𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑 was running when Aselia bumped into him and Jabe, "Doctor!" She called out to him and he turned to look at her with a weird look; quickly looking behind himself with a worried look.
"Can this wait?" He questioned softly, "There's another sun filter that is about to descend."
Aselia bit down onto her bottom lip, "I can't find Rose, she was talking to Cassandra the last time I saw her and then she just disappeared." She fiddled with the ring around her finger, The Doctor frowned.
"Oh, come on," He motioned for her to follow him towards the observation deck. There was a loud banging on the door when they got there. "Anyone in there?" Aselia gave him a dumbfounded look.
"Let me out!" Rose called, making the two look at the door in surprise before The Doctor scoff.
"Oh, well, it would be you." He muttered, earning a swat from her older sister whom was standing beside him.
"Open the door!"
The Doctor used his sonic to pull apart the key code to the door, as Aselia flicked her hair to the side as light orange surrounded her hands as she gave The Doctor's sonic a small burst of energy to get the door open. "Give us two tics."
"Sunfilter descending, Sunfilter descending," The automated voice came from inside, finally the automated voice called out. "Sunfilter rising, Sunfilter rising." Aselia sighed as she discretely brought her hands down to her side.
After a few minutes of silence the computer called out again, "Sunfilter descending."
The Doctor cursed, "Just what we need, the computers getting clever." The Doctor fell to the floor as the banging got harder against the door.
"Well, then stop mucking about!" Rose called out, and Aselia knew that she had to calm her sister down or The Doctor would never get her out. The blonde girl sighed before she pressed her hand against the door.
"I'm not mucking about, it's fighting back!"
"Rose," She called and her sister didn't return any words. "Do you remember when Misty died, I was so scared of dying myself? Well, you're in this position now and I'm so sorry, I was supposed to protect you but I need you to stay calm and breathe out."
"I can't, the sunfilter is descending and I'm about to die!"
Aselia felt tears prick at the sides of her eyes, "I know but Rose, you are the strongest person I know and if there is anyone I know that can do it. Its you." The Doctor eyed Aselia for a moment before working again to get the door open.
Once he got the sunfilter rising again, he rushed towards the door before realising. "The whole things jammed. I can't open the door. Stay there, don't move," He turned towards Aselia. "Stay outside here, make sure that my sonic doesn't move." He ordered.
"Where am I going to go, Ipswich?" Aselia snorted at Rose's sarcastic reply.
"Well, at least we know that she can still be sarcastic when faced with a life and death situation," He quirked a brow at her. "And last time I checked, I don't take orders from you. I'd like to know who put my sister in this position."
"Aselia," He pleaded, but she shook her head and walked off. "God dammit, stubborn woman."
He ran after her, the PA continued to announce how long it would be until the Earth was destroyed. "How's that possible?" She heard Cassandra's high voice pitch in from the room as the two of them walked in. "Our private rooms are protected by a codewall."
"Summon the Steward." The Moxx of Balhoon ordered, and Aselia cocked a brow. She hadn't seen the Steward since he had gone to his office.
Jabe's head turned to look at him with a sad smile, "I am afraid the Steward is dead." There was gasps and murmurs around the crowded room.
"Who killed him?"
Cassandra then spoke up, "This whole event is sponsored by the Face of Boa. He invited us," Aselia glanced over at The Face of Boa. "Talk to the face, talk to the face!" Aselia shook her head.
"We have no idea who took their little pets on board, so don't go accusing people until we know more." Aselia hissed lowly, bringing Cassandra's attention towards her as well as The Face of Boa.
"Thank you, Star."
She nodded at The Face of Boa before turning to the Doctor, "What exactly do you plan on doing?" She whispered to him as he scanned the spider device.
"Aselia is right, someone brought their little pets on board, there's an easy way of finding out," He explained, placing it down onto the floor. "Let's send him back to its master." Cassandra looked slightly uneasy as the creature approached her.
The Doctor and Aselia both cocked a curious eyebrow before the creature moved away from Cassandra, towards the Adherents of the repeated meme. "The Adherents of the Repeated Meme! J'accuse!" Cassandra called out.
The Doctor shook his head as he jumped down a step, "That's all very well, and really kind of obvious but, if you stop and think about it," One of the Repeated Meme's tried to hit him but he caught the hand and pulled it off. "A Repeated Meme is just an idea and that's all they are, an idea."
Aselia nodded quietly in agreement as she eyed everyone in the crowd, as The Doctor pulled another string; destroying the other Adherents of the Repeated Meme fell to the floor. "Remote control droids. Nice little cover for the real troublemaker."
"That troublemaker also has my little sister trapped, in a room," Aselia called out, making The Doctor look over at her. "With a sunfilter that wants to descend. Basically, she's in her own version of hell."
"What she said," The Doctor turned to face everyone once again, before kicking the creature again. "Go on, Jimbo. Go home." He pushed him further, and the spider device went straight towards Cassandra.
"You-" The Doctor quickly grabbed Aselia before she could start a fight.
He looked down at her as she struggled against him, "Shh, let me deal with it."
"This is my sister, Doctor. She tried to kill-"
"I know, that's what I'm asking you to let me handle it."
Cassandra coughed pompously, "I bet you were the school swot and never got kissed," The anger kept on piling up inside Aselia but she took a step backwards, nodding at The Doctor in acceptance. "At arms!" She called.
Her cohorts pulled up the things that they had been using to moisturise her with and pointed them at The Doctor. "What you gonna to do, moisturise me?" He taunted, Aselia smothered her laughter.
Jabe stood beside her, "I'm sorry about your sister, I'm sure that you and The Doctor will get her out of the room that she's stuck in," Aselia hummed for a moment. "Does he know what you are?"
"So, you know who I am?" Aselia cocked a brow, looking over at her. Jabe nodded. "No, he doesn't know who I am and right now. I'm happy with that."
Jabe nodded, "You're secret is safe with me."
"Thank you."
Aselia and Jabe listened back into the conversation, just in time to hear Cassandra say, "With acid," Cassandra retorted in a 'duh' tone and Aselia covered her mouth to cover the gasp that was coming out. "Oh, you're too late, anyway. My spiders have control of the mainstream."
Aselia breathed out through her nose, "Oh, you carried all them as gifts, tax free, past every codewall. I'm not just a pretty face."
"Including my sister," Aselia breathed out. "The Doctor had passed that ball that contained your spiders in to my sister. You're the reason that she is facing death right now!" Jabe gently grabbed her arm, pointing at her necklace.
"Oh boo who, everyone dies at some point! Get over it!" Cassandra spat out as Jabe kept tugging her backwards to keep her away from Cassandra. Aselia was grateful for that, otherwise she would've lost her temper.
"Sabotaging a ship, while you're inside it, how stupid is that?" The Doctor questioned, cocking a brow. Cassandra scoffed.
"I'd hoped to manufacture a hostage situation," Cassandra admitted and Aselia clenched her jaw so tightly that Jabe was worried that it might break. "With myself as one of the victims, the compensation would be enormous."
"Oh lovely, it's still the stupid human need and greed for money!" Aselia snarled, which The Doctor tilted his head towards her in agreement. "Five billion years, you'd thought humans would be better than that. Apparently not."
"D'you think this is cheap, looking like this?" Cassandra retorted and Aselia pursed her lips together to keep the sarcastic comments herself. "Flatness costs a fortune. I am the last human, Doctor. Me, not those little freaky kids of yours." She continued.
Aselia breathed out through her nose before whirling around on her foot and storming out of the room and towards the observation deck. "Rose, are you okay?" She questioned softly, leaning against the door panel.
"Just great, Aselia. Did you find out who brought those devices on board," Rose questioned lowly, as Aselia sinks down onto the floor. "Who was it?" She pushed and Aselia tapped her fingers against the floor.
"It was Cassandra, bitch. I almost started a fight," Rose let out a bitter laugh. "But The Doctor stopped me from doing so which annoyed me even more. How are you feeling, and don't think about lying to me."
Rose sighed as she leaned her head against the door, "I'm scared, what happens if I never see you or mum again? What happens if I never see Mickey again, or I never get to say goodbye to anyone?"
A large crash made Aselia close her eyes, "What was that?" Rose demanded as Aselia breathed out through her nose. Aselia had no idea what had just happened, but by the fact that light was starting to simmer through the small window, she knew it wasn't good.
"Systems failing, heat levels rising." The PA announced and Aselia's worst theory was confirmed, Cassandra had destroyed the forcefields around the sun. She just hoped that The Doctor could solve this so that she didn't loose her sister. "Earth death in two minutes, Earth death in two minutes."
"Shields Malfunction."
Rose scrambled backwards as far as she could, "Aselia," The girl hummed at the call of her name. "If I die, right now-" Aselia grunted in disapproval. "No, no listen to me. If I die, I just want you to know that I love you. That I love you and mum so much."
"Rose, you're not going to die. The Doctor and I are not going to let that happen."
She could hear the planet sizzle beneath her but Station one didn't explode with it, "He did it," Aselia breathed out with a grin. "He managed to do it, Rose." She banged on the door loudly in hopes that her sister was okay.
"I'm alright, oh god! I'm alright, I'm alive." Rose laughed loudly as she squealed, Aselia sighed in relief as she closed her eyes. The door finally opened, and Aselia nearly rolled back into it before Rose grabbed her.
The two sisters looked at one another before hugging each other tightly, Rose nudged her head into her neck and Aselia buried her face into Rose's hair. After a few seconds, the two girls headed back towards the observation deck.
There were multiple people dead and Aselia's smile dropped when she realised just how many had been killed by Cassandra's scheme. The Boxx of Balhoon was dead, her eyes darted around to see where The Face of Boa was and she sighed when she saw he was alive.
The door once again opened and The Doctor entered, alone. She was sure Jabe was with him and now she wasn't. He eyed the two girls for a moment before continuing to walk forward with a scowl on his face.
She watched as he went to talk towards Lute and Coffa. He talked quietly with the two, before nodding respectively and walked away. "Are you all right?" Rose questioned, tilting her head to the side.
"Yeah, I'm fine." He snipped back. Aselia didn't have to ask, she knew Jabe was gone by the reaction of her friends and The Doctor's reaction, he was pissed off and had every reason to be. Cassandra had killed many innocent people. "I'm full of ideas. I'm bristling with them."
Aselia frowned slightly as she leaned against the wall nearby. "Idea number one. Teleportation through five thousand degrees needs some kind of feed. Idea number two, this feed must be hidden nearby," The Doctor walked towards an artefact and broke it, the teleportation device is inside it.
"Idea number three, if your as smart as me, then a teleportation feed can be reversed," The Doctor explained, cockily and Aselia tried to smother her laughter. He twisted something on the bottom and a beam showed up.
"Oh, you should've seen their little alien faces," Cassandra's voice filtered between were she was and Station one. "Oh," She speaks shocked, noticing everyone around here. Including Aselia who wrapped her arm around her sisters shoulders in a protective stance.
"The last human."
Cassandra scoffed, "So, you passed my little test. Bravo!" Cassandra cheered fakery, pretending that what she had done was all fake and just a test. "This makes you eligible to um, join the um, human club!"
"Oh, shut the fuck up Cassandra." Aselia scowled, gaining a pointed look from the Doctor.
"Language," He warned before turning back towards Cassandra. "People have died Cassandra. You murdered them!" He reminded her that was what she had done.
"It depends on your definition of people," Cassandra retorted, and Aselia cocked a brow. "And that's enough of a technicality to keep your lawyers dizzy for centuries. Take me to court then Doctor! And watch me smile and cry and flutter."
A creaking came from the frame that she was on and The Doctor quickly caught onto it. "And creak?" He questioned, tilting his head to the side. Cassandra hummed in question. "Creaking. You're creaking." He pointed out.
"What?" She questioned surprised, "Argh!" She called out, "I'm drying out. Oh sweet heavens! Moisturise me! Moisturise me! Where are my surgeons, my lovely boys! It's too hot." Aselia didn't feel any guilt or sympathy towards Cassandra considering how many innocent people she had directly killed by having those creatures destroy the safety measures.
"Cassandra," Aselia called out to her, stepping down a step. The Doctor took a step to make sure she didn't start another fight but she shook her head. "You're the one that raised the temperature in here. You're at fault for making it so hot, you're the reason for multiple deaths."
"Have pity. Moisturise me," Cassandra pleaded. "Oh, Doctor! Oh Doctor I'll do anything."
"Help her." Rose pleaded getting a shocked look from Aselia, considering the fact that Cassandra was part of the reason Rose almost died.
"No."
"Everything has its time, and everything dies." Aselia tensed up for a moment, the poison slipping from her tongue as it went dry with distaste. Her past hitting her like a truck and she just froze in position.
"I'm too young!" Cassandra shouts out before she bursts, she went everywhere landing behind Rose, some on Aselia's arm and behind The Doctor. Aselia brushed the tissue off of her arm, watching as The Doctor stormed out of the room.

Rose and Aselia stood hand in hand near the window, watching the earth's pieces drift around the atmosphere. "I know it's a little morbid, but this is beautiful." Aselia breathed out as she tore her eyes away from the window to look at Rose.
Rose smiled lightly as heavy footsteps echoed behind them, The Doctor emerged behind the two siblings. "The end of the earth, it's gone," Rose muttered towards him, biting down onto her lower lip. "We were to busy saving ourselves, no one saw it go."
Aselia sighed out through her nose, "Rose, you were going to die. The earth death was the last thing on my mind." She squeezed her hand slightly, her anxiousness was still elevated but she had calm down slightly when realising that Rose was safe.
Rose sent her a small, sad smile. "All those years, all that history, and no-one was even looking. It's just-"
The Doctor looked at the two girls sympathetically but not saying anything, just being supported in the best way he knew. He held his hand out towards Rose, "Come with me." He questioned slightly.
Rose eyed his hand for a moment before slipping her hand into his. He looked over at Aselia and she nodded before following after the two of them. She smiled softly at him in thanks before the three headed towards the TARDIS.
Aselia sighed when she got into the space-ship, and placed her hand against the barrier. The TARDIS hummed lightly. Aselia's lips turned up into a small grin, "Where are we going?" Aselia questioned softly towards The Doctor.
The Doctor turned away from the TARDIS's controls. "It'll be a surprise," He smiled softly at her, before noticing that sad look on Aselia's look. "Are you okay?" He questioned, tilting his head to the side.
"I'm just thinking about Jabe and the rest of the innocent people Cassandra killed." Aselia sighed as she walked up the steps. Rose had left the control centre to have a look around the TARDIS's interior.
The Doctor leaned against the console for a moment, thinking about what he was going to say. Aselia sighed. "Cassandra was greedy, and didn't care who she hurt to get her way. Their deaths weren't your fault, you couldn't save everyone."
"I know," Aselia sighed as she bit down onto her lower lip. "I still feel guilty."
The Doctor smiled sadly, before the TARDIS landed wherever they were going. Rose came up the stairs with a sad smile. "Where are we?" Rose questioned, and The Doctor motioned to the door. Rose gripped her sisters hand before dragging her outside.
The two went stumbling into a crowd, the cold air brushed Aselia's hair to the side as she looked around. "We're back on earth," She muttered, eyeing the doctor. "Our time?" She questioned, tilting her head to the side.
A toddler cries out in the street, and Aselia smiled softly. Other people walking around in their own little worlds, ignoring the possibilities of their lives in a billion years. "You'll think it'll last forever, people and cars and concrete. But it won't. One day, it's all gone." The Doctor commented, as Rose stood still beside her sister.
"Even the sky?" Aselia questioned, and The Doctor nodded.
"Even the sky," The Doctor reaffirmed as he looked up at the sky, his face still grim. "My planets gone. It's dead," The Tyler sisters looked over at him surprised and sympathetic. "It burned, like the earth. It's just rocks and dust. Before it's time."
"I'm sorry." Aselia sent him a grim smile.
"What happened?" Rose questioned softly, tilting her head to the side.
"There was a war," The Doctor answered, and Aselia's jaw dropped slightly. "We lost." He continued; Aselia slowly slipped her fingers against his hand and slowly squeezed it before letting it drop back to his side.
"A war with who?" Rose pushed and Aselia sent her a withering glance, telling her not to ask but Rose didn't listen. She gulped, realising that The Doctor wasn't going to answer. "What about your people?"
"I'm a time-lord," The Doctor reminded them of what they already knew. "I'm the last of the time lords. They're all gone. I'm the only survivor. I'm left travelling on my own cos there's no one else." Aselia breathed out through her nose, as she felt the guilt and sympathy flutter in her stomach.
"There's me and Aselia." The Doctor gave them both a strained smile. Aselia nodded in agreement.
The Doctor sighed, "You've seen how dangerous it is. D'you wanna go home?" He looked between the two of them. Rose shook her head lightly, looking at him with a gaping look.
"I don't know," She admitted, and then looked over at Aselia. "Do you want to go home?"
Aselia sighed, picking her fingers. "I've always wanted to see the stars, this is my dream. I'd love to continue this, go around seeing new worlds and having experiences that other people dream off but I don't want to go without you, Rose."
"I want," Rose sighed for a moment before looking around, obviously smelling something. "Do you guys smell chips?" She questions, which makes Aselia let out a laugh. The Doctor breathed in for a moment, before smiling.
"Yeah!"
"I want chips." Rose pleaded.
The Doctor nodded, "Me too."
"Let add me to that list." She let out a laugh, Rose gripped Aselia's hand again.
"Right then. Before you get me back in that box, chips it is. And you can pay." Rose taunted, making The Doctor laugh.
"No money!" He blusters out, Rose snorted.
"What kind of date are you?" She teased lightly, making Aselia let out a chuckle at the Doctor's shocked face. "Come on then tightwad, chips are on me. We've only got five billion years till the shops close." Rose stuck out her tongue at him.
The Doctor laughed before walking with Rose and Aselia towards a chip shop. "Aselia!" A voice called out and she felt her lips turn up into a smile at the voice of her boyfriend. Tom gave into vision near the chip shop that they were heading too.
"Tom!" She smiled brightly before running towards her boyfriend, flinging her arms around his back. Tom buried his head into her hair, rubbing his thumbs up and down her back. "I missed you so much."
Tom snorted as he pulled back to cup her cheeks, "Baby, you saw me literally only ten hours ago." He whispered, pressing a kiss against her nose. Rose watched her sister with a soft smile as The Doctor crossed his chest.
The Doctor leaned down closer to Rose, "How long have these two been together?" He questioned softly. Rose looked over at him with a confused look.
"Almost three years," Rose answered still frowning. "Why?"
The Doctor pressed his lips into a thin line, "There's something wrong, I don't know what it is but something is wrong." Rose frowned before turning around, just in time to see Tom lean down to press a kiss against her lips.
Aselia laughed lightly after she had pulled back, "I love you, Tom." She whispered, as he brushed his knuckles across his cheeks. He smiled as he brushed a kiss against her nose before his eyes drifted towards his watch.
"Crap, I've got work," He muttered, sending a sympathetic look towards Aselia. "Sweetheart, I've got to go." He whispered, pressing a kiss against her forehead; trying to get out of her tight hug, chuckling lightly when Aselia keeps him close for a moment.
"Just a few more seconds," She pleaded, "Please."
Tom laughed lightly for a moment before pressing his lips into a thin line, he fell silent for a few seconds before Aselia let him go. "I love you too, I'll see you tomorrow." He promised, and she nodded before he unravelled himself from her.
Tom nodded at The Doctor and Rose as he passed them before disappearing in the crowds. She noticed her sister and The Doctor expressions, she cocked a brow before calling out to them, "Are we going to get chips or not?"
Rose let out a loud laugh before running towards her sister, looping her arm through her sisters. The Doctor, however was still lingering behind the two sisters eyeing Tom. "Doctor, come on!" Aselia called out.
The Doctor sighed before following after the two sisters, ignoring the bad gut feeling he was getting about Aselia's boyfriend.
