"nick, there is no fucking way we're turning around just to get mcdonald's for chris," aurora tells him sternly, determined to keep her eyes on the road since she always tends to fail on that part.

"aurora," nick groans, glancing at his phone with a frown. "he's gonna fucking kill me if i don't bring back a mcdouble for him."

"yeah," aurora agrees easily. "he's gonna kill you, not me."

"what the fuck!" nick scoffs, beginning to type furiously on his phone. "you know what? he's gonna kill you too once i tell him you're the reason he's not getting mcdonald's."

"nick," auroras eyes immediately widen in horror and she turns to give him a quick desperate look. "don't you dare."

nick puts his phone down calmly. "turn the car around, rory."

aurora sighs loudly before beginning to make a u-turn in the middle of the road.

nicks eyes immediately widen as the car changes direction. "OH MY FUCKING GOD, RORY!" he shouts, "THIS IS LITERALLY AN ILLEGAL U-TURN? YOUR LICENSE IS ALREADY REVOKED, WHAT ARE YOU DOING??"

"nick, shut up," she rolls her eyes like it's no big deal. "literally no one even saw it."

she's ultimately proven wrong when suddenly, police sirens are heard. nick turns to her with wide eyes and right when she goes to reassure him it's not for them — red and blue lights begin to shine from behind her.

"OH MY GOD?? WE'RE GETTING FUCKING PULLED OVER AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT."

anyways,, in this fanfic they're gonna do their senior year so... high school au!!! i love high school drama it makes me so happy

i also wanted to do an estella cameo in this where chris is dating her and she's mentioned a lot but since he's 17 and going to school in this, it doesn't work out 💔💔
