"What do you think?" Claudia asked, turning around in her chair and showing Stella the sketch she had made. "It's not finished, though."

"Holy crap," Stella gasped lightly. "Is that me?"

"Yeah," Claudia smiled shyly. "You looked really peaceful while reading, I couldn't help myself."

"This is incredible, Claudia. Can I keep it when you finish it?"

"Of course! I'm glad you like it. I thought you'd think it was weird that I drew you."

"When you're this talented, it's impossible to find it weird. I'm flattered more than anything."

"Pizza?" Claudia asked as they all stood around her room, Kristy holding out a box of pizza.

"I thought we could all use a treat," Kristy said. "Stacey, I got you a salad if you want. Come on, eat." Everyone got up, grabbing food for themselves. "So, there's actually something I wanted to tell you guys. I'm sorry...for the way I acted the other day. I was wrong."

"Wait a minute. Did Kristy Thomas just say she was wrong?" Stella asked, a teasing smirk on her lips.

"Look, although the Baby-sitters Club was my idea, it doesn't mean I get to tell you guys what to do all the time. And the clubs ours, not just mine. Even though it was my idea."

"Yeah, we know," Claudia laughed.

"What that being said, it would be a honor to continue serving as your president," Kristy told them. "But I understand if you want me to step down." They all looked at each other before they burst out laughing.

"Of course you're still the president," Claudia told her.

"As long as you know you're only right about 95% of the time instead of 100, I'm good," Mary-Anne said. They all perked up when the phone started ringing. "Oh, my god, the phone! It's a meeting!"

"Hello, Baby-Sitters Club," Claudia greeted the client on the phone. "Mm-hmm. Okay. Please hold. It's a new client. Amy Marshall. She has two girls, Eleanor and Nina. She needs a sitter Thursday night."

"This Thursday...Claudia, it's you!" Mary-Anne said, checking the calender.

"Claud, how did she find out about the club?" Kristy asked.

"Watson recommended us."

As soon as Claudia hung up the phone, it rang again.

"My turn," Stacey announced. "Good afternoon, Baby-Sitters Club. Papadakis? Can you spell that, please? You live next to the Brewers. Okay. I will be your sitter, Stacey McGill. And this weekend? Thank you. Okay. See you this weekend. Bye."
