enough evidence." Choi says.

"Exactly. That's why I want you to touch it up, so it looks less serious." Man says.

"This matter doesn't only pertain to Mr. Kim. The honour of our office is at sake." The man says.

"Sir, let me pour you a glass." Mr. Seo says and they all continue eating.

"Damn it." Myung-hee curses.

The scene changes. Ms. Hong was going to walk inside the Jipuragi Law Firm office but dramatically leans against the wall.

"How many times has it been just today?" She asks herself and whines while she runs to the other wall.

"How do I sound him out?" She stands properly.

"Cha-young you can do it." She encourages herself and stands at the entrance door. She does some weird moves before finally, going inside.

Most of them chuckle at this.

She sees her father, Vittorio and Vincenzo there.

"He is sleeping soundly. I guess there is nothing going on." Cha-young thinks and walks inside. She sees the Babel E&C; Babel Pharmaceuticals' papers with Vincenzo and Vittorio.

"What are you doing?" She asks them.

"Why are you back?" Mr. Hong asks her. "Answer me." But Cha-young totally ignores him.

Mr. Hong sighs at this.

"Did you see my wallet? I lost it." She says.

"Liar! Liar! Pants on fire!" Vittorio dramatically says but receives Cha-young's glare.

"It's not here. I cleaned the entire office today." Mr. Nam says while Cha-young glares at him.

"Where could it be?" She asks.

"I can guarantee that it's not here." Mr. Nam says. Cha-young dramatically sits on the chair in front of Vincenzo and Vittorio.

"Why are they reading these?" Ms. Hong questions.

"Because we wanted to, you got any problem?" Vincenzo says and Cha-young just ignores him.

"Because they wanted to. 'Know your enemy if you want to beat them'" Mr. Hong answered as Ms. Hong replied with a 'what?'

"Babel group is..." Vincenzo suddenly said, turning his head to the the oldest lawyer. "Would you mind me being vulgar?"

"Not at all" Mr. Hong says.

"Knock yourself out" He said determinedly as Vincenzo nodded. Ms. Hong looked at them with her sharp eyes.

"They're assholes" Vincenzo said as the woman scoffed.

"Even assholes are better than them"

"I agree" Vittorio says.

"'assholes'?"

"They do everything the yakuza and the mafia do"

"Everyone knows that. But some lawyers help them stay out of jail" Mr. Hong said making Ms. Hong's blood boiled. They knew that the words was supposedly directed towards the female lawyer.

"Making this about me aren't you?" Cha-young says in an annoyed tone.

"Mr. Vincenzo Quassano and Mr. Park Dae-hyun. Why are you both doing this?"

"They're really out of line. They're just like the mafia. And law firm Wusang, their partner, is no exception" he answered.

This time Mr. Han got offended too.

"Law firm Wusang is a parasite that mooches off those assholes" pointing his finger towards his daughter as Vincenzo answered.

"Correct. Assholes like them should be made to pay" looking at Ms. Hong.

" 'Pay'. I like the sound of that" he clapped his hand as he walked to the table.

"They ought to"

"Wah! You guys click very well. How about you two start streaming online? Call it 'Hong-vin TV, or "Hong-Qua TV'. That sounds nice!"

"You guys really should do that!" Cha-young says and Vincenzo rolls his eyes.

Vincenzo stood up from his seat, grabbing his coat and his briefcase. Vittorio also grabs his coat as he stands up from his seat.

"We should get going now" Vincenzo says.

"I'll be glad to help if you need anything else"

"Do you have more?" Mr. Hong asked to Mr. Nam who were organizing the documents.

"Yes, we do. We have plenty" Cha-young looked at the three.

"No, thank you. This will suffice" Vittorio answered as Mr. Hong stopped them.

"Sir, your tie" Vincenzo thanked him as he walked out with his brother.

Vittorio smiled at the change in Mr. Hong's behaviour towards them.

"I have some work, I will get going now" Vittorio says and Vincenzo nods. Vittorio wears his burgundy coat over his black turtleneck as he leaves from there.

"He looks so hot" Jun-woo thinks but there was someone else too who shared the same thought.

Cha-young approaches Vincenzo.

"Was this your plan B? Provoking my dad to continue fighting against Babel while you make a profit off the lawsuit? Am I right?" Cha-young says to Vincenzo.

"I am going to eat. Please leave" he said as they walked towards the Italian restaurant but the chef looked at him in fear as he turned the 'open' sign to the closed' one.

"Unfortunately. We are closed for the day since we ran out of ingredients. You can go to Yeongho snack bar" The chef says pointing at the other direction. "They have the best tteokbokki in this neighbourhood." He shows thumbs up and goes inside.

"You did that at purpose, didn't you?" Vittorio says and Toto didn't reply though he knew he closed the shop on purpose.

Vincenzo sighs and goes in the other direction while Cha-young follows him. Meanwhile, the chef slams his head on the door and cries.

The scene changes to Yeongho Snack Bar. Vincenzo opens the door and goes inside while the owner welcomes him. He sits down.

"I won't sell anything to you." The lady says.

Vincenzo sighs at this.

"But I want to eat." Vincenzo tells her.

"I said no food for you." The owner tells him again. Cha-young opens the door and speaks.

"Then, I will buy it." She says hi with her hands while the owner makes a face. She goes to sit on the chair lying in front of Vincenzo but he stops her.

"I never said you could sit there."

"You can't be grateful at all" Cha-young says.

"Do you not want to eat?" Cha-young asks remaining in the same posture. The owner glares at Vincenzo and he sighs.

"Sit down." he says and Cha-young sits on the chair.

"What do you want?" The owner asks.

"Take your pick." She asks Vincenzo.

"Tteokbokki. Flour rice cakes, traditional gochujang, and a bit of--" He answers but Cha-young cuts him in between seeing how long is his list of order.

"You shouldn't have asked him to order" Vittorio says.

"Two servings of tteokbokki" She orders and then turns to Vincenzo. "You are pretty basic."

"Basic?" Vincenzo asks.

"You know asshole but not basic? It means common." She says and Vincenzo nods while checking his phone.

"Cha-young rocked, Vincenzo shocked"

"Let's make this clear. I have no reason to provoke your dad. I am preparing myself for war." He says and Cha-young scoffs.

"Your enemy has armoured tanks and vehicles. What use would 200 stones be?" She asks.

"Do you think that's all I have?" Vincenzo asks.

"Do you think that's all I have?" Vincenzo asks her.

"Yes. The weak usually resort to throwing stones or butting heads when they are out of options." Cha-young says and Vincenzo lets out a 'hmm' sound.

"Head butting isn't an option for me" Vincenzo says.

"I don't think of head butting." Vincenzo says.

"Go back to Italy and fight against those who you are used to. This country doesn't suit you." Cha-young tells him.

"Why not?" He asks.

"In Italy, only the mafia perform such heinous deeds. But everyone here runs their own gangs and cartels. The National Assembly, prosecution, police, public offices and companies. All of them. It doesn't matter who you are up against. It will be a grueling ordeal for you. Why? Because that's Korea." Cha-young says and Vincenzo smiles.

"Thanks for the advice" Vincenzo says.

"Thanks for your advice."

"Your tteokbokki is ready." The owner says putting two bowls on their table.

"May I have a glass of water?" Vincenzo asks.

"You can have it yourself. There is a water filter dispenser." She points at the other direction. Cha-young smiles while Vincenzo sighs.

Vincenzo here also sighs at this.

"Let's eat." Cha-young says as she takes chop sticks and starts eating. Vincenzo also eats while Cha-young continuously makes 'Mmm' sounds. Vincenzo just gives her a deadpan look. "Happiness isn't far away."

"Do you like it?" The owner asks.

"Yes!" Cha-young replies. Meanwhile, the owner's son comes in and puts his bag on the table and sits on the chair.

"I am home and I am hungry." He says. Cha-young and Vincenzo continue eating as Vincenzo looks at the boy. They both give each other a 'what' look. Suddenly, the owner comes and starts sniffling her son's body.

"What are you doing?" He asks his mother. She slightly takes out her gloves and hits him. "What?"

"Didn't I tell you not to smoke?" The owner says.

"I didn't. I was just standing next to them." The boy says.

"Don't you think you should learn to lie better?" Hee-soo says to his son who knew he was doomed.

"I told you I would give you a good beating if you lied." She says and starts hitting her son. Vincenzo was smirking and watching the mother-son duo interaction.

"Snap out of it! Don't hit your son!" The boy says in a pleading voice.

Vincenzo was having fun at that boy's state.

"If you don't want to die, put your guard up." His mother says angrily and starts hitting him again while the son fails to protect himself.

"Mom! Come on. It hurts." He says but his mother continues to hit him.

"One. Two" His mother says while hitting him but he runs from there, in the process throwing tteokbokki on Vincenzo's clothes.

All of them burst in laughter while Vincenzo looked like he was about to kill someone.

"You little brat!" His mother says chasing after him while Vincenzo just tries to process what happened right now. Cha-young stands up and lets out a 'woah'

"Does she have a black belt?" She asks in surprise while Vincenzo still remained in the same position. He clutches his fist and sighs. "Goodness. Oh, dear."

Vincenzo was trying to calm himself down, reminding himself that his suit isn't ruined, yet.

The scene changes. Mr. Hwang and Mr. Seo sit in the car while Choi watches them.

"You want me to cover the filthy bastard and take all the blame?" Choi murmurs while Hwang shows her thumbs up sign.

"Let's go." Hwang says and the car leaves while Choi bows down.

"I will destroy each and every last one of you, you assholes." She says and turns to go inside but stops when someone honks. It is Mr. Han.

"Hello, there!" He shouts and motions her to come.

Cha-young didn't like where this was going.

The scene changes. Han and Choi were eating together in the resturaunt.

"I will just cut to the chase. Ms. Choi, I mean Myung-hee. Hey. Join my law firm. Okay?" Mr. Han says.

"You impudent brat. Explain yourself." Choi says while sipping the beer.

"Prosecutor General Hwang and Mr. Seo. Everyone knows that they are trying to form a cartel of sorts at the Namdongbu Prosecutor's Office. One that's impenetrable by even the Reform Committee. Do you think, they will let you in? No way. They will use and discard you like they did today." Mr. Han says while Choi who was eating finally, speaks.

"Just stop nagging me" Myung-hee says.

"Enough already. Just drink up and stop nagging me." She says.

"I am not nagging. If you join us, I will let you bring down that prosecution." Mr. Han says to her.

"Have you gone insane?" She says. Mr. Han sighs and takes off his glasses.

"You know I am helping the Babel Group, right? They will back us up no matter what." Mr. Han says.

"They are just a company." Choi says.

"In three years, they will be one of the twenty richest companies. Their drugs are second to none. Also, their Chairman has a few loose screws and is easy to handle." Mr. Han says.

Han-seo got offended at this.

"What did you say?" He shouted in anger.

"I am sorry sir, I am sure my future self didn't want to say that. It must have been in fit of alcohol" Mr. Han tries to explain himself.

"You must have a good reason to be cleaning up after their messes." Choi says.

"Exactly. Even though I am cleaning up their shit, I keep getting richer." He says and then laughs and Choi also chuckles.

"Unbelievable. So you want us to act like their bidets?" Choi asks.

"I will do all the trivial work. You just need to leave them a solid impression." Mr. Han says.

"Have you been working as a salesman instead?" Choi asks him.

"You really are a salesman" Myung-hee says.

"Just choose me like you choose your clothes." Han says. "I heard it you take only ten minutes to shop for clothes." Choi sighs.

"The alcohol is getting the better of me. Exactly how crazy this Chairman is?" She asks.

The scene changes. Han-seo was standing in an ice ring. A person came skating near him, his face was not at all visible.

Han-seo clutched his fist. He knew this was coming when his brother knew about that.

"It's all my fault. I should have kept an eye on the researchers but I failed." Jang Han-seo says and the person skates around him. "I will take care of it as soon as..."

He was not able to complete as a puck hits him in the guts. He groans for a while but then stands in his previous position.

Vittorio was feeling the anger rise in him. He tried to calm Han-seo who was looking down clutching his sofa seat.

"I am sorry for the delay in Babel Tower's construction. There were issues with the building owner. I will also take care of..."

This time also a puck aimed by the man in front of him, hits his guts. Han-seo groans and falls on the ground.

Han-seo was clutching his seat more tighter, tears were threatening to fall from his eyes. He was used to the pain but it always brings back very painful memories.

"I promise to be more thorough from now on." He manages to say, still groaning because of the pain. The person keeps the hockey stick on his shoulder.

"I promise I won't disappoint you again." Han-seo says with fear evident in his voice. "Please give me one more chance. I promise I will do better." The person continues to beat him with the hockey stick.

All of them were watching the scene in horror except, Jun-woo who was watching how angrier Vittorio was becoming by every minute, he looked like he will murder him if he knew who really was. Jun-woo made a mental note to himself, he will never let out his true identity, never.

Vincenzo couldn't help but feel sad for Han-seo. He didn't know what was there but he cared about the boy.

"That means you are not the real CEO of Babel" Mr. Hong says in realisation.

"Then, who is the real one?" This was the question everyone asked.
