A smile always lingered on her lips, whether a huge beaming grin or a twitch of her mouth at an inappropriate time. It was as if LAUGHTER was always moments away from tumbling from her lips. And her laughter — stars, it was BEAUTIFUL. But, just as anything, the sun has it's FLAWS. And her anger was terrible to behold — a blazing, destructive SUPERNOVA. She left SHINING sparks and SAVAGE destruction in her wake. She was a girl of fire and spirit. And she went down in 𝐅𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒.

༉ ‧₊˚✧ 𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍 𝐒𝐊𝐘𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐊𝐄𝐑 was the GOLDEN boy of the Jedi Order. One of the most POWERFUL Force-users to pass through the Temple halls. Headstrong, unpredictable, PASSIONATE. He HATED fiercely and LOVED recklessly, and he loved Kaia Kaan more than anything. And that was his DOWNFALL. His love BURNT HIM UP from the inside out. He was her ICARUS, and she was his SUN.

༉ ‧₊˚✧ And they had been CONNECTED from the start; bound together by a single thread of light. A thread STRONGER than the hardest diamond. A thread woven by the FATES themselves in the fiery dawn of TIME. A thread spun from the very fabric of the universe. hello there my lovelies, it is i, your resident star wars nerd! i'm cate, how are y'all?

i've had the character of kaia in my head ever since i first watched star wars at age ten, so all these years later i'm very happy to finally start writing her story!

a couple of notes: the cast will be added to at each act, to introduce characters like our queen ahsoka. this book will include the clone wars tv show, and characters from rebels will appear (you can still read if you haven't watched them, don't worry!). the book starts during the ten years between episodes 1 and 2 (with a prologue set during ep1), and will carry on up to the empire era (this is hard to explain without giving spoilers lmao.)
