HEY !!!! im really sad rn bc like this book is over and idk its just kinda 😕😕😕 like im so emotionally attached to this story and i love writing it and its just really 🙁🙁 yk??? on that note though, i am really really proud of this book and its my fav one ive ever written and my fav plot ive ever come up with so im super duper proud of it

first of all ik this is all cringey n whatever but tysm to everyone who actually read this !!! u dont understand how much i love u. and i do really really appreciate all the votes n comments. i love seeing what u guys think of it and also WHY ARE UR COMMENTS SO FUNNY LIKE I GENUINELY LOVE THEM SO MUCH HELP

before i say some additional stuff about this story, pls lmk (in this comment section) if there are any plot holes or any contradictions like in the story that i missed!! i'll explain them & go back in the story to fix them. 

okay now here are some random stuff i wanna add that i kinda love abt this story lol😁😁

first of all, i like to imagine that in the last chapter for via's birthday party, draco wasn't there but he snuck in to secretly leave her a card. it wasnt signed but via could still tell it was from him. she definitely read it later and smiled to herself. within the next year or so i can def see them forming a sibling-type of relationship. via ofc finds him annoying as fuck and they hate each other but they also definitely love each other and draco would 100% see her as his older sister. and when she leaves hogwarts, he'll probably write her letters once in a while. 

also i left so many random arctic monkeys references throughout the story lmk if u caught all of them😍😍

oh also fred definitely plays electric guitar and he definitely learns arctic monkeys songs just for via. he can play almost their entire discography on electric guitar by now. 

ALSO YK HOW I KEPT SWITCHING BETWEEN CALLING HER VIA AND VICTORIA?? YEAH THAT WAS INTENTIONAL LOL!! in all the sentences that showed fred's thoughts & pov / were more from fred's perspective, i called her victoria bc thats what fred calls her. but for everything that was more from via's perspective, i called her via😇😇 im so smart guys #womeninstem

via is a halfblood, her mom (amelia grace swanson) was a muggle & passed away bc of cancer, and her dad (blaise oscar montgomery) is a pureblood & is unfortunately still alive. they went to school at the same time as the marauders (amelia is a week younger than moony😁😁). i like to think amelia was friends with lily and blaise was friends with reggie (he was a slytherin). 

im not even going to lie, the entire idea for this story was born bc of a scenario i like to imagine at night (the i wanna be yours scene😇) HELP 

also i know dumbledore is lowkey a villain but hes good in this story i promise🤞🤞

and one more thing: peregrine derrick is an actual character in the HPU !! i'll put a link to his harry potter wiki page in the comments. he's a beater on the quidditch team with lucian bole. he's a 7th year at the time this story takes place, so next year when he and lucian graduate, they get replaced by crabbe and goyle. angelina would always joke that she was shocked that derrick & bole were able to make it to the quidditch pitch without having to follow signs HELP. in the books, his first name is never mentioned (he's just referred to as "derrick") but in the harry potter: quidditch world cup game, they mention that he's named peregrine !! anyways yeah he gives me couch guy vibes not even gunna lie 

also during the entirety of the story, even when fred and via werent talking at all, he waited for her by the fireplace literally every night. part of the reason why he was such a bitch most of the time was bc he was #sleepdeprived 😍😍😍

and yeah that's it !!! ill probs add more to this chapter of like random stuff in the book that have more of a backstory. lmk if u want any explanations for any thing else in the story !!!
