"Um... hi!" Hermione greeted as she stood in front of everyone. "So you all know why we're here. We need a teacher." She paused for a moment. "A proper teacher. One who's had real experience defending themselves against the Dark Arts."

You and your friends gathered a meeting inside Hog's Head Inn in Hogsmeade with the other students. A Hufflepuff boy, Zacharias Smith, raised his hand and then placed it down when Ron noticed him. "Why?"

"Why. Because You-Know-Who's back, you tosspot." Ron hissed.

Zacharias nodded towards Harry. "So he says."

"So Dumbledore says." Hermione corrected, glaring at him.

"So Dumbledore says because he says!" Zacharias spat. "The point is, where's the proof?"

"If Potter could tell us more about how Diggory got killed..." Michael Corner trailed off earning a look from Ginny who was just beside him.

You looked at Harry who was already looking at you. He stood up and faced everyone. "I'm not going to talk about Cedric, so if that's why you're here, you might as well clear out now."

He leaned forward to Hermione to whisper. "C'mon, Hermione, let's go. They're just here because they think I'm some sort of freak."

"Harry, wait!" Hermione whispered back.

"Is it true you can produce a Patronus Charm?" You looked at Luna who asked the question from the crowd.

Hermione smiled and nodded. "Yes. I've seen it."

You've heard about Harry casting a Patronus Charm. You knew because Remus Lupin had thought him how to handle the Dementors. Although you haven't seen him conjure one, you knew he was able to do it.

"Blimey, Harry!" Dean gasped. "I didn't know you could do that!"

"And he killed a Basilisk, with the sword in Dumbledore's office," Neville added making you grin.

"It's true." Ginny nodded.

Ron smiled. "Third year, he fought off about a hundred Dementors at once." He proudly stated.

You looked at everyone. "And last year, he really did fight off You-Know-Who in the flesh."

Harry looked around and sighed. "Wait... look, it all sounds great when you say it like that... but the truth is, most of that was just luck. I didn't know what I was doing half the time. I nearly always had help..."

"Harry--" You tried to talk to him but Hermione interrupted. "He's just being modest." She said.

Harry shook his head and faced Hermione. "No, Hermione, I'm not!" He looked down and sighed. "Facing this stuff in real life is not like school. In school, if you make a mistake you can just try again tomorrow. But out there, when you're a second away from being murdered or watching a friend die right before your eyes... you don't know what that's like."

You stood up and nodded, placing your hand on his shoulder. "You're right, Harry, we don't. That's why we need your help. Because if we're having to go to have any chance at beating... Voldemort."

Nigel, who was now on his second year in Hogwarts, bit his lip. "He's really back?" He asked in fear.

All Harry can do was nod.

Then you, Hermione, and Harry sat back down and wrote your names on a paper with Dumbledore's Army written on the top. The other students started placing their names too.

Hermione leaned against your year. "I wanted to do something to the parchment paper." She whispered.

Your eyes narrowed. "What did you want to do?"

"I wanted to place a jinx in it to detect and identify anyone who betrays the group." She smirked.

"That's quite clever, Mione." You smiled back. "But don't you think that's like them signing a contract without them knowing?"

"That's why I decided not to do it."

You nodded before spotting Ginny with Zacharias. "Those two are oddly close." You commented in a hushed tone.

"That's because the two are dating," Hermione replied, earning a look from you and Harry.

After the first meeting of Dumbledore's Army, you and your friends walked back to the castle through the Wooden Bridge. "First we've got to find a place to practice where Umbridge won't find out," Harry told you and the others as all of you walked together.

Ginny got an idea. "The Shrieking Shack?" She asked.

Harry shook his head. "It's too small."

"The Forbidden Forest?" You asked.

Ron shook his head in surprise and fear. "Not bloody likely!"

"Harry, what happens if Umbridge does find out?" Megan asked, walking faster so she could walk beside you.

"Who cares?" Hermione scoffed excitingly earning looks from Neville, Ginny, Fred, and George from behind. "I mean, it's sort of exciting, isn't it, breaking the rules?" She giggled with a bright smile.

Ron and you exchanged looks before Ron grinning at Hermione. "Who are you and what have you done with Hermione Granger?"

Hermione and you laughed. "Anyway, at least we know one positive thing that came from today." You stated, slightly nudging Harry.

Harry raised his eyebrow in confusion. "What's that?"

Hermione wrapped her arm around your shoulders and smirked at Harry. "Cho couldn't take her eyes off you, could she?"

You looked at your best friend as she looked back at you. "You should ask Malfoy to join." She smiled.

You looked away and bit your lip, shrugging. "I don't know, Mione. I haven't talked to him since... well..."

Megan nudged you and smiled. "Come on. I'm sure if you ask him to join, he'll do it. As long as he's around you, of course, he'll join."

You rolled your eyes and pulled away from Hermione and messed your little sister's hair. "Oh, yeah? Why don't you do that to Peter Ambrose instead?"

"Stop! You're ruining my hair!"

Once you and your friends were out of the bridge, Harry started talking again. "Right. Over the next few days, we should each come up with a couple of possibilities of places we can practice. We've got to make sure, wherever it is, there's no chance she can find us."

"Will do, Harry."

You were heading outside Hogwarts when you were suddenly grabbed by your sister by holding your arm. "Ow!" You winced and glared at Megan. "What is it?"

Megan showed you an old-looking envelope and gave it to you. "I found it in one of my suitcases. I figured you would want this since you've been collecting some old love letters."

You glanced down at the envelope before looking up to your sister. "Wait. Did you read this?"

Megan shook her head. "I didn't. But the stamps were similar." You turned the envelope around to see a red broken stamp with the letter M as a crest. "The crest is a bit familiar."

"Yeah?"

"Looks like the Maximoff crest." Megan deducted. "You know, the family whose bloodline ended when the Maximoff twins died?"

"So you're saying..." You raised your hand up to show her the envelope. "This letter was made by someone from the Maximoffs?"

"Mosy likely, yeah. Unless someone used the same stamp and crest for that letter."

You nodded and patted your sister's shoulder. "Thanks, MJ." You walked away and opened the envelope and read the letter.

My Vision,

β €β €β €I should have known. I should have known sooner.

β €β €β €You and I were perfect. Just as soon as I wrote the second letter, you confessed that you love me and have ever since set your eyes on me. Boy was I flattered and filled with excitement.

β €β €β €But Romeo and Juliet's tale didn't end on a happy note, my love. They both died by trying to be together because their families were enemies. I should've known from the start anyway. Even long before I knew about the star-crossed lovers...

β €β €β €You, Vincent Victor Malfoy, and I are never meant to be together.

β €β €β €My twin brother has been wed to a Stark which means... I am now part of the Stark family. He was young but he was deeply in love. We both know that Starks and Malfoys never get along.

β €β €β €But no... we will try. We'll fight for our love.

Your Scarlet,
Wanda

Your eyes widened in surprise and halted from walking. "Wanda Maximoff and... Vincent Malfoy?" You looked away from the letter. "What the hell happened to the both of them?"

Draco was patrolling around the hallways and would sometimes shove some younger students out of the way. He turned to a corner and spotted you coming out of the castle. "(Y/n)!" He was about to approach you but you already left.

He sighed heavily and ran his hands on his hair, messing it for a bit. Draco turned around and spotted Peter approaching. "Malfoy." He greeted.

"Ambrose." Draco greeted back. Although it wasn't obvious, Draco and Peter started becoming friends during the fourth year when they both tried to cheer you up after the tragic events back at the World Quidditch Cup. Soon, Draco considered Peter as his close friend and a better friend than Crabbe and Goyle. "Need something?"

"Have you talked to (Y/n)?"

Draco shook his head. "I haven't. It feels like she's avoiding me or always occupied with something."

"She's just busy with school works and with the situation right now," Peter replied. "She'll talk to you eventually."

"How can you be so sure, Ambrose?" Draco sat down on a bench and groaned in annoyance. "I should've just listened to her or hear her out."

"Bad things happen because of you." Peter frowned. "You keep on messing things up."

"I know." Draco groaned in frustration, bring up his hands to his head. "I should've apologized sooner."

"Like what I said to her, you both need to apologize to each other." Draco felt a pat on his shoulder. "(Y/n) was too hostile, aggressive, and harsh to you while you were kind of ignorant and didn't listen to her side," Peter explained.

"So, we should both apologize and..."

"Make it up to her. Do it before you completely lose her. Don't fuck things up."

Draco blinked twice to process everything that Peter has said. "Did you just swore? Who are you and what have you done with Peter Ambrose?" He chuckled. "I never heard you swear!"

"Everybody swears." Peter scoffed with a smile.

"Not everybody!" Draco exclaimed with a laugh. "Babies don't swear!"

"You'll be surprised." Peter laughed.
